"Ruxithid?" respond the goblins to Fergus in the bunk room, still rubbing their eyes with sleep. "He’s probably in the blue room, down in the Mines. Communing with the mighty gods that gave him and us our powers." They point to the shaft in the west wall of the room, framed by old scaffolding and a well-worn rope. There's an ancient platform of some kind in the center housing a small mechanism of some kind.
Quinn's prisoners in the hallway, meanwhile, are wide awake and very afraid. "Ruxithid keeps the Offerings in his blue room! They are offerings for the gods! The blind men already took most of them away, but I think some are left down there. The sick ones who couldn't walk."
Boona tends to her many wounds upon wandering over near Quinn. Jergen sticks by her side.
”Ah, excellent, but I would hate to disturb your rest as we descend. Is there another way down? Perhaps through the door just outside this room in the hallway?” asks Fergus.
He tries to listen to the conversation happening out near the kitchen, but it is far away. If he does hear it, he will also ask about some of the Offerings being led away by the blind men.

"Don't open that door!" responds the gobins to Fergus with alarm. "Monsters in there. Dead things from the old times. Don't open it. The only way down is through the shaft. Ruxithid can fly. We climb."
”Right, thanks for the warning. Let me gather my friends and we will be on our way. Feel free to return to your rest if you wish,” responds Fergus, turning around and moving back to his friends to tell them what he has learned.

All the while Fergus is chatting with his new goblin friends Jorzu stands at the ready just outside the door. At the mention of monsters behind the southern door he inches slightly north, creating extra space between himself and those Dead Things.
When Fergus leaves he will walk beside his friend. "No wonder everyone loves your music, you can even befriend evil goblins!" he says with genuine admiration. "Good show, yes yes".
Walking with Jorzu back to the others, Fergus responds, “The spell I cast to calm them does not last long… we will need to finish with the prisoners near tge kitchen and be in position to deal with my new *friends* should they decide to not go back to sleep very soon.”
He glances back to see what the goblins are doing even as he concentrates on the spell suppressing any hostility they may feel.

Being recently been on the edge of death and having her, rather careworn, brain scrambled a number of times Boona is not coping well with what is happening......they were fighting goblins but the goblins wouldn't squish them she woke up and they are talking to the goblins......something is on fire? Where is Bryonys family? Why is there a badger?
The party regathers around the two surrendering goblins to share what they've learned.
The arcane minute up, the phantom Jurgen illusion has faded.
The giant badger has followed Fergus and Jorzu partway down the hall. One of the sleepy goblins has as well, watching curiously and maybe a little suspiciously from the doorway. (Fergus can sense that his spell, too, has faded, but there is no indication of hostilities yet.)
It seems to the little gnome that the interrogation is well in hand so he turns back to the W. He sees the badger approaching hesitantly and the goblin further behind. Jorzu leaves the group and heads towards the badger, whispering and chattering while he walks. When he reaches a distance of 15ft from the badger he pauses. He continues to chatter and click.
In Beast-speak
"Are you free little one, or do they keep you chained? We mean you no harm."
”What’s this about the blind men? Who are they and where did they take the others?” asks Fergus with concern as he rejoins the conversation.
To Boona, he says, “Sorry for the confusion. These goblins here have surrendered, and the ones in the room to the west were sleeping. I managed to initiate conversation with them, but they could easily become hostile if we are not careful. Oh, and I made friends with the badger.”

Boona listens in calmly, her mind hasn't linked the word Offerings with Bryonys Family.....when/if it does the goblins probably shouldn't be nearby.
