I find it interesting that so many of these "tests" have gathered information about us.

...not that there is anything wrong with that in itself.But this is someone who left their mortal form behind through necromancy. He is evil and cunning- perhaps we should expect this information to be used against us.
Kragen carefully picks up each item and inspects them with greater scrutiny. Taking the sword from the scabbard, opening the scroll and examining what’s inside, unfolding the piece of cloth and inspecting the fragment, examining the amulet.
then hands each to Starker for magical examination.
The sword is a well crafted weapon with the holy symbol of Lathander, the Dawn Lord, inset into the cross guard. The steel shines, reflecting the light of the Driftglobe brightly.
The scroll is inscribed with a spell it seems.
The amulet is also the holy symbol of Lathander.
The cloth unfolds to reveal it to be a vestment made of wispy cloth. The hems seem to fold and move in your peripheral vision. The fabric feels like it moves in your grasp.
Starker attempts to figure out what spell is on the scroll.
Starker:”These other items seems likely to be of use against a creature of darkness, but it would take me a half hour to Identify them all. Dare we spend that amoont of time?”
"You are right to question my inquiry into their arcane power, let us sally forth smartly and find our quarry."

Stows the items in our bag of party items (backpack) and then follows Chadwick towards the doors.
Once Starker returns, Kragen gives a rousing speech about the virtues of Tyr’s Justice, serving and protecting others. Those who had recently received a long rest on our last trip the the fountain of life, find their spirits lifted and are eager to find this Illiandil and serve him the permanent death he deserves!

Those who did not drink recently are emotionally indifferent.
Then Kragen slaps Sir Chadwick fondly on the back and heads to the double doors. “Clear your head of that you lass you are pining over, we have work ahead of us!”

The doors open to reveal an irregularly shaped room. Ahead of you is another set of golden double doors. To the right is a large alcove. To the left is a small niche with a banner hung in the rear of it. The banner is blood red with an upraised, skeletal hand. It looks like something is concealed behind the banner.

Kragen walks to the chest and attempts to open it.
