Seeing the time to strike is now, Rodan rises from his hiding place and wades out into the midst of the blights, longsword drawn. He bites his tongue and utters a curse, "As ye slide down the bannister of life, may each n' every splinter catch you in the bellend."
Rodan casts bane, targeting the druid and the two blights closest to him. Three creatures of his choice that he can see within range must make DC 12 Charisma saving throws. Whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.
He uses his movement to get close to the largest group of blights.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Blights spread out to engage the whole group. However, 3 are surprised so don't get to take any action this turn.
The remaining 3 go towards the group. Two use the dash action to engage Janek and Alcazar (the least well hidden). They are now in melee range (so would trigger AOO if you move) but used their dash action and have to attack next turn.
The third one goes for Rodan who is already closer, and attacks him. Attack: 11 Damage: 6

With his longswords already drawn, Janek swings each of them at the blight that approached him. (Longsword Attack: 8, Damage: 5) (Longsword Attack: 23, Damage: 7)
Seeing the many wicked blights swarming forward followed by their master, the blonde elven maiden steps out from hiding, calling upon the cleansing fiery light of her Lord Milil to purge the evil from this vineyard.
Casting Burning Hands 2nd level, targeting as many enemies as possible, Fire: 8 Dex save 13 for half.
Celeste then moves as far back as she can in full cover of a tree.

Dex saves:
Druid 18
Blights: 7, 13, 8
Two Blights are very badly burned and looks close to snapping like cracked firewood, the other one is somewhat injured. The druid manages to evade most of the blast and only his boots and cloak are blackened with soot.

The blight manages to dodge out of the way of the first sword, by the second catches it across the chest and various branches and leaves are sheared off by the slashing sword. It looks quite injured, but still in the fight.
The druid looks around at the ambush, and having recently been scorched by fire, decides that he needs a little more protection. He casts Barkskin on himself.
Surprised by the speed of advance of the creatures, Alcazar glances quickly around at the nearby enemies, singling out the one in front of him and at most one other badly wounded one...though his main concern is the one in front him.
Waves of calm erupt from a point not far away, engulfing the two targeted creatures, and possibly himself if unavoidable.

Thulewyn looks to reduce the total number of enemies before dealing with the druid. He aims for one if the surprised blights:
Attack: 21 Damage: 4
He will hold his position and continue to rain arrows.
(And hopefully land some of them!)
