Khessa shakes her head in pity at the Cultist's futile attempts to strike her—and he's made a tragic mistake, too: coming into melee range!
The blonde arcane warrior quickly whirls Weaver of Sorrow, countering with a downward slash to his collarbone, a returning slash to his thigh, and finally a mid-strike at waist height, elegantly bringing the massive blade back into guard.
Updated situation: The Golgari in purple has non-lethal damage; the ones in red are severely wounded, the one ion yellow is moderately wounded, the last one is slightly wounded. The rest are dead.
The leader of these Golgari attempts to attack Tyek: Attack: 13. Damage: 14; Attack: 10 Damage: 14; Attack: 21 Damage: 14
Round 3: Tyekanik
The Golgari leader swings his axe at the Large Tyek. One of the attacks lands, but the Large "giant" barely notices. The battle lust clouds his thinking: he's dimly aware of some agreement with their Golgari guide, but he just knows that he can strike freely at anyone who attacks the party. He roars, "For Annam!", as he swings the All-Father's weapon at his opponents, heedless of their weapons.
Movement: None. Tyek is trying form a "wall" with Khessa and Clarac, block their opponents from making it out of the N-S passage and to the thers. Action: Two Reckless Attacks with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder). Target: the Golgari leader. If he falls, the Golgari Warlord next to him. Attack 1: 35, Damage: 22 (magical thunder) + 20 (force) = 42 (total) Attack 2: 29, Damage: 28 (magical thunder) + 12 (force) = 40 (total) Bonus Action: if either of the attacks was a critical hit or reduced a creature to 0 HP, the Great Weapon Master feat allows him to make an extra attack as a bonus action. GWM extra attack: 35, Damage: 29 (magical thunder) + 31 (force) = 60 (total)
Because of Reckless Attack, all attacks against Tyek have advantage until the start of his next turn. (I don't think that any of these opponents are affected by the Prot. from Evil aura from Khessa's idol.)
The cultists don't seem to be able to navigates the opaque mist. None of them target him, and he hears them stumbling down the N-S hallway. Moving carefully into the mist-shrouded hallway, he strains his ears to hear the cultists between him and his allies. The cultists at the south end of the hallway struggle to get out of the Fog Cloud, but they are blocked by the Golgari in front of them, whom they cannot see. They're not making a lot of noise as they try to move forward without getting hit by their own allies, but their presence in the hallway blocks the sound from Tyek's roar. Vrox uses that to locate one of the cultist and springs at him with a couple of sudden swings of his sword. As he attacks, he taunts them, "There is no fog! What blinds you is your foolish worship of the God of Death!" The rest of the party can hear Vrox's voice coming from just behind their opponents and not far into the fog. He sounds amused, not distressed.
After he attacks, Vrox moves north, away from his opponent and tries to hide in the obscuring fog.
Movement: Moving 30-ft to engage with the slightly-injured cultist in the fog. Then move 10-ft north, out of melee range to hide in the fog again. Action: Two attacks with Elven Vorpal Sword +3 with advantage as an unseen attacker and using Feral Senses to avoid disadvantage. Target: the cultist who is furthest to the north. If that one dies, remaining attack against the other cultist. Attack 1: 26 Damage: 16 (magical piercing) + 6 (psychic) = 22 (total) Attack 2: 23 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. (magical piercing) + Unable to parse dice roll. (psychic) = 0 (total) Bonus Action: Hide in the fog - Stealth: 37 (using Vanish feature, advantage from Shadowfell Brand Tattoo) Free Action: Talking
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The ancient lich raises a hand towards the Duergar Warlord (the one in purple that was slightly damaged). His voice echoes of the grave as he whispers an incantation. The power of the grave strikes the Duergar.
Akkron casts Blight on the lightly damaged warlord. It takes 42 necrotic damage (half damage on a DC 24 Con save).

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

As the last cultists fall, Vrox dismisses his Fog Cloud. He smiles at the others as he wipes his blade on one of their cloaks and says, "Sorry about the mist! I didn't expect for them to be so close, and I got separated from the group."
Vrox asks what the others want to do with the subdued Golgari. Or just leave him here and keep moving forward?

The Golgari falls to the ground dead
Both strikes land true
The last two Golgari fall to your attack, and caught up in the momentum, your third attack crashes into one of the cultists.
Moving up, Sparhawk and Yoht attempt to capitalize on the assault on the remaining foes:
Sparhawk attacks: Attack: 34 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.; Attack: 24 Damage: 20; Attack: 16 Damage: 20
Yoht also attacks, squeezing under the swing of Tyek: Attack: 26 Damage: 16; Attack: 31 Damage: 16; Attack: 25 Damage: 16
Maynard moves close enough to see the cultist and fires: Attack: 20 Damage: 15; Attack: 26 Damage: 15
With their final attack, the remaining two were dispatched, and the one Golgari that was attacked with non-lethal is subdued
As the last cultists fall, Vrox dismisses his Fog Cloud. He smiles at the others as he wipes his blade on one of their cloaks and says, "Sorry about the mist! I didn't expect for them to be so close, and I got separated from the group."
