It looks like the lich himself probably cannot get around the wall without using Misty Step to double his movement via bonus action. So... if that's necessary, he'll do it to get into the room and shoot off a ray of frost at the second Ashen Rider. (If we're assuming that we all entered whatever position we wanted, then I'll be happy to not spend that Misty Step spell slot)
Ray of Frost vs. Ashen Rider Attack: 28 Damage: 12 cold
You attacks strike true, whittling the warrior down even more
Vrox sneaks quietly into the room and decides to target the hag: she's large and easy to strike over the heads of the others. Vrox stays at the east end of the room. He fires two arrows at the hag and then ducks around the east side of one of the columns. That should provide him some cover from the opponents, but if the column is large enough, he'll try to hide behind it.
Movement: Move into the room and then behind a pillar. Action: Two attacks on the Hag with Dragon's Wrath Longbow (150/600) (Rolling the first attack with advantage as @Aaggie said.) Attack 1: 32 Damage: 11 (magical piercing) + 9 (radiant) = 20 (total) Attack 2: 31 Damage: 13 (magical piercing) + 4 (radiant) = 17 (total) The first hit does an additional 3 (psychic), or if it was a critical hit, 8 (psychic) Bonus Action: Hide - Stealth: 20 (using Vanish feature, advantage from Shadowfell Brand Tattoo)
"More tiny rooms," Tyek grumbles as the fight begins, but Tyek soon forgets that frustration as his battle rage dulls all thought other than killing these foes. He grows to Large size and fights from the middle of the chamber with the columns so that Clarac, Khessa, and Sparhawk have room to approach their opponents.
Tyek has a 15-ft reach while raging. If he can reach the opponents with a melee attack, he'll attack that way. If not, he can always throw his greataxe because of his Elemental Cleaver feature.
Movement: Move into the middle of the room with the stone columns, trying to get within 15-ft of the Ashen Rider or the Wight. Bonus Action: rage, growing to Large size, imbuing Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver with thunder damage Action: Two Reckless Attacks with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder) Target: target the Ashen Rider if it's still alive. When it falls, target the wight with remaining attacks. Attack 1: 35, Damage: 31 (thunder) + 16 (force) = 47 (total) Attack 2: 28, Damage: 32 (thunder) + 23 (force) = 55 (total) Free Action:
Since we're fighting undead and fiends while Tyek is within 30-ft of Khessa, the opponents' attacks against him should be a straight attack roll. (Disadvantage from Khessa's sacred idol's Prot. from Evil cancels out Advantage on attacks from Tyek's use of Reckless Attack.)
