We have been playing for a few months we are currently at level 6. The main bad guy is a ancient red dragon called the red queen. She's more of the dragon behind the certain then up front killing kind. We are a long way off from her yet. So the team will need to gather strength and allies from the dwarf kingdom to the ork clans of the grassland and all across Main land.
(My group use adult language and jokes please no people who are easily offended or sensitive.)
I ask that anyone who is interested would please be able to do a few posts per day most days. I understand life happens but if its most days with regular posts that's fine.
Please write your character ideas down below I'm looking for two new players.
I am interested in joining, however I would like to know more about character creation rules. Is multi classing allowed, how are you doing stats, do you want a full character sheet with Backstory or just a rough concept?
Last question, what kind of post length are you expecting, a few sentences or long paragraphs?
A skilled sell-sword, the group he had been adventuring with has disbanded and he is looking for a new group to join where his skills can be put to use.
Sir Berrick "Bear" Everspear Race: Half Elf Class: Bard level 4 (Swords)/Sorcerer level 2 (draconic) Background: Knight of the Order
Sir Berrick is a Knight of the Arcane, who was dispatched to investigate the rumors of a dark order headed by a mysterious dragon. Prior to departing, he participated in a ceremony that infused the essence of a dragon within him, granting him limited draconic power. Berrick is a knight. He carouses with anyone, buying drinks and singing drunken tavern songs, all the while keeping his sword at his side. He believes in honor and duty, but maintains his own mind on things. The dragon infusing is a bit intense for him. He feels its power within him always and is drawn to/fascinated by fire.
Class/race: fighter (eldritch knight), fire genasi
Background sage
Backstory: Singe
Backstory
Raised by a wizard father and a sword master mother Singe now blends both his parents teacs into his own fighting. Once an energetic young Genasi, full of hope, dreams, and life, he now spends his days by resting, feasting, and drinking, spending hia well-earned coin.
Looking for a couple of players who will be active. Also will bring something different to the team. I do use some homebrew stuff like vampires and other small things nothing major.
I'm new to PBP, but able to post multiple times a day and very keen to play.
I have prepared a lvl6 Dragonborn character using standard array: lvl3 Hexblade Warlock/ lvl3 Battlemaster Fighter named Zahreer, who has a mercenary background.
I'd be keen on playing an older human monk of the Astral Self, thrown back out of retirement after his family was killed by forces tied to the Red Queen.

I'd be interested in giving it a go for sure. I can post as often as needed, but I work nights and sleep during the day so I can't start until evenings. I tend to make characters for fun so I have several that I can choose from depending on the needs of the party. Some have backstories and some don't but once we pick which one you'd like me to use I can give you one fairly quickly. I tend to shy away from casters all of my options are mostly martial. If you decide to let me in I'd happily play any of these characters

I’m a multiple times a day kinda poster, so active is a check. When you say “bring something different” can you define that more? What are you looking for there? Some comic relief? Different type of roleplaying? More engaging? Or some off the wall concept? I’m open to any and all of the above, but some direction would help me zone in on what your needs are.

playing Jin Wei, human (Kara-tur) way of the Four Elements Monk in the Princes of the Apocalypse
If you're still looking for characters I've had something stuck in the back of my head for a while that might fit your campaign pretty well. At least, if you enjoy drama :)
A Githyanki outcast who desperately wants to return to the fold.
The Githyanki ride red dragons into battle, so they'll REALLY want a dragon of their own. To that end they'll be a drakewarden ranger - their pet appears as a young red dragon, the runt of the clutch, and their wings didn't grow properly (preventing them from flying... yet.)
I can imagine this character being distrusted everywhere due to their pet, and them being more than a little conflicted taking on any sort of red dragon :)
The Githyanki need to take their young out of the Astral plane so that they age to adulthood, while Qela was being raised/trained the creche that she was assigned to was raided by mind flayers and razed to the ground. They were away from the creche at the time being trained for scouting duties, which is the only reason they survived. The trauma of their ordeal led to them questioning orders more and more until they were exiled from the militaristic society of the Githyanki. She now wanders as crew on whatever spelljammer ship she can, searching for connection to others - but still with the racial superiority issues of the Gith keeping a barrier between themselves and everyone around them.
One idea I had was an awakened dire wolf. Basically setup the dire wolf as a race and go from there. She can talk but is quadrupedal and has no hands. Plus she’s a dire wolf, so might have trouble interacting.

I had to take a break from D&D beyond - basically, anything online - for a while; hurricane Ian wasn't nice to us here in SW FL. Would love to get back into a game.
I have a fun idea for a Firbolg Twilight Cleric build. He was perfectly content to remain in his small clan's forest holdings, serving as guardian and protector - until the night he wasn't there, instead off on a mission to gather an exotic plant found only deep underground in a nearby cave system - the same night a red dragon attacked is clan, kiiling many of them outright and leaving the rest to persih in the resulting forest fire that raged out of control, also destroying the clan holdings. The cleric returned to the surface in time to watch the dragon fly away, leaving a trail of desruction in it's wake, but too late to do anything but watch as his home and clan were consumed.
in despair and full of rage, the normally gentle giant has left his decimated homeland behind him and ventured out into the unknown wider world beyond, vowing never to return until he completes his mission to find new companions, and eventually gain in power and skill enough to one day exact justice on the creature that changed his life forever.

I do accept multi classing. I use point buy system and just a quick backstory is fine I don't need fithteen pages. So no worries.
