Clarity, an hour into your watch you catch a glimpse of something jumping threw the Snow, no more then 60 feet away from the group. Long ears and a fluffy tail, a Snow rabbit is slowly making its way towards you. A white fur coat covers it, almost making it unseeable against the snow. Its stops about 30 feet away before turning and heading to the left, The way the group had come from. Other then that one occurance your watch goes undisturbed.
Logan and Samson, you are left to take the final watch.
One of you make a Perception check with advantage.

Samson and Logan, your watch proceeds into the early morning. The sun is starting to peak over distant hills as the cool morning air gives way to a chilled breath of wind. Your watch is Uneventful as you see no disturbance. This is not a well traveled area you would wager at this point so the odds of someone lurking in the dark in this place is very slim. Still a good Idea you keep watch.
You all awake in the morning, the sun is bright a warm to the skin. Initially you would expect another nice day to travel by but within 20 minutes clouds take the sky and snow begins to fall. Thick and heavy snow, it catches on your exposed clothing and melts into water. The temperature is steadily dropping for this time of year, Once more your breath hangs in the air.
The Fire has all but burned into a pile of Embers and Ashes as you all pack up your bedrolls and start what is to be another long day of travel.

Geoffrey rolls his shoulders as he stands from gathering his bed roll. He takes a sip from his canteen and picks up his shield. "Thank the Flame for this beautiful day. We still have a track ahead of us so we had better set out."
Geoffrey pulls some dried meat rations from his pack and begins to munch on it as he gets ready to resume the march.

"I got an okay sleep. Can't believe I forgot my bedroll at home but oh, well." Alethra starts the cleaning process for the thunder cannon. "So onward to Lord U'den, then?"
There a roll of clouds overhead that completely takes the sky, Blotting out what little sun there was in the early morning and with it a Cold wind picks up. The fire is flickering, Embers are being kicked up by the wind as a heavy snowfall begins to fall from the sky.
The wind is causing the loose snow on the ground to drift, blowing it directly into your campsite. Soon the fire is almost out from the sheer amount of snow being kicked up. It could be the tail end of that snowstorm two nights pass or another one just starting. Looking to the sky it dosent appear to be stopping anytime soon.

You would know Samson, just from living in the Country. Storms this early in the Winter tend to slow down if not die off completely around Noon if not a little afterwards. They then pick up again at some point during the night.
Samson, looking at this storm. It isnt going to stop anytime within the next 6-8 hours.

"Guys, this storm isn't going to stop anytime soon based on my experience. Should we try to find some shelter, or do you want to push through the weather towards Crestfell?" Samson looks up at the sky warily, knowing that weather could kill them just as easily as a sword.
Logan, you have never traveled this way before. You are following two individuals that know the area and where crestfell is in relation to Shallow step thicket. You were told earlier it could take upwards of 2 days walk to reach Crestfell on foot. You have been traveling for about one day and you would wager it wouldnt be until late afternoon or early evening until you reach your destination.
Silas, there are alot of small twigs and rocks on the snow covered ground but nothing that could make a reliable shelter.
You all hear what sounds like a whip and the sound of a Horse letting out a neigh in the wind.

(How bad do storms typically get in this part of the country? And would Samson know if this was going to stop at all? Here's nature if you need it)

"If that's the best plan we have, then let's execute it quickly. Storms here are not kind to those in the open." Samson heads towards the neighing.
Geoffrey nods in agreement, "Staying here isn't an option so we can perhaps get a ride, or hope to make it to Crestfall before we freeze"
