The descent down the cliff face is easier due to being downhill, but still taxing to keep your footing and not fall. Galban and the guards are finishing up for the day when you arrive at the base of the cliff. They have recovered their fellow villagers. They have also found a dozen other victims and four dead orcs. The orcs they planned to leave in place. The others found are all dressed as travelers or guards. One stands out, a human man with dark hair. He has a tattoo on his arm of the Arcane Brotherhood. His appearance is consistent with that of Iarno Albrek. His death appears to have been violent as well with serious burns across his back and abdomen as well as likely claw injuries to his leg. Three other human men appear to have died violently as well. Serious injuries can be seen. All of the rest appear to have died non-violently, including the orcs.
Galban and the guards wrap the corpses in shrouds and secure them with ropes. All are then loaded into the wagons. The trek back to camp is quiet. Once well past the erected sign camp is made for the night. A meal is prepared by the guards, the oxen are unhitched and watered.
Galban asks, "Will you be wanting to return to the ruins tomorrow?"
“Thank you Sheriff, we have concluded our search of the Dragons lair and retrieved Belggers armor and other items of interest. <three suits of chain main, shield and long swords. All of these bear the symbols of the Arcane Brotherhood. There is also a dwarf sized suit of ring mail, a battle axe, light crossbow and shield. A badly singed backpack with two holes burnt into the sides contains a shattered vial that held ink, quills, an ornate book that is badly burned, a ruptured waterskin and a singed cloak.
Continuing to dig in the area of the previously found treasure turns up:
Strongbox – Loose coins 435cp, Small leather pouch with 5 gems 50gp (Citrine, 2 Zircon, 2 Blue Jasper)
“I have an idea. I have recently learned the spell Ice Knife. The material component for this spell is a drop of water. I am wondering what would happen were I to use holy water as the source of that drop and were to then use the resulting spell blade against an evil creature such as a wraith. It couldn’t do any harm yonus or the spell’s efficacy, I think, and it could help in an interesting manner.” Starker says, a gleam in his eye unlike anything you’ve seen since he chortled over his ideas to use the monkey to dispatch the fallen foes or to resurrect the orcs to use them as bait/distraction.
The trip back to Shalecliff is accomplished as easily as the trip here. Several days and nights pass and you arrive to the town in the late afternoon of the fifth day. The bodies of the townsfolk are prepared for burial. Plans are made to have funeral services the next day. The remaining dead are also prepared for burial as well.
The innkeeper at the Hallowed Tree welcomes you and gives Starker a steady glare, "Nothing has changed."

Starker is an odd duck.
"Master Starker, i would be happy to bless any magical construct prior to use against evil. I am not sure it would enhance any magical properties as a component of that spell. Feel free to experiment as you wish, the Temple of Tyr can provide you with Holy Water in exchange for supporting our efforts." Smiles at Starker and nods his head

Did Albrek have anything of interest on him?
He did not.
His corpse is missing the ring finger on his left hand. Looks chewed off.

“Only if someone feels the need. I am satisified for now.”
Galban nods in acceptance of Starker's reply. "If that is the case," he responds, "we will plan to return to Shalecliff tomorrow."
Starker asks the corpse patrol if any of them have some holy water left over. Even a couple of drops might be useful.
Chadwick offers his to starker if the corpse patrol doesn't have any.
"We did not bring any holy water with us," Galban responds to Starker.

“Starker, I have Holy Water.” “What would you like blessed?”
