Boona jumped across the small stream and brought down her maul on the drow who had tried to web her.

The lizard drops down, and Ruven moves it towards the drow punching Quinn. There's a brief flash of energy that starts on Ruven, but then the lizard is wreathed in necrotic energy. It tries to pass the spell on to the drow:

Attack: 20 Damage: 1

Ruven then disappears in a cloud of mist and reappears on the steps next to the rightmost bugbear.

Boona successfully leaps out of the way of the sticky mass of webbing. (I'll hold resolving her action, and the bugbear's parting swipe for a moment.)

A ghostly, skeletal hand in the space below Ruven's tiny lizard. It shoots toward Vhalak, but dissipates before it can quite affect him.

Then Ruven steps out of ethereal mist and onto the stairway.

Bryony and Quinn may both act. (And then soon I will parse the rest of Boona's turn.)

Quinn is briefly stunned by Vhalak's attack and he returns attack of his own with a swipe at the drow. He stands pat as he does not want to leave Bryony on her own.

attack: 13 to hit for 9 damage.

Quinn's mace narrowly glances off the drow who punched him. He's evidently somewhat tougher than he looks.

Boona leaps across the stream, but not before the guard gets a final swing at her:
Bugbear #4 Morningstar Attack vs. Boona: 15.  Hit: 10 piercing damage.

Boona's maul bashes the now visible drow in the shadows to the north, even as she sends healing energy back to Quinn.

"Ow! You stupid idiot!" shouts the now-bleeding black-clad drow with the spidery staff at Boona. "Just relax and we'll have a job for you. You're strong, right? Can lift rocks? Want to make some coin?"

Bryony and Jurgen may act next!

Two of the bugbears (#2 and #4) immediately leap over the stream to Nezznar's defense. They try to clobber Boona from behind:

#2 Morningstar Attack vs. Boona: 17. Hit: 9 piercing damage.
#4 Morningstar Attack vs. Boona: 11. Hit: 10 piercing damage.

"Easy! Easy!" shouts Nezznar at his guards. "Not too hard. I'm sure she didn't mean that. Let's everyone calm down, yes?". He lowers his brow in concern.

But Quinn's foe (Bugbear #3) doesn't hesitate to continue its assault:
#3 Morningstar Attack vs. Quinn: 12. Hit: 11 piercing damage.

Two more (#1 and #5) attempt to grab Ruven to grapple him:
Ruven: Make a DC12 STR or DEX saving throw (your choice) – at Disadvantage, as both bugbears are attempting this – or become Grappled.

The last bugbear (#6) blocks the hallway south with his body, ready to crush Jurgen or Draco if they try anything. (Action=Ready.)

Vhalak nods, drops his fists, elbows his way past Bryony, Quinn, and Ruven, and confidently strolls up the stairs and down the hallway toward the west. (All three may have an opportunity attack against him if they choose.) "Let me go get him," he mutters.

"Madam, why don't you climb down into the ravine and calmly wait for us there until I call for you, won't you?" asks Nezznar of Boona, pointing into the rift. (Boona: make a DC13 Wisdom Save or else follow his instructions to the best of your ability.)

Everyone may act! (But Ruven and Boona should make those saves, first.)

Boona Wisdom Save- 14

Everyone may act, including Boona! (But Ruven should make that DC12 STR or DEX save at Disadvantage, first. Also, Bryony, Quinn, and Ruven may also make an opportunity attack vs. Vhalak if they choose, as he strolls by.)

Boona looked back at the bugbears with a grunt of annoyance and hit the drow again.

Attack: 14 Damage: 13

Quinn growls as Vhalak pushes past him. He roars and swings Lightbringer at the drow. Quinn follows through with his swing, uses the momentum to whirl the magical mace around for a follow up attack:

AOO: 15 to hit for 12 damage. 

Action: 26 to hit for 15 damage (8+7 from colossus slayer feat)

Even after she weathers a small avalanche of bugbear weapons from behind, Boona clobbers the spidery drow with a whopping blow to his skull. He's in rough shape.

"Ow! Stop! I'm trying to help you, you dimwit! Let me surrender, at least!" cries Nezznar.

Quinn, swinging at the passing Vhalak, connects as well. Vhalak is definitely tougher than he looks, but that blow definitely hurt him.

Quinn tries to chase him up the stairs in order to get in a second blow, but one of the bugbears (#5) blocks his way.

(Quinn: Do you want to use that second roll with feat on the bugbear?)

Bryony and Ruven may also make an opportunity attack vs. Vhalak if they choose, as he passes (and now chased by Quinn).
Bryony, Ruven, and Jurgen (the latter distracted by a sudden kink in his arm) may act next.

Sorry i've not been online lately. i broke my right arm and typing is a pain. i hope to be back somewhat mid next week.

Quinn, frustrated by the pair of bugbears blocking his way, takes a swing at the one on the right (#5), injuring its shoulder with his glowing mace. 

Bryony and Ruven may still make an opportunity attack vs. Vhalak if they choose, as he passes (briefly chased by Quinn until blocked by one of his goons).

Bryony, Ruven, and Jurgen (when he's ready-no rush at all) may act next.

Ruven: DC12 save at Disadvantage (as both bugbears are involved) or become Grappled: 6

The two bugbears (#1 and #5) have successfully grabbed Ruven, even as Quinn tries to take out one of them. 

Bryony, Ruven (grappled), and Jurgen (when he's ready-no rush at all) may act next.

Meanwhile, Nezznar, seriously injured, looks increasingly frustrated and flustered at Boona, and his two goons (bugbears #2 and #4) don't look like they are going to hold back.
"Get her off me! Get her off me!" shrieks Nezznar.

Bugbear #6 blocks the hallway south, blocking Jurgen or his automaton companion from advancing. And bugbear #3 begins to chase Quinn.

(sorry guys, typing left handed - off hand, is a PAIN!)

Jurgen charges in and using his Sword and green flame blade on the nearby goons.

Atack: 21 to hit for 16 damage with 5 goining to the one next to him.

BA Draco: 13 to hit with 7 damage
