Robert is fighting the prince, the black knight is coming to his aid
Khessa, comforted by having swept away a good number of enemies with her first area spell, is ready to use another one... but she has to realize that Robert, unwittingly, has put himself in an inconvenient position: not only can he be attacked from almost every side, but he also prevents her from affecting a good part of the enemies... if she wants to avoid damaging him too!
"Robert!" the blonde arcane warrior worries about him anyway "Disengage and come in line with the Beholder and me, or they'll sorround you! I would hate to lose a friend so recently known".
[[ OOC: Note: I don't know what the Prince is, but if he is particularly vulnerable to sunlight, the light of the spell is true sunlight! ]]
Khessa then nods to Alfred, who promptly unleashes the magical power she had stored in him long ago, making her incredibly faster; so fast that she, always followed by the faithful construct servant, goes to block the path of the most advanced High Elves and, mistaking the Staff of Power for the Death Lance, launches a lethal thrust.

Clarac withstands the blows of the men-at-arms; one slips through her armor and lands true. Having seen the Saintess's powerful magic disrupt their enchantment only momentarily, Clarac decides that a serious attempt to break the curse would not be feasible in an active battlefield.
Bringing her focus back to the demons, she swings her sword once more at the nearest Bloodletter demon as it turns to flee. 'You won't get away from me that easily,' she thinks and rides after it, attacking them again with her sword.
She notices Robert taking attacks from both the prince and the black knight; she sends a beam of holy light his way to heal his wounds.

Looks like we're back to our side...
Lord Akkron considers briefly... it looks like Tye is taking care of the gigantic demon, and the lich doesn't really feel the need to spoil the giant's fun. But what he doesn't want to do is let the giant get overwhelmed by sheer numbers.
So he steps forward, and twirls his staff dramatically and vanishes... but he isn't gone for long. He reappears as a blurr of motion, striking 5 of the smaller fiends in rapid succession with a [spell]steel wind strike[/spell!]!

Then his aberration unleashes 3 eye beams. If the demon that Lord Akkron just appeared next to is still alive, it unleashes all three beams at that one. Otherwise, it zaps the three fiends that appear to be closest to death.
