Skiirod sees Val clearly in the torch light (It will last for 10 turns). The poor elf is standing in a pool of blood, bleeding from his neck, chest and belly.
Gym will move as fast as he can (double move) to get towards the commotion, and specifically, to help Val. The furthest his dwarf legs will take him is P24 on Map 1.

Val, you can't do the things you said except shouting for help because it's not your turn. The mechanical reason the creature got to act first was because he was in stealth and it was the bonus round. This is round one now.
(Well screaming and unsheathing your scimitar)
Yes yes I guess that we will need some initiative order, but wanted you to have actions in case he can do it... I knew it would be long time before I can post again and posted that one real quick.
If Val still sees him he will do as posted, if not ( I guess not ) he will cast Cure Wounds on himself and turn into a wolf with his bonus action. ( still have only a few minutes excuse me for not RP this ) 8
He will run towards the creature with his new movement.
Gendan will hop out of the attic window onto the roof (is that an eave that she can stay on?), if possible. Making her way around the house as far as possible (about 27K, I think?). Then she will take a Search action to try to locate the creature.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gendan roll Acrobatics for the landing (DC 12). On failure you will take fall damage and will be dropped prone and will reach 24F. reach 24G if you stand up again or to 24H if you decide to crawl.
Val calls for the powers of mother nature as his wounds are healed. (Healing word: 7). Val rushes after the creature who is to his south and within his sights. He goes from Map-1, 28T to Map-2 5T and claps his hands in front of the foxman's (F. Positioned Map-2 6S) as small harmless sparks fly followed by a deafening boom. CON: 15 (DC 14) The loud sound shakes the Foxman. However, it seems to make it more angry as it plants it's feet and withstands the blow. It gained a few extra cuts and bruises (5 damage)
For the record, MAP-1 and MAP-2 are part of the same battle field. The only reason there are two maps is because I couldn't fit the whole thing into one. MAP-2 row-1 is directly south of MAP-1 row-28. Due to nightvision and torch light, Gym, Folki, Skiirod and Val can see the Foxman (For Folki and Skiirod, they can see his shape since he is in a dimly lit region). The foxman is indicated by (F) and Folki is indicated by (F).
(Dim light doesn't equal disadvantage to attacks but it does equal disadvantage to Perception. At least that's what I understood. If the flanking optional rule is: advantage when two guys stand on the opposite sides of the enemy, then yes we are. I call it "Pincering")
Folki lands and frantically searches for the monster, which seemingly darted off into the dark. Then he sees val run off after it and attack, the shock wave making the golden fur ripple in the dim light.
"there you are"
Leaping up folki surges forward, landing just ahead of the monster. It's silhouette marked it against the bright torch in the background showing all the details he needed (map2-7R)
He lashes out with his two hand axes, the blades cleaving through the air towards the monsters outline.
(on my phone atm so v complicated to do advantage attack rolls, DM could you possibly do it? Two hand axe attacks with advantage and rage)
Folki gets ready to make his move, the foxman's symbol glows for a split second and the faint red aura that had disappeared when it struck Val with the deadly red claws, surrounds the foxman.
Folki flies to pincer the foxman. He dives downwards and ends up towering over the foxman by 5 ft (elevation), He swings his axes with barbaric savagery. Axe1- Hit:10 (16) Dmg: 6 Axe2- Hit:19 (25) Dmg: 9
The sinister aura moves to protect the creature but it can't deflect the blow. The first axe sinks in to the creature's side. It holds the creature in place long enough for the second axe to easily sink deep into its shoulder. It growls.
The dim aura glows and disappears. Almost immediately after, the scythe-like red claws that slashed Val materializes and attacks Val and Folki.
Folki: Hit: 20 Dmg: 7 CON save: 7 (Folki doesn't get resistance because this is force damage) Val: Hit: 6 Dmg: 4 CON save: 4
The sheer malicious force of the blow pushes both heroes back by 5ft. They only manage to keep on their feet and not get knocked down. Val is pushed back from 5T to U4 (Map 2), a new tear has opened up in his chest. The Red Scythe takes a chunk of feathers along with a layer of skin form Folki's midsection as he is pushed back from 7R to Q8. Stomach bleeding, he somehow manages to prevent his spine from colliding with the corner of the house. The fox creature dashes for its life as its red glow fades. It moves out of the light of the torch. It opens a window and disappears into the house. You can't see it anymore but you can hear it at 16P (Map 2).
Skriiod will head towards where the torch light in the darkness is. He will move and dash towards Val and that will be his turn.

Gym you can move further (5ft) with double dash. You are "Y" not "G" on the map.My bad. I was remembering the rules wrong.Gym runs as fast as he can to Val's aid, stopping just before the fence at P24. Gym's vision of Val is blocked by the large tree.
