Lord Akkron notes the presence of what appears to be a mortal necromancer among the cult...
"Perhaps," he muses to himself. "We could offer that one a better deal once the dust settles..."
He proceeds to cast Power Word Stun on the necromancer. If the necromancer has 150 hp or fewer, they will immediately be stunned and out of the fight until they can make a DC 24 Con save to clear the condition.
Meanwhile, his beholderkin floats over the rest of the party to fire two lances of raw psychic energy at the Abhorrent Overlord.
The stun works, stopping the necromancer and as that occurs, there is a detonation of magical energy coming from the room, as if a spell was disrupted and it backfired.
As soon as he saw the demon, Tyek entered a rage, even before Khessa attacked. He roars, "For the All-Father!", and, ignoring the other opponents, strikes out with his Annam's Greataxe at the demon, hoping to kill it before it can react.
Movement: None. He remains in the NW corner of the room, blocking the way up the stairs for anyone in the chamber below. Bonus Action: rage, imbuing Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver with thunder damage. He does not change size since there is no room for him to grow. Action: Two Reckless Attacks against the demon with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder) Attack 1: 36, Damage: 27 (magical thunder) + 23 (force) = 50 (total) Attack 2: 37, Damage: 68 (magical thunder) + 38 (force) = 106 (total) Free Action: Talking
Since we're fighting undead and demons, and Tyek is within 30-ft of Khessa, the opponents' attacks against him should be a straight attack roll. (Disadvantage from Khessa's sacred idol's Prot. from Evil cancels out Advantage on attacks from Tyek's use of Reckless Attack.)
As the overlord demon falls, your attack goes against the one wraith lord, destroying it
As you have eliminated the threat in the first room, three of the sword wraith stumbles into the room. As they have been shocked by the explosive dark energy of a failed spell, you have initiative and may attack with advantage
Khessa sighs with relief at the impact her lich mentor's timely actions have had: "Well done, Master Akkron!" she smiles as, as always, assisted from behind by her trusty Alfred, she brandishes Wave of Sorrow against her new enemies, taking advantage of their momentary confusion.
The massive, acid-dripping magical blade begins to slash the undead from all sides, wielded with supernatural skill (and power) by the blonde arcane warrior.
Moving into the doorway, Vrox fires his bow at two different targets emerging from the stairs (to maximize the use of his Dreadful Strikes feature).
Movement: Move into the doorway to fire his bow, then move back into the adjacent hall to make room for others and to hide. Vrox also calls out in Sylvan, instructing the fey spirit to attack the aberrant cultist (if they're still alive) or the sword wraith (if the cultist is already dead). It vanishes in a twinkling, appearing next to its target and immediately cloaking it in a 5-ft cube of Darkness. The fey spirit then attempts to stab it with his shortsword.
(OOC: I rolled a straight attack since the fey spirit because it has both advantage as an unseen attacker and disadvantage from not being able to see his opponent. If the opponent is still alive after fey spirit's attack, Claracshould be able to get Advantage on her attacks because of her Blindsight.)
Fey Spirit (a Small-sized satyr) AC 15, HP 30
Bonus Action: Fey Step from the SE corner of the room to the square next to its target (aberrant cultist or sword wraith) Tricksy effect - The fey spirit fills the creature's space with magical Darkness which lasts until the end of the opponent's turn, giving it disadvantage on attacks if it survives the round. Clarac notices the Vrox's satyr spirit's darkness. It was a "trick" she had often used herself, and she now took advantage of without hesitation. She attacks the aberrant cultist (or the nearest target within the darkness).

Round 2: Tyekanik
Since the others killed the overlord demon, Tyek had to be content with taking down the wraith lord. Frustrated with the confined space, he turns to see which opponents are still standing. He ignores the cultists that is currently surrounded and covered in the fey spirit's darkness, at least until he finishes off the other opponents. Since the opponents are clearly stunned by the blast that he heard in the ritual chamber, Tyek is a little more deliberate with his attacks this round (i.e., no reckless attack).
Even though Tyek had to remain Medium-sized when he raged because of the space constraints, he still has a 15-ft reach while raging. If there are no enemies in reach, the Elemental Cleaver feature lets him hurl his greataxe up to 60-ft.
Movement: If there's room, he moves past his allies to get a clear line of attack on his opponents. He just needs to get within his 15-ft reach. Action: Two Attacks with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder). Targets: Tyek focuses on any remaining sword wraith first. Then, if none remain, he'll swing his greataxe at the cultist who is covered in darkness.
