It hurts Akkron a bit to send Reggie to join the dragon... but he understands, and he can see a great future ahead for the young knight.
"My friend," he tells Reggie before they part ways, placing a hand on his shoulder and looking into his eyes. "You will forever hold a place in my soul. You were my first brother in arms, and just because you have a new employer does not mean that I will not be here for you if you need me. I see that one day you will be a legendary champion, and I will be here to watch it happen. Fare thee well, my friend."
Saying farewell to Reggie and the other two who either choose or are chosen to join the dragon, Akkron is ready to address the council about the treaty with the Dragon Lords. After that, he is ready to begin courting, dowry, titles, etc. But there is one thing he would like to do before marrying into the royal family... he would like to get his hands on a spell spell scroll of alter self and one of seeming so that his touch won't immediately give away his... unusual... nature to his bride and he won't need to re-cast disguise self on an hourly basis. Though the marriage is presumably purely political (and he is willing to acknowledge that reality to the bride, though he will still do his best to make her happy however he can), he's not foolish enough to believe that there will be no physical contact at all.
The coming years are met with prosperity and peace. The Paragon's alliance with the Dragon Lords affords the kingdom wealth and trade with some of the monstrous creatures from The Wilds. Orc tribes often barter in leftover monster parts with the kingdom, allowing for magic potions and items never seen before. The human cities thrive and expand.
Lord Akkron is given the title of Lord Baron, many tracts of land, and estates in Diamond City and in Sapphire City. He is invited to teach as a professor in the Wizard's College and becomes a sought after suitor from many eligible noble women (and possibly some noble men?)
The King's Niece is a young maiden of 21 years old named Seraphina. Her talents in spellcraft, potions, and necromancy draws her to Akkron's teachings and they are wedded during the next Winter Solstice.
Years pass with no children, until an illusionary pregnancy is manifested through magic, without Seraphina's knowledge. Lord Baron Akkron becomes a father to a mystical child. As the child grows up, Akkron ages quickly, until he dies before his son goes off to Wizard's College. Before attending, Akkron, having faked his own death, takes the place of his own son and graduates as the most celebrated Wizard graduate who ever lived.
Akkron Jr. gains a lot of attention and becomes the Chief advisor to the King, the youngest advisor who ever held the position. This places him as a tutor for the princess Delilah and she falls madly in love with him and are married in the Spring.
After a few years of childlessness, a mystical birth occurs and the kingdom rejoice to see a male Heir to the throne. The child is named Jordan, after the King's father.
Many years later the king takes ill and dies at the old age of 97. The next day is Jordan's coronation, which Akkron magically swaps places with the mystical child to be crowned king under a pseudonym.
After the coronation is a fever pitch of dancing, music, and celebration that is ominously interrupted with an earthquake and lightning storm.
The Goddess of Magic descends into the middle of the festivities, a stunning woman of unparalleled beauty, standing 8 feet tall, in a party gown that glows emerald green and an onyx necklace of black skulls. Her fiery red hair, full of large springy curls, tassels about as she speaks, " Mortals of this world, I beseech thee. I Mystra concede my position as Goddess of Magic and Knowledge for one thousand years, to Boccob, my new master and grant him purchase to my seat so that I may stand down one level beneath him."
The now greater God of Magic, Boccob pops into being, wearing a royal purple cloak with silver-white hair, straight and kempt, merging with his perfectly manicured silver-white beard. "Men and Women of the Mortal world, I accept this honor and will not betray my duties to you and the realm. I endorse the faith of Mystra and urge you not to forsake your Goddess now that she has yielded her position. Instead, I will seek out the unfaithful and start a new church of Boccob in this reality."
