Lord Akkron is yet again kind of amazed to find someone who just sees a lich and barely reacts.
"People really are amazingly understanding around here," he chuckles. "But I suppose that the poor girl has seen things a lot worse than me in this place..."

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

It may be in part she is still in shock from her encounter with the vampires that forced her to run into hiding.
[[OOC: @aaggie - In case you missed these questions above, here it is again. Do the stairs lead to a chamber or a tunnel? And if it's a tunnel, which way does it lead relative to the rest of the keep? Toward the room where we already defeated Count Glauer?]]
To be clear, if the stairs lead to a tunnel, Vrox will continue to scout ahead, followed by Khessa and then the rest of the party until he either encounters something to stop him (a trap, more undead, etc.) or sees that the tunnel is opening out into a chamber.
If the stairs end at a passageway that stretches beyond the reach of his Darkvision, Vrox will head down the tunnel. But before he leaves the foot of the stairs, he sends a Message up to Khessa to tell her that it's a tunnel and that she can follow.
But if the stairs lead directly into a new room, then Vrox will wait just inside the entrance to that chamber for the rest of the party to join him.

The stairs lead to a tunnel, goes due south for 25 feet, then turns due west and goes on for a bit. The due west tunnel goes for about 150 feet before it ends at a thick wooden door. The door is closed, but not locked from what you can find.

Vrox waits until the others catch up to him so that they can go through the door together. He checks the door for traps (Investigation: 13), and if he does not find any, he opens the door, moves into the room, and steps to the side to let Khessa and the other fighters through.
The door opens into a dark room, and the door is located in the southwest corner of it. The room is 20 feet wide and 35 feet long. From what you can determine, the room is a type of mausoleum. A stone sarcophagus, etched with a scene of horrified humans, sits at the center of the mausoleum. A black marble statue portrays Rhodar von Glauer drinking blood from the neck of a human man. Across the room, a white marble sculpture depicts Rhodar biting the wrist of a human woman.
Laying slumped up against the center sarcophagus is a male human in armor who appears to be badly wounded, barely alive.
There is a large black oak door in the center of the southern wall.
"This must be Ravlen!" Khessa exclaims, trying to keep her voice low - this is no time to interrupt a first aid action with a battle "Quickly! Can someone heal him?"
The blonde arcane warrior in the meantime approaches, positioning herself between the wounded man and the next door. Alfred, impassive, remains as always behind her.
Clarac rushes to the wounded man. She tries to makes an initial assessment of his injuries and lays her hands on the man, providing some magical healing.

He was near death. From what you can see, they must have just barely kept him alive for something to perhaps feed upon. Your healing starts to bring him around with a moan. The woman moves to his side, "Ravlen, cam you hear me? Ravlen?" He moans in reply.

[[OOC: The tunnel was running west and ended in a door. So, did you mean to say that the door is in the southeast of the room? Or are you saying that there's a different door in the southwest corner?]]
Tyekanik strides into the room and stations himself in front of the wooden door to the south. In case anything tries to enter that way, he can stop them from coming into the room.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vrox is watching to see how Ravlen responds. If he still needs healing, Vrox can cast Healing Spirit from his ring.
But Vrox is more focused on making sure that there's nothing lurking in this room (assuming that Ravlen himself hasn't been turned into a vampire!). He moves into the room and does a quick search behind the sarcophagus and in the alcove at the west end of the room to make sure that there are no enemies hidden anywhere.
From what you believe, due to the amount of blood loss and his injuries, he is slow to respond, but he does open his eyes and appears startled to see the group until his eyes settle on Zendra. "Zendra, what happened? How did I end up here, wherever here is?"
"We were set upon in that main room with the painting by those vampires and their minions, you were heavily engaged and taken. I tried to save you but they got between me and you and the fighting took me to another place in the keep."
You notice she is not really telling him how she ran away and hid.

Other than some tracks where it appeared how Ravlen was drug into the room, you find nothing. The tracks come from the same door behind the statue that you just used
Khessa isn't too upset that Zendra 'embellishes' her tale of deeds a bit. After all, Zendra was wise enough to survive despite the dire situation... which then allowed her to send the party after Ravlen - and save him! As for Khessa, Zendra was still heroic.
"Indeed, Ravlen!" the blonde arcane warrior confirms "That way, Zendra managed to hold out until we came to... 'clean up'... and we're almost done, in fact, with our celaning."
"All that's left is to take a look at that last large black oak door in the center of the southern wall..." the tall adventuress approaches said door "You stay in the center of the group, Ravlen... Zendra will take care of you, while we take care of any remaining threats. Just stay out of harm's way - you need to recover from what you've been through!"
After that, if the exploration of the room does not bring to light anything else of interest, Khessa, as forewarned, opens the new door.
When you open the sarcophagus, it reveals a 10-foot-deep hole. The bottom of the hole is filled with the bones of the victims of the count and the other vampires of the keep. There is nothing else in the room.
When you open the door, it leads to the outside and into the mountain pass.

She will wait until Vrox or Khessa signals that stealth is no longer required before proceeding into the tunnel.
