"To be honest, your whole "plan" as my thoughts never even came close to thinking along those lines. I just saw Adad as another cog in our wheel in our general plan of defeating the enemy. As powerful as a tool as he could be, your idea is tenfold as powerful as my thoughts. I am a bit more happy that our prisoners are now his and we don't have to deal with them anymore. I look forward to our continuing adventure into the hills and dealing with trolls and giants." Mal says to Khessa and the rest of the crew as she continues to look wander around the room looking at everything, taking interest into anything shiny.
Perception: 27
To you, its like walking through a museum, a room full of artifacts from a bygone age. Nothing shiny per say, though to Adad, they are priceless. Books, manuscripts, scrolls, works of knowledge and the arcane, etc.
If there is nothing else left to do today... the next day Khessa tries to use the spell she has just learned, Remove Curse, to try to remove the curse that confines Adad to the temple.. She knows all too well that she, by herself, does not have the power to counteract the power of a deity... but she remembers how Flute had secretly aided her in the Dispel Magic used against Slaanesh... perhaps, if Flute decides to 'have fun' this time too, the curse could be removed...
Whether the attempt is successful or not, the blonde arcane warrior is still ready to continue the journey! Next stop the Troll Gods, it would seem.
Akkron, after his long rest, is ready to bid farewell to their host.
"Perhaps I should look into setting up a teleportation circle here,"he says. "I'm sure that there is much we could discuss over the next few millennia."
As the party is preparing to go, he poses a question to everyone.
"Do you think it would be worth the effort to drag one of the Zemoch matrons with us to see the trolls?" he asks the others. "That might make for a potent demonstration of how pitiful the 'rewards' for serving the dark duo really are."

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Waking up the next morning and asking their host for a repeat of the dinner last night, Tyekanik is in good spirits as they prepare to head to treat with the trolls. Getting more and more used to, though still perhaps not comfortable with, ‘friendly’ liches, he looks to Akkron and says with a grin, “Demonstrations of strength can be quite helpful to prove your point. Think we can just tie one up and drag them along?”
Khessa nods to her mentor: "An excellent idea as always, Master Akkron. To tell the truth, if I understand correctly, it is the Trolls, but the Troll Gods that we will have to convince... and if they are Gods, they should be able to understand if what we tell them it's the truth or not... but having direct proof before their eyes will be more convincing for sure. Let's bring a matron with us!"

Adad agrees, and sets a grand feast before you all for breakfast.
Khessa is very happy to once again enjoy the undead host's generous hospitality... Who knows when the party will be able to celebrate again? She savors several cabbage delights - some of which are unknown even to her! -with an ecstatic expression, offering a little to Anator too, which she appreciates in turn.
The blonde arcane warrior then turns to Flute in her thoughts: 'Hello beautiful! How are you? Fine I hope... Now, I know you're the goddess and not me... so I won't be offended if you refuse... but I'd like you to help me remove the curse on poor Adad here... just like you helped me play that nice prank to Slaanesh! You know, it seems so unfair that Adad has to live in such a confined space... wouldn't it be more fun if he had a little more freedom? Well, I'll try, okay? If you can help me, that's just great... if not, well, we'll have fun later in some other way, I guess'. At that point, she tries to cast Remove Curse to break Adad's curse.
The tall adventuress, if she doesn't succeed, as she promised, doesn't mind - since she certainly doesn't pretend to understand all the complications behind the deities' decisions - and simply does a bit of physical exercise and reviews the latest spells, waiting to resume the journey.
Akkron chuckles when Tye asks if they can simply tie up their prisoner and drag her along.
"As amusing as the idea of putting her on a leash and making her walk the whole way is, I think that would be a waste of time. She will need a ride. If we feel it is necessary I can also bestow a curse upon her to further hamper any attempts she might make to get away from us."
"Sounds like a plan. If we don't "restrain" her magically we would have to worry about here trying to escape every moment she got. As Tye said it would be a great idea to have her come along to help show the others that following our enemies is a wasted effort." Mal says as she finishes her breakfast and bows to Adad, "Thank you for your hospitality, I look forward to working with you in the future."
(OOC: I assume we completed a Long Rest, correct?)
Just remember that even with a solid curse upon her, we still need to be wary. She will just have less opportunity to try to struggle free as the magical haze clouds her mind, Akkron says. Now then... let's see if either of them will volunteer to leave the dungeon between realms or if we simply need to choose one of them as our less-than-willing travelling companion.

"The one who had seemed immune to the spells must be the most important figure..." Khessa observes "Perhaps also the most 'problematic' to control, but at the same time, probably, also the figure that would have the greatest effect, when exhibited..."
[[ OOC: @Mister_Whisker: By the way... do you remember that plan to turn an inanimate object into a Hollyphant? What do you say? Could this be a good time for that? ]]
[[ OOC: @Mister_Whisker: By the way... do you remember that plan to turn an inanimate object into a Hollyphant? What do you say? Could this be a good time for that? ]]
(OOC: That's true. I almost forgot about that! Of course, both permanently cursing the matron and making a hollyphant out of a rock would require a 9th-level spell slot, so we can only do one or the other right now)
"I suspect their capabilities are similar... the first one we simply caught by surprise," Akkron replies. "So it probably will matter little which one we drag with us to throw before the representatives of the Troll Gods to make our point."
So? Is there a volunteer matron to accompany us as a prisoner of war on our journey to the Troll Gods? Or none in particular and we choose one at random?
In any case, I would say that we are ready to continue the journey, immediately after...
You have yourprisoner in tow and return to your camp and horses. Everything is as you left it. Sparhawk suggest you pass through Argath to tell what you found, and that the threat has been eliminated for now.
"Of course, Sparhawk!" Khessa agrees "Plus, perhaps we should also warn that Sai 'lanthresh is united with Azash in the intent to subjugate (or, failing that, destroy) creation. This was a surprise to me... before coming in here, we had evidence of Azash's sole hand behind the Immrama danger. It might be better for our allies to also know that we are facing a 'double trouble' instead".
Your all gather your things, mount your horses and with your prisoner secure, head West through the mountain wall, and enter Agarth. It is around midafternoon when you see the city in the distance. As you approach the city walls, the gate is open, flanked by two guards with polearms in the livery of the city's watch. There is a little bit of traffic of locals, mostly farmers coming into and out of the city. As you approach, the guards spot your prisoner, and one walks out and raises his hand.
"Hold." While not threatening, the command is firm. "Where did you capture a Zemoch? Are they close to the city, should we be concerned?"
"Hello and well met, brave defender!" Khessa smiles at the guard "We will be happy to tell everything, but why do it in the open, where even those who shouldn't could spot us or, worse, hear us? Wouldn't it be better if we talked about it in private? Maybe with whoever is responsible for the defense of the city?" she searches for Sparhawk, with her gaze, in the meantime... he should be more familiar with the current protocols than she is.
