Nightblade calls down holy fire in the cultist’s location, trusting the sacred energy to harm the corrupted one but not the defaced statue.
Sacred Flame (Upgraded with agonizing and spear eldritch invocations plus Radiant Soul, ignores up to 3/4 cover, DC 15 Dexterity Save to negate radiant damage): 17

Bryony lets out an angry yell as the four gemmules all attack Boona. She glares up at the cultist woman. "I'm coming for you!" she says and then begins to climb the statue. When she gets to where the cultist is, she pulls out her blades. Her new dagger magically coats itself with poison. "You should've surrendered," Bryony says with an almost uncharacteristic glint of bloodthirstiness in her eyes as she plunges the blades into the woman.
Movement: 15 feet to get to the statue & Second Story Work (climb speed of 30 ft) to get up to where the cultist is on the statue.
Action: Attack the cultist with a shortsword and the Dagger of Venom: Nat 20 for 15 piercing damage (shortsword, Piercer: Enhanced Critical) & 25 to hit (dagger, adv due to Vexed) for 9 piercing damage and 15sneak attack damage (re-rolled a 1 with Piercer: Puncture) and target must make a DC 15 CON saving throw or take 18 points of poison damage and have the Poisoned condition.
Total damage = 39 piercing + 18 poison if save is failed
Bonus Action: Coat the dagger magically with poison.

Meanwhile Bryony effortlessly scales the ancient statue to deliver a world of pain unto this woman. DC15 CON Save vs. poison: 12
The cultist shrieks in pain as she takes to the air with translucent, insect-like wings, flying out into the open, badly injured. (This movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks from Bryony, but she no longer has cover from those further down the hallway.)
Boona grumbled as the stupid nuggets hurt her, she raised her eyes to the ceiling and let out a low trilling song as a shaft of light engulfed her as she placed a hand to her temple.
"Looks like the action has started. Let's go get 'em boss!" With his peculiar battle cry Alâedixx jumps up from his seated position and disappears up the stairs and round the corner. His tiny form sticks close to the wall but he ensures that all allies engaged with the cultist are within view.
Boona is engulfed in a blue-white shaft of light. She may try to make a DC14 CON Save against her own spell to ward off the worst of the moonburn (and I will grant her Advantage on that, given that it's her own spell.) Boona: Roll a DC14 CON Save at advantage or take 9 damage (half damage on a save.) Make a Concentration check as well.
The two attached gemmules likewise try to stave off the effects of this eerie beam of light:

Jurgen moves into the front line, next to Boona, swinging at the little gemmule with a flaming spider staff. He hits it, and flames spread.

Two blasts of pure black energy flare at Bryony, one from each open hand. (It is not a spell, per se, so Nightblade finds he cannot counter it.)
Nightmare Blast: Ranged Weapon Attack #1 vs. Bryony: 9. Hit: 3psychic damage, and Bryony must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or have the frightened condition until the start of the mutate’s next turn. Nightmare Blast: Ranged Weapon Attack #2 vs. Bryony: 19. Hit: 9psychic damage, and Bryony must make a DC 12 WIS Save or likewise become frightened.
Quinn darts into the room at the sound of combat. His magical raven screeches a loud battle cry and follows in pursuit of the ranger. Quinn turns the corner and shields his eyes as Boona and the nuggets are engulfed in blinding white moonlight.
Quinn points at the winged cultist and directs the raven to attack while Quinn sets his sights on one of the nuggets clinging to Boona. Quinn pounces at tries to pummel one of the nuggets with Lightbringer. The raven flies high and swoops down as it rakes at the cultists eyes with his talons. The raven flies and perches himself atop the the statue and gurgles and croaks in delight.
Quinn's Action
Move: Full movement speed to get into melee with the gemmule attached to Boona Attack 1:17 to hit for 12 damage or 13 total damage IF the nugget was NOT at max HP. (12 + 1 colossus slayer) Attack 2: 10 to hit for 9 damage
Raven's Action
Move: Use full 60 ft of movement to attack the winged cultists Use remaining movement to perch himself atop the statue. NO AoO's Attack: 24 to hit (NAT 20!) for 12 damage (6 (2d8) + 6 damage bonus)
