Having done what she could do to avoid using violence, Clarac advances next to Khessa. She stands over where the first cultist had fallen and attacks the cultist behind them. She focuses her attacks on the cultists, believing that the Golgari are not fully lost.
The fog does not even slow her down. Indeed, she appreciates anything that might sow confusion among her enemies.
OOC:
Holy avenger + eldritch smite attack: 37 to hit for (assuming crit b/c paralysis) 38 damage Extra attack same: 35 to hit for (assuming crit b/c paralysis) 76 damage
As the magical fog envelops you, you can see your target and with your strikes, the cultist goes down.
The fog prevents Lord Akkron from seeing any other Cultists, so the Broke Lord, with typical Undead patience, waits...
Meanwhile, Khessa and Alfred work together to eliminate the last paralyzed Cultist. The Cultist is just inside the fog, so the imposing Construct butler reaches out and drags him out into plain sight—and Khessa, who has already raised Wave of Sorrow to strike, brings down the magical acid-dripping blade repeatedly, like a butcher butchering a carcass.
The red outline is the fog cloud, end of Round 1, top of Round 2, your turn
[[OOC: Sorry, I should have posted the AoE map earlier to be more clear. The center point of the Fog Cloud is the green dot in this image based on the map from last round. The fog cloud coverage should be this red line. The AoE is 20-ft sphere, but it spreads around corners, so it extends down the hallway and the stairs. It's effectively a 20-ft sphere, clipped by the walls of the hallway. Vrox was trying to avoid obscuring all of their opponents in the N-S hallway. He was just focused on ensuring that the 3 cultists in the E-W hallway would have trouble targeting him on their turn last round. Vrox became visible before he cast his spell, so the cultists in the E-W hallway would have seen him before the fog hid him from sight.]]
[[OOC: @Aaggie - In your updated map, the fog should include more of the E-W hallway, but it should end just north of the Duergar Despot's token. That is, the blue-ringed cultist, the Druegar Depot, and the two Duergar Warlords between them should not be in the fog cloud AoE.]]

Khessa's Multiattack with Wave of Sorrow (enemy is paralyzed and she is within 5', so each hit is a crit):
Attack: 26 Damage: 38 (magical slashing) + 25 (acid) = 63
Attack: 29 Damage: 42 (magical slashing) + 25 (acid) = 67
Attack: 36 Damage: 43 (magical slashing) + 30 (acid) = 73
