(he'll holster his axes or drop one, tell me which and I'll plan the rest)
Folki dives forward, just catching the end of the torches handle. Keeping his momentum he beelines for thwindow, dropping through as he hugs his wing in the fit.
I don't think you'll have enough time to holster it. You'll have to drop it.
Passing through the window, he finds himself in the house's kitchen. Directly two his north is a built in table. It houses the oven, the sink and a cutting board. The creature glares at Folki 30ft to the south. 4ft above it are some cabinets. There is also a table and 3 chairs. There is are doors on the south and west walls and another door in the southwest corner of the room. On the west wall is a large hole-like window. It leads to the dining room.
(Actually, you don't get strength modifier but as far as I know, you can add rage damage to off-hand attacks)
Folki charges forward to at the creature. The creature dodges the blade only to get hit in the neck by Folki's barbaric arm. Folki, taking advantage of the situation, bashes the creature's head against the east wall of the house. He then burns the creature's face with the torch (5 fire damage.)
Foxman's turn + Map. Will post once I'm done making mandatory map changes.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(No... You did. Rage + Strength is +5. The torch is acting like a club so you can add proficiency to your off-hand attacks)
The foxman growls as it's symbol glows. It lunges at Folki with the red scythe-like claws. Hit: 22 Dmg: 8.CON: 5.
The creature misses it's attack and decides to attack Folki with its teeth and claws. Bite: 23 Dmg: 7 Claws: 10 Dmg: 7 Resistance so Folki takes half-damage.
(sorry i think ive been doing my offhand attacks wrong. just re-read the rules and I think what i should be doing is not adding by Str (+3) to the off hand resulting in a bonus of +2 (prof) plus +2 if raging. i've been adding Str and not proficiency, essentially giving me an extra point. so if i'm raging, my main hand gets +7 and my offhand gets +4 (not +5) )
The claws dig into Folki's chest as the creature lands a violent bite into Folki's neck. Folki begins bleeding a lot from his neck but he still stands.

Map2:
The large rectangle is a dining table. The small squares are chairs. The (._._._.) line is a kitchen counter. It has an oven, a sink and a cutting board. The rectangles on the east wall are cabinets. They are 4ft from the ground. The red dot next to Folki is something I added to help me figure out the torch light range. It isn't something that actually exists in-game.

As far as I know, off-hand attacks rolls (To hit) is not affected. The damage is affected. Proficiency is not added to damage in any situation. You get +2 Rage damage. So your format is:
Skiirod sees the flickering light of the torch through the open window. He runs as fast as he can to aid his friend. Athletics: 3 + 4 = 7
Skiirod has trouble getting through the window but he somehow manages to get next to Folki. (14O). Elsara tries to catch up and stops behind wolf Val. (10Q)

"Would ya quit movin' around so much?! My legs ain't that long!" Gym is going to have to turn around and head back inside in as straight a line as possible. Acrobatics: 16 to make it back over the fence.

(DM: Can i get to the fox this round? Using flight distance to get to and through the window and foot distance from there)
Yes and no. You can use flight distance to get to and through the window but you'll run out of speed so you'll have to fly the rest of the way to it.
Folki manages to catch the torch.
Wait, I just noticed something. Folki, you have both of your hands occupied with weapons. How are you going to catch the torch?

He cleaves down with his handaxe from the right before thrusting the burning stick at the creatures face.
