The man behind the counter is a human. He has a slightly tan skin tone, blonde hair. He wears a brown shirt with the sleeves rolled up and leather pants. He says to the group, "Do you need to rent a horse? How about a carriage or wagon?"

 "We want to get to Camenose really quickly to help someone, but I don't have enough money to get there fast." Elsara says in a disappointed tone, like a child being told they can't have any pudding.

The manager says, "Camenose? Why?"

(DM: You can try coming up with a really good argument to lower prices. Or you can come up with a less than decent argument and roll persuasion. Just don't say something absolutely unreasonable and you'll be fine.)

"Some naughty goblins have been bad and kidnapped someone." Elsara tells the stable manager. "We're gonna be heroes and rescue them!"

"Aye, Camenose. We're in the Adventurer's Guild and we've been contracted to help find a child taken by goblins recently. So the faster we can get there, the better."

The manager scratches his golden hair and says, "Camenose and goblins huh? Can't say I've heard about that. Though it is true that news doesn't travel very fast..."

"Tell you what. I'll give you a discount on the wagon. It'll cost you 17gp. How's that?"

"So, how much is it to rent a cart for awhile?" Skriiod asks the stable master. "We are in a bit of a rush and the Guild could use someone like you, I could maybe put a down payment, if that is okay?"

(Okay, I edited in a new price but the site didn't publish it for some reason. So here it is.)

"Tell you what. Since you say you say you guys are going to save a child, I'll let you rent a wagon for 17gp. How does that sound?" The stable master responds.

Elsara looks hopeful, then back to her single gold coin. She turns to look at the others, holding the coin up.

Gymgier places his bag of gold onto the counter. "Fifteen gold from me. I thank yeh kindly for doin' us this service."

"And two from me. Thank you for your service."  Skriiod places the two gold on the table.

The man accepts the 17 gp. Elsara gets to keep her 1gp. You guys ride the wagon and set off toward Camenose. Now one question still remains: Who's driving?

Valwarin goes to the front of the wagon and pets the horse (or horses) attached to it, speaking to them sfolty in elvish while the others get ready.

Elsara's eyes light up. "Thankyouthankyouthankyou!" She'll say to the group, giving them a hug. She'll try and make "friends" with the horse as they are led to the cart.

(I propose that perhaps the druid is best suited to directing our beast of burden, rather than the ADD childish wizard)

You set off along the trail and you pass the green grass and dirt roads uneventfully. (Frandal, you don't need to give 5gp, the wagon has been paid for already.)

You have entered the Vandanore region. (Posting map shortly)

Summer-2 Time: 6:00PM

The sun has almost set and the trees of Vandanore forest can be seen in the horizon. You also see the brown Tyros mountain range. A red outline is cast around the mountain top by the setting sun and the sky has turned deep blue. There is still enough light to see without darkvision but it will not be so in about an hour. The large mountains cast a larger shadow on the tress of the forest, making their tops appear a very dark green.

(Sorry for the triple post but I missed Elsara's Animal Handling. Editing seems to be counter-intuitive since it raises the likely hood of people missing the edits.)

Elsara, the horse seems to like you. Also, Val, Animal Handling roll. I forgot to call for it.

Despite the result of the roll Val will not use the wagon and certanly will not drive it. He probably will turn into a wolf again and will go about 200 meters to one side and/or above the group.
