Having done what she could do to avoid using violence, Clarac advances next to Khessa. She stands over where the first cultist had fallen and attacks the cultist behind them. She focuses her attacks on the cultists, believing that the Golgari are not fully lost.
The fog does not even slow her down. Indeed, she appreciates anything that might sow confusion among her enemies.
OOC:
Holy avenger + eldritch smite attack: 37 to hit for (assuming crit b/c paralysis) 38 damage Extra attack same: 35 to hit for (assuming crit b/c paralysis) 76 damage
As the magical fog envelops you, you can see your target and with your strikes, the cultist goes down.
The fog prevents Lord Akkron from seeing any other Cultists, so the Broke Lord, with typical Undead patience, waits...
Meanwhile, Khessa and Alfred work together to eliminate the last paralyzed Cultist. The Cultist is just inside the fog, so the imposing Construct butler reaches out and drags him out into plain sight—and Khessa, who has already raised Wave of Sorrow to strike, brings down the magical acid-dripping blade repeatedly, like a butcher butchering a carcass.

[[OOC: Sorry, I should have posted the AoE map earlier to be more clear. The center point of the Fog Cloud is the green dot in this image based on the map from last round. The fog cloud coverage should be this red line. The AoE is 20-ft sphere, but it spreads around corners, so it extends down the hallway and the stairs. It's effectively a 20-ft sphere, clipped by the walls of the hallway. Vrox was trying to avoid obscuring all of their opponents in the N-S hallway. He was just focused on ensuring that the 3 cultists in the E-W hallway would have trouble targeting him on their turn last round. [[OOC: @Aaggie - In your updated map, the fog should include more of the E-W hallway, but it should end just north of the Duergar Despot's token. That is, the blue-ringed cultist, the Druegar Depot, and the two Duergar Warlords between them should not be in the fog cloud AoE.]]
There are loud sounds of fighting away down the N-S hallway, but Vrox's keen ears hear the cultists feeling the wall and making their way through the think fog to follow their allies down the N-S hallway toward the rest of the party. Stowing his bow for a moment, he creeps forward toward the enemy with his shield up and his hand on his sword. Despite Tyek's roaring, he can hear the uncertain steps and frustrated muttering of the last Death Cultist close at hand as he moves through the impenetrable mist. When he can tell that he's close enough to the Death Cultist, he draws the Elven Sword and springs forward to strike.
Movement: Move east about 10-ft to engage the northmost Death Cultist in melee. Then he sneaks away to the east, out of the Death Cultist's reach, and hides. Action: Two attacks with Elven Vorpal Sword +3 against the northernmost Death Cultist. Unless the Death Cultist has a feature that helps against unseen opponents, both of Vrox's attacks should have advantage. Attack 1: 27 Damage: 13 (magical piercing) Attack 2: 30 Damage: 12 (magical piercing) The first hit does an additional 3 (psychic), or if it was a critical hit, 9 (psychic) Bonus Action: Hide - Stealth: 34 (using Vanish feature, advantage from Shadowfell Brand Tattoo) Free Action: Stow his bow. Draw his sword as part of the attack.

[[OOC: I'm trying the sword instead of his bow even though it does much less damage on a hit. [[OOC: I'm assuming that you're OK with that ⤴, meaning that Tyekanik's opponent is not obscured by the fog.]]
Round 2: Tyekanik
Not seeing any more Death Cultists (the others are currently obscured in the fog), Tyek roars at the duergar, who have not yet thrown down their weapons. He reaches down and attempts to scoop up the duergar in front of (just to his east) of him and hurls him to his west, toward the stairs on the other side of Yoht and Sparhawk.
If he succeeds at that, he says, "Yoht 'n' Sparkhawk handle this one." Then he moves forward a few feet until he can reach around the corner. He throws himself at the Druegar Despot, battering him with his Greataxe.
If he does not succeed in moving the Duergar currently to his east, then he'll just attack that one.
Bonus Action: Use Mighty Impel to move the Duergar Warlord just to his east to a space about 20-ft west of Tyek, on the far side of Yoht and Sparhawk. An unwilling creature must succeed on a DC 22 STR saving throw to avoid the effect. Movement: If Mighty Impel succeeds, move 5-ft east. Action: Two Reckless Attacks with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder) Target: If Mighty Impel worked, target the Druegar Despot. If not, target the Druegar Warlord whom he failed to move. Attack 1: 33, Damage: 35 (magical thunder) + 20 (force) = 55 (total) Attack 2: 23, Damage: 30 (magical thunder) + 24 (force) = 54 (total) Free Action: Talking
Because of Reckless Attack, all attacks against Tyek have advantage until the start of his next turn. But if the attacker is affected by Prot. from Evil, they would not have advantage because he's within range of the holy idol that Khessa carries. (Disadvantage from Khessa's sacred idol cancels out Advantage on attacks because from Tyek's use of Reckless Attack.)

Khessa's Multiattack with Wave of Sorrow (enemy is paralyzed and she is within 5', so each hit is a crit):
Attack: 26 Damage: 38 (magical slashing) + 25 (acid) = 63
Attack: 29 Damage: 42 (magical slashing) + 25 (acid) = 67
Attack: 36 Damage: 43 (magical slashing) + 30 (acid) = 73
