Khessa automatically translates 'masters' with 'Nefarious Duo' in her mind... and she is already psychologically preparing for the fight.
It is clear that the Cultist, unlike the Golgari, has no intention of disappointing her 'masters'... and, probably, trusting in their vaunted 'power', she will seek the fight, even against the opinion of the Golgari.
On the other hand, the tall adventuress thinks, this could also be a good thing... If the Golgari saw the emissaries of the Nefarioous Duo easily annihilated, they could also realize that allying themselves permanently with them does not bring many guarantees...
The charmed Golgari only shrugs, "We answer and obey, that is our worth. We pay for our past mistakes now, and we shall obey our masters. If they say you can't enter, I am sorry, but you can't enter."
"The past is already gone..." Khessa pats the Golgari on the shoulder "And the mistakes already made must help us not to commit others, not be an excuse to commit new ones. Why decide to sink into resignation... if you can listen to a proposal of hope?"
"F**k orders!" the blonde arcane warrior winks "I never follow them either! As for your 'masters'... if we gave you a small demonstration here of how unreliable they are, would you let us do it without interfering? It won't take long..."
The charmed Golgari only shrugs and stands there. "I will not interfere."
Vrox bows slightly to the Golgari and says, "Thank you. Please go back toward the tunnel and keep your keep your kin with you, out of harm's way while we 'talk' to your other guests." He is well aware that he has only enchanged this one Golgari, but Vrox hopes that the charmed Golgari keeps the others out of the fight. As he starts to back farther away from the group, Vrox equips his Dragon's Wrath Longbow. He calls out to the cultist and the fiend who stopped the group, "You, servant of Chaos! Your kind have burdened the Golgari with your lies, and your days of ruling Uhubreen from the shadows are at an end. Leave this place! Or come 'destroy' us if you think it so easy."
Vrox - Persuasion26, advantage from the charmed condition - Convincing the charmed Golgari to keep the other Golgari out of the fight.
Action: Influence the charmed Golgari Movement: 40-ft to create some distance between him and the melee fighters. Bonus Action: Cast a spell (LVL 1 slot) Hunter's Mark on the cultist that's farthest from the party Free Action: talking to the cultist and the fiend
Khessa is pleased with how quickly Vrox has adapted to her proposed 'demonstration'. With her Death Lance at the ready, she prepares to engage the fiend in melee as soon as the Golgari leave the field - because she is almost certain that the servants of the Nefarious Duo will not simply agree to give up their plans without a fight.
[[OOC: Not sure whether we're already in initiative or not. After Vrox issues his taunt, Tyekanik would act. I don't think that he'd feel the need to wait for a fiend or even a cultist to attack first.]]
When Tyekanik hears Vrox invite the demon to come "destroy" the party, he decides that the time for pretty words is over, and the time for killing demons has come. He enters a rage, growing to Huge size. He focuses on the fiend this round, roaring, "Back to the Abyss with you!"
Movement: Move, as needed, to create enough space to grow to Huge size. (That may involve stepping away from the cultist, fiend, and Khessa initially. When he's raging, he has a reach of 15-ft and can certainly strike any in melee with his friends even if he's positioned behind Khessa, Clarac, and Sir Sparhawk.) Bonus Action: rage, imbuing Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver with thunder damage Action: Two Reckless Attacks on the fiend (or on the cultist if the fiend dies) with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder) Attack 1 on the fiend: 20, Damage: 26 (magical thunder) + Unable to parse dice roll. (force) = Unable to parse dice roll. (total) Attack 2 on the fiend: 35, Damage: 25 (magical thunder) + 12 (force) = 37 (total) Free Action: Talking
Because of Reckless Attack, all attacks against Tyek have advantage until the start of his next turn.

Because of Reckless Attack, all attacks against Tyek have advantage until the start of his next turn.
As the Golgari are huddled off to the side in a rather animated discussion, Tyek's attack is true, both strikes hitting the blood warrior
As soon as Khessa sees Tyekanik opening hostilities, she launches thrust after thrust at the fiend with her Death Lance, while her faithful Alfred runs to get behind her as he does in practically every battle.
Khessa smiles at the cultist who managed to graze her, refusing to show any pain: "Congratulations! I just needed a scratch there... Now let's trade some real blows!"
And with that, the blonde arcane warrior unleashes a flurry of Death Lance thrusts at her new opponent.
(bonus d6 necrotic damage from Hex. Per 2024 rules, bonus action spells can still be uses as long as no other spell slots are consumed during the turn; Ray of Entropy is a signature spell)

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
