As the party stand in the beautiful courtyard, Darius beings to softly hum a gentle tune, barely audible to those around. The tune is light and warm, weaved with his unique style and charm. As he continues, he turns towards the Prince and winks as he picks up the volume ever-so-slightly, the tune being more recognizable by anyone who hears as a classic Anambran tune, a personal favorite of Zuri's from his childhood...
OOC I'd gather Sir Broman would need to make an insight check on Masego. Rosen alone saw her expression.
The crowd erupts in applause as well as shout if elated well wishing. Masego remains standing on the small stage area elevated over the crowd where the red carpet magically unfurled leads to awaits Akordia. The Princess will have to walk the length of the rug with the crowd on either side to meet her. Various people, Anambrans, seek to greet Akordia as she passes them. Going towards the small stage.
OOC How does Akordia react to the people? Sir Broman give me a perception check.
In the spires...
Zuri's lips pull into a smile hearing the tune and looks to Darius with a nod.
"They keep jokingly calling you kingmaker but if they only knew you..." Zuri teases his former professor with a smirk. "Can we really do this, " he says more rhetorically as an attendant appears to inform the party that Akordia is on her way.

Sir Broman taps into his Divine Sense to better delve the waves of Akordia's fans and potential attackers. His left hand gently tucked into the crook of her arm. The right arm holds his polished shield emblazoned with the House T'Sarran crest.
OOC Not sure what the crest of House T'Sarran looks like. ShannonStoneheart you have ideas?
Sir Broman senses no celestial, fiend, or undead within 60 feet of him and princess Akordia. The precession is only 75ft from the stage where Masego stands awaiting Akordia with her Golden Host from The Lady of Our Fate Citadel.
OOC trying to resolve a plot point before proceeding with Akordia's arrival. Hang tight!
Hawk returns Ezra's gaze with a slightly softer expression, but still serious. His mind wonders, "upset? For professional reasons, or for personal ones?" Perhaps he had missed something romantic between Ged and Zuri... but of course he hadn't...
His eyes move around the party like a bird of prey, looking for anything odd or unexpected.
Darius stops humming and smiles at the Prince, "You can do this, Zuri, we are here to provide whatever support we can" he says warmly. After a longing moment the Professor grins, "Kingmaker Maxwell, I quite like the sound of that, might have to get Tulip to spread more rumors..." he chuckles as he turns and winks at the young half-elf...
Akordia and Masego lock eyes as the two women are finally face to face. For a split second Masego looks utterly bewildered but quickly composes her expression to it's usual placid yet serene appearance. One of the Golden Host leans over to whisper in Masego's ear but the high priestess raises a dismissive hand and the elven man stops speaking immediately falling back amongst his fellows.
"Welcome, " Masego calls out to Akordia with a soft expression neither smiling or frown.
Masego exudes confidence and looks utterly radiant. Even without her Golden ceremonial armor you would think the woman would glow internally from the light of her faith.
"I greet you on behalf of the Lady of Our Fate and House Jaezred. Anambra welcomes House T'Sarran with open arms," Masego adds making the gesture to embrace Akordia but only if the princess is consenting.
The crowd erupts into more cheers as music swells from all directions. It's a variable celebration in greeting Akordia.
OOC Did Tulip leave to seek out Ged?

As soon as Zuri muses "I...I suppose she's on the mountain, ", Tulip replies. "So, sparring ring or mountain are the most likely places to find her. Want me to check both, or someplace else? Good thing I wore my sensible shoes."
Princess Akordia waves and nods graciously at the gathered crowd, smiling in the sun. It is difficult for her to see, even with the smoked lenses in front of her eyes, but she does her best.
When she locks eyes with Princess Masego, the world stops. She tries to stay calm and collected (Deception 10) but freezes for a moment. The words echo in her ear, "I greet you on behalf of the Lady of Our Fate and House Jaezred. Anambra welcomes House T'Sarran with open arms," but Princess Akordia’s mind is far from the momentous occasion. She hopes she is smiling. Leaning in to accept the hug, she whispers in the other woman’s ear. “It’s you. Who are you?”
"Likely," Ezra replies in a whisper to Tulip. "I'd say let's stay here and maybe slip away to look for her before the feast," she offers ger help.

Embracing Akordia loosely, more for show than real sincerity, Masego shakes her head at the princess looking around at the crowds gathered eagerly watching this first interaction.
"We..have not met before Princess Relenor," Masego replies softly. "I...I have never ventured off of Anambra. I serve Satu, Lady of Our Fate, which keeps me quiet occupied," she adds speaking in a louder tone. Her Golden Host backing her as both women have the weirdest sensation of deja vu, Masego however seemingly denying the connection!
