Nephira - A black-feathered arrow juts from your armor. It cuts painfully. You hear a cackle in the dark.
"We gonna wash ya out, sneak! CRAGMAAAAAW!!" The call echoes and bounces around the hideout. It sounds like it is joined by other war cries by other goblins that were watching closely.
Again, the bridge is 20ft up and in darkness unless one of the light cantrips is fully exposed.
[NOTE: We won't forget the rolls you all made before this combat encounter, but the triggering event was for someone to pass through the main passage after Klarg gave orders to the goblins.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Latimer raises his shield to try an block any incoming arrows, and reveals the full light of the cork he has been hiding. He tries to throw it up on the bridge, to better light up the enemy. Then he casts a sacred flame cantrip on the one on the left, hoping to further illuminate the situation.

Caledon gets in front of Cressel hopefully providing cover, action Dodge. “You stupid gobs bet you can’t even hit the broadside of a dwarf! Follow Nephira quick you two.”
Nephira - Goblin #1 yelps as your parting shot lands true! As you quickly pick your way up the rocky escarpment, you feel a large stone beneath your feet shift unexpectedly! Roll a Dex Save DC 10.
Latimer - Roll a straight Dexterity Check to see if you land the cork on the bridge. If you miss, it still would make the area on the bridge dim light, so anyone without darkvision will be able to attack the goblins at range without disadvantage.

Goblin #1 is busy clawing at the arrow Nephira gave him and by sheer luck teeters out of harms way. He recovers and notches another arrow, spitting when he sees Nephira is gone. He spots Cressel and fires!
He watches as the arrow barely misses him, shakes his head to snap out of his stupor. Then before he ducks into the passage he casts frostbite on the one that shot at him.(DC 14 Con save or 1 Frost damage, (1?! Really?!))
He scrambles after Nephira trying to get through and not block the others.
Dexterity save: 7 (plus 4 from Lucky footwork if 7 fails)
Goblin #1 ducks away as the air grows cold around him. He is unharmed, but he is wondering how many more spells a goblin can hope to evade.
[NOTE: No one else will need to make a Dex Save in this steep side passage now that the unstable rock is dislodged. Just treat it like difficult terrain.]
The passage is filled with a mighty roar, as a huge surge of rushing water thunders down the stream!
Caledon, Cressel, and Latimer must attempt a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw to avoid being swept away! A creature that fails to get out of the way can attempt a DC 15 Strength saving throw to hold on. On a failed save, the character is knocked prone and washed down to (EDIT: the cave entrance), taking 1d6 bludgeoning damage along the way.
[I will assume Latimer follows close on the heels of Caledon, weapons ready and watching for trouble]
As Nephira darts through the main passage, something flies through the dark towards her.

The arrow is coming from the goblins on the bridge in the main passage, correct? Not from the passage to the eating cave? Just want to be 100% sure.

[Correct, the arrow came from a goblin on the bridge. You would imagine the passage on the left to still get clear of enemies.]
Okay, fearing whatever they’re about to unleash, Nephira’s priority is getting up that passage to the Eating Cave.
If her action economy allows her the time/ability to take a parting shot on the way, she will. If not, she won’t.
