Each target must make a DC 24 Int save or take 11 psychic damage and be reduced to taking an action, bonus action, or movement on their next turn. Half damage and no other effects on a successful save.
Meanwhile, the lich's beholderkin targets the prince with three eye beams.
As the prince looks over his shoulder in shock, at his pursuit, all three eye beams strike, and with a great show of sparks and smoke, the prince falls.
Aya will again try to focus on breaking the enchantment on the men-at-arms.

Clarac chases down the retreating enemies. Wetherbee leaps into the air and takes flight briefly, carrying Clarac over the line of men-at-arms to the remaining Bloodletter demon. She slashes at it twice. "There is no escape," she says.

As the final demon falls, Tyekanik’s rage doesn’t end quite so easily. Still literally giant sized, he walks back over towards the large demon ((what kind of demon was it again?)), and using pure brute strength rips a horn out of its head, roots and all ((athletics 37)). He then makes his way over towards the rest of his party, slowly regaining his normal size as his breathing also calms. Blood drips down his arms from a large gash, but he simply ties a cloth around it using his other arm and mouth to hold it tight. Burying his axe in the ground at his side, he looks to the others and says, “This is likely just a taste of their forces, but if any of their eyes escaped they will now know to fear us.”

As the enemies' resolve breaks, and they flee, Vrox leaps from the tree line and rushes toward the southeast to get a clearer view of the men-at-arms and to keep them in range of his attacks longer. As far as Vrox understands it, the men-at-arms are either willing followers of the cult, or they have been so dominated by the will of some evil god that they are being forced to commit heinous acts of violence with no ability to resist. In either case, he sees no reason to let them go and continue their violence elsewhere.
