The three specters follow the wraith in attacking the fey spirit, to hits = 21, 14 and 15. Two hit for 13 and 11 necrotic damage. The fey spirit is badly damaged.

Webs fill the corridor that you are standing in. They extend upwards to the 20' high ceiling in the mausoleum room anchored to the walls, ceiling, pillars and statue.
Xymox slips free of the sticky webs, positioning himself before Trolkarl with eyes fixed on the wraith.
He casts Cloud of Daggers at level 2 on the wraith’s space. (7 damage).
“Let the dead feel a sharper edge than your hunger,”He murmurs, voice low but resolute. “Stay ready—this chamber has more than echoes of the past. We press forward, or these fiends will claim more than our patience.”
He then moves back behind Trolkarl and Kragen, to allow them actions.
Xymox's spell inflicts 7 points of damage to the wraith, who then loses concentration on the Web spell. The webs melt away.
The wraith attacks the fey spirit with its life drain ability, inflicting 5 damage. It follows this by casting Summon Fey to call forth a fuming fey spirit. This then attacks the other fey spirit, destroying it. The wraith then flies up towards the ceiling and is now 15' high.
Chadwick gets webbed. You here some muffled yells and while you can't quite make out what he's saying you know Ma Jenkins wouldn't be happy with him.
When the webs fall he looks around happily surprised, then he casts Spirit Guardians with Kragen's brooch, 13 damage, WIS save for half.
Then rushes headlong into the middle of all the enemies (see Trolkarl he hasn't completely changed). "Tyr give me the power to vanquish these fiends!"
If that spot doesn't cover all four move me 5' north. I assume that will, but trying to pick up some AOO by making them come to me.
Bonus action: LOH (self) for 13 HPs.
Just a reminder for combat against Chadwick with warding bond still active. He has +1 to AC and savings throws and is resistant to all damage. However, when he takes damage, Kragen receives the same amount.

Yartol drops his bow and draws short sword and scimitar. He uses a bonus action to cast Hunter's Mark on the wraith. He then attacks the specter that closed in on him. Short sword to hit = 12, for 8 piercing and 2 psychic damage; short sword to hit = (5, 19) 25 for 4 piercing damage; and scimitar to hit = 14 for 5 slashing damage. A total of 10 damage inflicted. The weapons do not affect the specter like they do the living, and solid.

Kragen rushes into the room, surveys the current situation and holds The Scales of Justice towards Chadwick and the undead accosting him.

channel divinity: Turn Undead - each undead of you choice within 30’ must make a DC 1 Wis save. Fail leads to frightened condition for 1 minute.
Sear undead - any undead that fails its save takes 3d8 radiant damage. This doesn’t end the turn effect.
