Bryony is horrified by the onslaught of the galeb duhr. True to their form, they seem to shrug off her companions' blows but give back mighty blows in return. To make matters worse, she can hear the snake lady calling out again, which means she's back from wherever Jorzu had sent her. Bryony is torn, biting her lip with consternation. The little halfling feels like they have only two options to get the galeb duhr to stop attacking. They either have to surrender or they have to take down their leader, the snake lady. Bryony really doesn't want to surrender. Even if they did, what was there to stop the snake lady from turning the rest of them into stone? It's what she did to Fergus and Laiti, and neither of them had even done anything to her! No, the snake lady had to pay for what she did.
Bryony ducks underneath the galeb duhr and rushes into the room, launching herself right at Honna, blades pointed straight at the woman's heart. She knows that the snake lady will probably try to turn her into stone again. And this time she might not be so lucky as to shrug it off. But she has to do this. For Fergus.
Action: Shortsword against Honna - 12 to hit for 9 piercing damage; Dagger (Nick) against Honna - 13 to hit (rolled again for advantage in case the Shortsword attack hit but it was 11) for 5 piercing damage + 14 sneak attack damage if either attack hit (Piercer: Puncture to re-roll a 1 from the Sneak Attack damage)
BA: Cunning Action - Disengage on galeb duhr (Halfling Nimbleness to move through them)
Movement: I believe 25 feet is enough to get her within melee range of Honna if diagonals are only 5 feet.

Jurgen smacks the elemental with his flame-dripping staff. He can sense that the poison is not effective against these creatures, but his fire is. Both Jurgen and Karst manage to inflict damage. But these things are tough.
A silvery beam of pale light shines down upon Honna. She tries to shake off the painful light: DC14 CON Save: 23
Bryony manages to duck under the throng and reappear in the chapel with Honna and her notetaker. However, her blades do not find purchase on the scowling woman.

((Fergus reminded me that I still had a Bardic Inspiration to use. Can I add 1 to my shortsword attack? If it hits, the sneak attack damage applies as well.))

Jorzu, having finished his ritual, races through the Armory and the Sparring Chamber with renewed vigor. Alaeddix huffs and puffs behind him, grumbling the whole way. "Too fast! Too fast!" he wheezes.
Jorzu is just approaching the open doorway to the hallway when he sees the door, directly across the hall from him, open. Two faces peer out. The lead figure is a dark-complexioned elf with a flash of platinum hair. You catch a glimpse of hard steel armor beneath a well-worn black cloak. Behind him leers an unhealthy-looking human in a robe with slimy, unnatural, insectlike wings. “Need a hand?” asks the dark elf to Jorzu. With a wave of his hand, several of the elementals light up with an unnatural glow.

Boon shrugs off the effect even as Karst transforms fully to stone, though as he spends a lot of his time as rock and earth anyway she's not sure he's bothered by it.
She is now very annoyed and shakes her head in frustration.
She vanishes in a shower of fine grit and appears again behind Honna and smashes her twice with her maul.
Bryony is gladdened to see Boona appear behind the snake lady and start walloping her.
"Turn Fergus back or Boona will crush you!" the halfling shouts. "And I won't stop either!"
Demonstrating her renewed resolve, the halfling stabs the snake lady with both of her blades again, although Bryony intends to keep snake lady alive, at least until she reveals how to save Fergus and Laiti.