"And to you, Lord Baron Akkron, I bestow the greatest gift a God can give, the ritual of ascension is now imprinted into your mind. You must travel to the Far Realm with your Dragons, to reunite Roxo with his mirror self and together, you Roxo, his Mirror, and your Death Dragon must deliver the corpse of the fallen goddess Shebaz into the heart of a planar disjunction, so that her followers may never have the opportunity to resurrect her, ever again. Complete this Epic Quest and you may ascend into demi-godhood by my own decree."
And so Jordan/Akkron, studies the necessary spells to transport himself and his Dragon followers into the Far Realm, where they reunite with the Mirror Roxo and fight off an army of Shebaz followers before constructing a planar disjunction machine, which consists of two Sphere of Annihilation's and a unique demiplane. With the help of all the Gem Dragons, Shebaz' corpse, an enormous mass of flesh filled mounds with heads and legs and monstrous appendages, numbering in the thousands, protruding chaotically all over the body, roughly the size and weight of one thousand blue whales, is teleported into a new demiplane, constructed for the purpose of exhiling Shebaz' corpse beyond oblivion.
Akkron creates a several Magen followers to sacrifice themselves to complete the task and then promptly teleports into the Ethereal Plan. While Etheral, Akkron witnesses, while scrying his Magen, as they use telekenisis to merge the two sphere of annihilations together, reversing all existences of the demiplane and all that exists inside, so that Shebaz' corpse no longer exists on any known plane.
Returning to the Far Realm, Roxo and Mirror Roxo both pledge their allegiance to Akkron and offer more Gem Dragon Followers to join his team. Emerald, Sapphire, Topaz, Crystal, Obsidian, and Beljuril dragons all pledge allegiance to Akkron (but he can only choose up to 9 to join him if he keeps his GDD, and he may want to command more undead and not just Gem Dragons, up to you)
When he returns to the Material Plane, there is a parade and a celebration that lasts for 3 days, celebrating Akkron's ascension.
Akkron, benevolently steps down from the throne and the next monarch in line, a student of Akkron, is crowned in a huge celebration.
Akkron, helps to build an enormous temple to Boccob, exactly the same size as the temple to Mystra (and as a prank, it's exactly a mirror image of the old temple, down to the runes but everything is backwards, although the temple is on the far side of the city) Followers of Boccob begin to gain popularity over the years.
While Akkron travels far East, with a host of just over 500 followers, and ten powerful dragons, to create a new city, Akkron City with an enormous church to the Hero-God Akkron himself and he appoints his first clergy, who must also venerate Boccob, since Akkron is a young demi-god and still cannot grant Divine powers to his followers. He establishes a prosperous city full of art, culture, and religion, with Arcane Gates and Teleportation Circles, that connect all the great cities of the Realm together, opening impossible trade routes and ushering in a new era of peace.
Akkron travels all over the realm for decades, bringing peace and prosperity through justice and magic. His strength grows through Epic Boons and Ability Increases (or Feats)
Until one day, reports of Greater Death Dragons emerge from the north and Hero-God Akkron must investigate, to find that all the Dragon Lords have died or come down with a mystical illness. After dispatching the other GDD, Akkron is able to visit his old friend Osllech. "No more tricks my friend, the time of judgement is at hand. The Lord Dragons will be reborn into this world from the seeds of Tiamat, but it is the Mortals that will be tested, as they always will, by the Sleeper Tarrasque. Deep under the ground is buried the Tarrasque, sleeping, waiting for the last Dragon Soul Ward to leave this world and it can awake. Once it consumes all the lifeforce energy by destroying city after city, the Tarrasque will sleep again and only if all culture, knowledge, art, and humanity is gone will the Sleeper Sleep once again. Hurry now, I know not where the Tarrasque is buried, but as I breath my last breath... he will awake."
And then Osllech closes her eyes and vanishes from existence.
Using spells, Hero-God Akkron and his ten followers are able to use scrying and teleportation to get within 500 feet of the Armageddon Beast, The Tarrasque
Appearing about a half a mile from Sapphire City, barrels the Tarrasque, A Gargantuan Titan, consuming trees, rocks, animals, people, and the earth itself, leaving nothing but an empty trough about 50 feet wide. Judging from the length of the void canal, left in its wake, you only have a few moments before the Tarrasque enters the city.

