 Head towards the chest room....it will take 10 rounds, so please blast stuff that may interrupt Xymox. 

Erbert and the MFHound join Kragen in the tunnel to the upper left. The webs can be seen blocking the passage.  It does not appear that anything is attempting to move through them.

Chadwick remains in the hallway to the upper right.  The great eye watching the room continues to surveil that chamber.  Its cone of green light remains centered upon the large, metallic chest.

Xymox begins to cast Leomund's Tiny Hut in the lower right passage.  Starker and Trolkarl have joined him there.

The arcing energies in the chamber with the fluid column remain on a high level.  The arcs travel into the passages each of you have taken positions.  They move along the ceiling, jumping from one pipe or tube to the next.  Sometimes the arcs extend down towards the floor.  Xymox is hit by one of these arcs for 2 points of lightning damage.  His concentration save = 6, failure.  His spell casting is interfered with and must begin anew next round.  The spell slot is not lost.

Further down the passage from the Voices of Reason and Starker, movement is seen.  You can see a kaorti is peeking around a corner, trying to remain hidden from view.

NEW ACTIONS FROM EVERYONE

Starker:”Friends, I can cast Wall of Force using the Rod of the Jade Guardian instantly. I suggest we go to the room where Kragen is and then I will seal off the two other entries. Then, we can kill our foes one by one as they enter from the NorthWest. Xymox, I am sorry it took me so long to think of this.  This way, gentlesapients.”

<Walks to the column room as indicated on map.  Waits for Trokarl, Xymox, and Chadwick to join him in the NW corner of the room with the column, then casts Wall of Force on indicated line. If thise three don’t join on the other side of the line holds off on casting.  >

Trolkarl will dash back to protect Starker while he raises the shield. 

Xymox joins the rest of The Company as Starker raises the Wall of Force.  The arcs of energy play across the wall, but do not penetrate it.  Movement on the opposite side of the Web spell stops.  All seems quiet as you gaze out each side of your hastily fashioned redoubt.

NEXT ROUND ACTIONS FROM EVERYONE

Chadwick will move to the spot on the map. An arrow remains knocked and he'll hold his attack action for the first available target that presents itself. His halberd is propped against the wall behind him.

Starker:”Perhaps sendng forth a scout?  An invisible scout who can walk on walls and ceilings?”

”I do note that we are gathered together in a small area. If our enemies have a Starker or Erbert of their own we have answered their prayers.”

Kragen navigates himself around the Hound and Sir Chazwick, pauses and looks at the web structure.

"Lets see how this cloak works." Then quickly turns to Chaz and thr others. "Going in for a look to see if combatants are still ahead. Will report back what i see. Maybe that intel will.help with our next tactical decision to improve our condition."

Then enters into the web lattice.

Stops where indicated on the map. Then starts scanning the room with those odd goggles over his eyes.

Erbert, Xymox and Trolkarl actions...

Erbert uses a magical action to move his Hound forward (it is intangible and can move through the web without issue) 25-30 feet, as shown on the map, instructing it to look south.  It has Truesight and will start barking loudly if it sees any enemies who do not speak the password as they approach.  (which everyone in the party knows now that the password is Ipswich)

Erbert watches back and forth between the two rooms with interest, readying himself for next steps, but unclear what they are yet..

Saying ready near the mages until Kragen reports back or a threat appears. 

Xymox doubles Trolkarl's approach, but moves near the tunnel entrance between the mages.

Kragen moves into the webs, peering through the sticky strands into the cavern beyond.  Nothing is moving.  There is another biologic-mechanical fixture in the center of this room as well.  It has a large central basin containing the periwinkle-now-indigo fluid.  Shapes can be seen swimming about in the basin.  The kaorti and their thralls seen there before are not to be seen.

The MFHound glides through the webs unhindered.  It takes position and looks about.  It then barks a warning as Erbert sees it looking down the south passage.

Xymox, Starker and Trolkarl see that the kaorti looking around the corner has moved up to the edge of the cavern they are now in, still watching around the corner with furtive glimpses.

The arcing energy from the column of indigo fluid remains at its heightened level.  None of the arcs penetrate the Wall of Force.  You can see the arcs do continue to travel down the passages across the cavern, including the one the kaorti is watching from.  It does not seem to react to the energy arcs and none touch it.

The thrumming heard has continued its heightened tempo.  You can see solid pieces shooting down the pipes at higher speeds now and seemingly increased frequency.

ACTIONS FROM EVERYONE...

Starker summons the Clay Construct Sgothmoran just east of Xymox. 

“Defend us. Stay here until we leave and follow us as we depart.”

Chadwick will continue holding for something to shoot at. If the party moves or Kragen yelps for help he'll stow his bow and move to assist.
