Khessa attacks the vampire spawn in front of her, unleashing one Death Lance thrust after another. She knows that the necrotic energy will probably have no effect on the undead... but the Lance is still a powerful magical weapon - its enchanted tip will still tear through the flesh of the enemies!
Alfred stays behind her, watching her back and helping her defend herself as usual.
[[ OOC: Khessa just Multiattacks with her Death Lance... She does not use any spells yet, considering that the sacred statuette protects her (undead have Disadvantage to hit) and that the enemies are outnumbered. ]]

Vrox: Round 1
Not wanting to spend time switching to his bow, especially against such a small group of foes, Vrox leaves the nearest vampire spawn to Khessa and Yoht. He moves nimbly around that opponent and strikes out at the one at the top-right with the elven sword sword. As he strikes, he begins to fade from view in a twinkling mist, finally becoming invisible.
Movement: ~3 squares north and 1 square west. That should avoid AoO from the vampire spawn at the far left while getting close enough to the one on the back-right to attack. After he vanishes, he moves to the north wall, away from the vampire spawn. (Hopefully still avoiding an AoO because he's invisible.) Action: Two attacks with Elven Vorpal Sword +3 Attack 1: 22 Damage: 15 (magical piercing) Attack 2: 23 Damage: 12 (magical piercing) The first hit does an additional 6 (psychic) (or if it was a critical hit, 7 (psychic)) Bonus Action: Vrox uses Nature's Veil to become invisible Free Action: After his attack, Vrox checks the ceiling to see whether any other creatures lurking there.
Action: Two attacks with Elven Vorpal Sword +3 Attack 1: 22 Damage: 15 (magical piercing slashing) Attack 2: 23 Damage: 12 (magical piercing slashing) The first hit does an additional 6 (psychic) (or if it was a critical hit, 7 (psychic))
Assuming both attacks hit, that's damage: 33 (total). It should also be slashing, not piercing, damage.
Vrox is avoiding spending any valuable resources since the party vastly outnumbers them, and unless they display any surprising abilities, he assumes that they're just "pawns" meant to test an intruder's strength.
Tyek hefts his weapon and stomps around Sir Sparhawk. In his booming voice, he says, "Finally, some exercise for Anman's Greataxe!" Tyek moves around Sir Sparhawk's left side, along the wall, beginning to rage and grow in size as he moves. He ends his movement to the northwest of the two vampires on that side, having assumed a huge size.
Movement: Up to 40 ft. of movement to find a space where he can control a 3x3 area that's adjacent to the two vampires on the left side. Bonus Action: rage, growing to Huge size and imbuing Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver with thunder damage Action: Two Reckless Attacks with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder) Targeting the vampire in front of Sir Sparhawk first. If it dies, remaining attacks against the other vampire. Attack 1: 27, Damage: 25 (magical thunder) + 26 (force) = 19 (total) Attack 2: 34, Damage: 36 (magical thunder) + 18 (force) = 54 (total) Free Action: Talking.
Because of Reckless Attack, all attacks against Tyek have advantage until the start of his next turn.

Your attacks strike true, then as you fade, the vampire looks in confusion to where you went, turning its back to the party.
With nothing better to do (Command Undead seems pointless on these guys, as does wasting spell slots when he doesn't have anything to dish out radiant damage), Lord Akkron shoots a ray of frost at whichever vampire looks closest to death.
Attack: 26; Damage: 20 (cold)