Akkron Initiative: 24
Akkron will be bringing his Greater Death Dragon and 9 Gem Dragons to deal with this threat. While the Greater Death Dragon may be more powerful, he would prefer to ride on the back of his old friend Roxo into this final great battle.
Note - I have decided to take the following Epic Boons, writing them out here since I can't really figure out how to put the effects on the character sheet:
Boon of Resilience - You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical weapons.
Boon of Recovery - You can use a bonus action to regain a number of hit points equal to half your hit point maximum. Once you use this boon, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Boon of Spell Mastery - Choose one 1st-level sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell that you can cast. You can now cast that spell at its lowest level without expending a spell slot. (Absorb Elements)
Boon of High Magic - You gain one 9th-level spell slot, provided that you already have one.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
I think Akkron will stick with the Greater Death Dragon and nine gem dragons for this battle... which gem dragons does he have? I know he has Roxo (an Amethyst dragon... not sure if he's grown into an Adult Amethyst Dragon or if he's still a Young Amethyst Dragon considering it's been nearly a century). The plan right now is to bombard the Tarrasque from the air.

(Are all the dragons young gem dragons of various types?)
You can choose all the same or all different. I see they are all different levels. At least the Young Sapphire Dragon is also Challenge 9 but the Young Topaz Dragon is Challenge 7
It's up to you, I'd probably take mostly CR 8's and 9's
For round 1, All 10 of the dragons are going to try to fly in a semicircle behind the Tarrasque; each staying right at the edge of the range for their breathe weapons. Then all of them will blast it at the same time with their numerous breathe weapons.
GDD: DC 18 Dex save or take 53 Necrotic damage, half damage on a successful save. 60-ft cone (not a spell and cone rather than line so presumably the Tarrasque's Reflective Carapace does not have an effect). Half damage on success.
---
Roxo: DC 17 Str save or take 35 Force damage and its speed becomes 0 until the start of Roxo's next turn. Half damage on success.
YAD 2: DC 17 Str save or take 40 Force damage and its speed becomes 0 until the start of YAD 2's next turn. Half damage on success.
YAD 3: DC 17 Str save or take 27 Force damage and its speed becomes 0 until the start of YAD 2's next turn. Half damage on success.
---
YED 1: DC 15 Int save or take 34 Psychic damage and subtract 1d6 from all attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn. Half damage on success.
YED 2: DC 15 Int save or take 27 Psychic damage and subtract 1d6 from all attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn. Half damage on success.
YED 3: DC 15 Int save or take 26 Psychic damage and subtract 1d6 from all attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn. Half damage on success.
---
YSD 1: DC 17 Con save or take 23 Thunder damage and be incapacitated until the end of its next turn. Half damage on success.
YSD 2: DC 17 Con save or take 26 Thunder damage and be incapacitated until the end of its next turn. Half damage on success.
YSD 3: DC 17 Con save or take 16 Thunder damage and be incapacitated until the end of its next turn. Half damage on success.
---
None of the dragons' breath weapons are described as magical, so the tarrasque presumably does not get advantage on the saves.
As for Akkron himself...
Lord Akkron casts tasha's mind whip on the tarrasque. It now must make a DC 25 Int save or take 16 psychic damage and choose between an action, movement, or a bonus action on its next turn (and also can't take reactions). Half damage on a success (yes, starting this out pretty conservatively... want to lock the beast down first and foremost)

Akkron casts tasha's mind whip on the tarrasque again, dealing 10 psychic damage on a failed DC 25 Int save and robbing it of its reaction + reducing its options to action, bonus action, or movement on its next turn (half damage and no other effects on a success). Then all of the dragons except for Roxo (since Akkron happens to be riding on his back) dive-bomb the tarrasque before retreating to a safe distance as the tarrasque can only hit so many of them in one turn.
I'll write up all the attacks tomorrow sometime... (well, just the bites since the Tarrasque is immune to non-magic BPS, so all the damage they'll be doing is the little riders from their bite attacks). For now I'll do the breathe weapon recharge rolls.

All dragons that went into melee charge in and then fly back to a 'safe' (relatively speaking) distance, on the assumption that the Tarrasque can only hit so many of them and one hit probably won't take them down.

Tarrasque Initiative 12

Oh, I love Boon of High Magic. 9th level spells, all day long!
Yes... here's to using Prismatic Wall and Psychic Scream in the same fight!
But now I must sleep.

