( Well.........that would put Boona and Karst inside the wall.....so Fey Step doesn't work.......and Quinn sees them run into the stone wall at speed.)
Laiti begins to seize up. She floats to the ground and kneels.
Bryony stands, and moving between Fergus and the galeb duhr, she sinks two blades into the kneeling, snake-haired monstrosity. Honna shrieks in pain, and turns to flash her claws at Bryony.
The galeb duhr shouts something in Terran before slamming Bryony with its stony fists. Slam Attack vs. Bryony: 24. Hit: 8 bludgeoning damage. It steps north, next to Honna.
Fergus, Jorzu and Laiti may act next.
Fergus is free to act, but is restrained by his seizing muscles. (He may not move, and any attack rolls he might make will have Disadvantage.) Fergus must also make one more DC13 CON Save at the end of his turn, and turn fully to stone if he fails. Laiti may also act, under the same limitations, and must also make the second CON Save.
Jorzu, invisible, may act normally.
Things happened quickly. Jurgen, Quinn, Boona, and Karst may act next round. (I'll save Karst's bold attempt until then.)

Fergus:
Realizing his joints are starting to freeze up, Fergus belatedly remembers the import of the wriggling snakes on the woman’s head. His mind racing for a tactic to remedy the situation, he reaches into his pack and pulls out his shaving mirror, then shoves it in Honna’s face so she sees her own reflection…
With no idea if that will work or not, he looks to Bryony and says, “Well struck. Do it again!” Behind the brave words are perhaps his last blessing and maybe something else, a longing for what might have been. With a fierce effort, Fergus smacks at Honna, fighting his stiffening joints in an attempt to force her to look at herself in the mirror.
(Bardic Inspiration to Bryony and an Agile attack at disadvantage. A post with the final save will come later just in case Banishing her works and makes a difference)

Jorzu
The strangest feeling overcomes Laiti's small form. Her wings start to flap more slowly as her muscles tighten. Finally they stop altogether as she touches the ground. She manages to croak out a few words as even her voice seems to fail; "The black one".
"Grrrr" Jorzu let's out a low grumble like the sound of a distant storm raging. With two of his companions and his own familiar seemingly turning into statues he reaches for his pouch of beads. Withdrawing an orb that is as deep black as moonless midnight he crushes it between his hands with a clap. His Invisibility falls as he stares at Honna, and with two words he casts his spell; "STOP IT!"
Laiti turns fully to stone. She now is a tiny, grey, stone figurine, on the stone floor, frozen in concentration uttering her final words of advice. She joins the three human statues as dusty decor in this small forgotten chapel to Dumathoin. It occurs to the party that these three kneeling humans in the corners also likely befell Honna's magic, days or months or years or decades ago, probably once bandits or looters or both.
<POP> Honna vanishes, banished to a faraway plane of existence. Jorzu concentrated on keeping her there, as long as he can (one minute).
Fergus, quickly turning grey and struggling with increasing stiffness, pulls out a mirror and swings his fist, only to find that he is a moment too late to use either. Honna is gone. (He successfully gives Bardic Inspiration to Bryony in what may be his last action...)
Fergus may make his final DC13 CON Save, turning to stone, becoming petrified, upon a fail. (To his grave disappointment, he realizes that her banishment does not help stem his transformation in any way, unfortunately...)
Bryony watches Laiti turn to stone with horror but a moment later she realizes the same thing has happened to Fergus, and she lets out a wail that is equal parts grief and anger. "No!"
Thoughts of Sir Roderick and Kimberley flash through her mind as she looks at Fergus, now no more than another statue, just like the other ones in the room. He's still holding up the mirror, his last act an attempt to trick the snake lady into turning herself into stone. But somehow the snake lady has vanished, at least for the moment. Bryony's not quite sure how that happened, but maybe her friends were trying to help from the other room.
Furious, the halfling rogue turns her attention to the only other creature in the room that's not a statue, the Galeb Duhr. "You'd better tell me how to turn my friend back to normal or I'm gonna make you disappear too!" Bryony tells the stone monster, pointing her blades menacingly in its direction.
Bryony will use her action to try and make the Galeb Duhr back down and reveal how to cure Fergus.

"Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere." ~ Albert Einstein
When Honna disappears it dawns on Jorzu that his spell actually worked. His elation is short lived as he sees Fergus set into what might be his final pose, replaced instead with horror. He prepares to unleash as much energy as he can muster directed at the rock golem when he hears Byrony's ultimatum. He waits impatiently.
((Purely dramatic as his action comes after the rock))
"I... we... you cannot reverse this," replies the rocky creature. "Where did Lady Honna go? Where did you send her?" It looks spooked, if a boulder-like elemental can express such emotion on its rocky face. It holds its action, but is prepared to wallop Bryony again if necessary.
Suddenly, the door crashes open from the west. Six huge boulders roll in. Two have heads – you met them earlier – four do not, just crude stone appendages, ready to melee.
Honna's notetaker holds up a hand and speaks two words in Terran. The boulders all grind to a halt.
"How did you enter? Where is Honna?" asks one of the two newcomers with heads.
You hear a muffled <thump> as Karst's face appears frozen in the eastern wall for the briefest of moments before vanishing again. (The wall is undamaged, as are Boona and Karst.)
Jurgen, Quinn, Jorzu (concentrating), and Boona may act.
Now outnumbered by a fair margin Jorzu speaks to Byrony in her native tongue. "Perhaps we should retreat back to the other room. I can try to distract the rock men" he offers up his best suggestion. "I don't want to leave Fergus or Laiti but there's nothing we can do for them right now and snake head will be back soon".
Jurgen calls for Hero to come to him. Jurgen seeing what is going down casts Witchbolt (at 2nd level) at the Medusa. Action: 20 to hit for 22 damage. he then ducts back (as Witch does not require sight to maintain the later attacks)
Boona starts to clear out the rocks. Even with her prodigious speed and determination, it will take her many hours to excavate the collapsed area enough for her to pass through.
Hero hears Jurgen call, but likewise finds it is blocked from obeying the order. It remains stuck with Boona and Quinn. Jurgen jumps out from behind the corner to try to blast the medusa with a beam of potent arcane electricity, but he is confused to find that there is no medusa present. (Does he want to blast the crowd of upset galeb duhr, or save his spell slot and do something else?)
Jorzu hesitates and proposes a retreat (in Halfling) to Bryony. He continues to mentally hold Honna in a faraway dimension.
Quinn, in the vault, may act. Jorzu (concentrating) may still have an action and move, if he chooses. Jurgen should decide whether to go ahead with his medusa-less attack.
Quinn dives in and attempts to help Boona clear the rock pile, but it quickly does the mental math and realizes that this will take too long.
He stands up and a rush of emotions flood through him. Concern, frustration, fear, anger. He cannot stand by in silence any longer and he yells to the group.
Quinn doesn’t wait for a reply, he angrily growls the incantation to summon his spirit raven. His pendant necklace glows an ethereal turquoise blue light and out of that glow, his raven manifests.
“Fly to our friends and report back.”
The raven squawks and flies through the gap and observes the group and quickly flies back to Quinn.

When Karst approached Boona jumped on his back.

" Karst, Charge!"

Bryony notices Fergus slowly turning to stone, and she turns back to glare at Honna. "Leave him alone!" she yells. "Quinn! Boona! Help!"
She is quicker on her feet than Honna, and she runs over to attack the prone snake lady.