You can move up to any distance without attacking the Tarrasque, so we will pickup initiative from that point.
Go ahead and choose the range you want to start and take your first turn, you can also take all your dragon's turns too.

Hmmm... I think that Akkron will bring 3 Young Amethyst Dragons (including Roxo), 3 Young Sapphire Dragons, and 3 Young Emerald Dragons. Oh, and Leroy the Greater Death Dragon.

The masterful pincer attack with rear flanking dragons and a fierce psychic attack against the titan has earned you all of its attention.
The Tarrasque stops in its tracks to deal with you, (roll for frightened, unless you have a hero's feast or other fear immunity, Frightful Presence Wisdom DC 17, 120 feet)
Starting with the Greater Death Dragon, 55 feet away, dealing 40 necrotic with Cataclysmic Breath, Dexterity Save DC 18 vs 14
Next the Amethyst dragons 25 feet away with Singularity Breath, three saves
22 force, Strength Save DC 17 vs 24
35 force, Strength Save DC 17 vs 13
45 force, Strength Save DC 17 vs 25
Next the Emerald dragons 25 feet away with Disorienting Breath, three saves
42 psychic, Intelligence Save DC 15 vs 24
29 psychic, Intelligence Save DC 15 vs 20
29 psychic, Intelligence Save DC 15 vs 14
Next the Sapphire dragons 25 feet away with Debilitating Breath, three saves
20 thunder, Constitution Save DC 17 vs 26
24 thunder, Constitution Save DC 17 vs 15
23 thunder, Constitution Save DC 17 vs 17
Tashas Mind Whip, Intelligence Save DC 25 vs 8
The Tarrasque chooses to succeed against Tashas Mind Whip (Legendary Resistance 2/3 left), so only takes half, 5 psychic damage (Tarrasque 483/676)
It will turn around and move to the middle Emerald Dragon, the one that it failed to save against its breath weapon, and although it's taking penalties to attack, it will begin a full five attacks against the dragon.
Move up to 40 feet towards the middle Young Emerald Dragon (AC 17, 142/142)
Claw Attack 1: 14 Damage: 61
Claw Attack 2: 15 Damage: 32
Horn Attack: 31 Damage: 40
Tail Attack: 25 Damage: 25
Bite Attack: 33 Damage: 36, on hit, grappled (escape DC 20)
Make a grapple save.
It's your turn, and now that the Tarrasque has gone, I'll sprinkle in the Legendary Actions
Athletics to escape the grapple: 24
Fear save for Lord Akkron: 17 + 3 (I figure Akkron chugged a Potion of Heroism before this tussle)

Roxo stays well out of the way (taking the Dodge action). Meanwhile, the GDD unleashes another blast of necrotic death breathe at the Tarrasque (DC 18 Dex or take 37 Necrotic damage, half-damage on success)
Roxo: Dodge
YAD 2: Darts in and attempts to bite the Tarrasque. Attack: Attack: 20 Damage: 12 + 2 Force damage (and 3 more if critical)
YAD 3 uses its breathe weapon again: DC 17 Strength save or take 47 Force damage
---
YED 1: Bite Attack: 27 Damage: 13 + 1 psychic damage (and 5 more if critical)
YED 2: Bite Attack: 28 Damage: 21 + 6 psychic damage (and 1 more if critical)

---
YSD 1: Bite Attack: 14 Damage: 24 + 8 thunder damage (and 3 more if critical)
YSD 2: Uses its breathe weapon. Tarrasque must make a DC 17 Con save or take 38 thunder damage and be incapacitated on a failure.
YSD 2: Uses its breathe weapon. Tarrasque must make a DC 17 Con save or take 23 thunder damage and be incapacitated on a failure.
All dragons that went into melee charge in and then fly back to a 'safe' (relatively speaking) distance, on the assumption that the Tarrasque can only hit so many of them and one hit probably won't take them down.

Akkron again uses tasha's mind whip on the tarrasque, dealing 8 psychic damage and robbing of its reaction (while reducing it to an action, bonus action, or movement on its turn) on a failed DC 25 Wis save.
