Chadwick will assist Kragen with the wounded and getting folks sorted out after the loss of their gear and mounts.
Then sighing heavily Chadwick recovers the rest of his gear and loads up Daisy (the previously unnamed mule). Chadwick acquired her right after the change in encumbrance for dungeon crawls.
Standing on the deck of the Rogue's Respite, Mallinora calls out to you, "If you are of a mind to help we need to get to it. If not, I need to get repairs done and get out of here. My offer stands and I will make it better. 150gp for each of you and a return trip to Faerûn to anywhere you would like."

We are now missing mounts and look to be stranded here if we don't board this ship. Let's help out the good captain. At least we will get a free ride to wherever we want to go.
"i am amenable to a detour however suggest, post detour, we recalibrate on the A hole or Deep Wave Mine".
"I will send a note to Cleggor that we may be delayed in meeting him in Shalecliff in 2 weeks time."
"However, before we assist, i think we are owed some additional information by the Captain." Turns to the Captain. "Such as full name, origins, purpose in this realm, types of trade you enter in and who you serve?", "As you can see, we have proven our intentions Captain, otherwise we would have killed the Orcs, you and your crew and raided your ship!",
"I would have the measure of who we are providing service for?" Leans forward intently on his hammer.
Mallinora listens to Kragen's demanding questions. "My full name, for you, is Captain Mallinora. My trade is my business. Not yours. You are being hired to be a marine. If we are attacked, you will defend this ship. Nothing else pertains to you. You are being hired for ONE," holding up a single finger. "One trip to the Rock of Bral. In return I will pay you 150gp and bring you back to Faerûn free of charge to do whatever it is that you do. Which is none of my business."
She then looks to the rest of you. "Make a decision. This ship needs fixed and that is what marines do." She looks to each of you, "Or, I do if you are not interested. But the work must start now."
“Captain Mallinora, I know nothing about ship repair. My expertise lies at the forge, so I may require close supervision. And you should ignore Kragen’s blustering. We do.”

"I will follow your lead, Hoid. Welcome aboard." She looks to Starker leading a horse to the person sized gangplank. "We are going to need to do something else with the animals. Do any of you know how to set up a block and pulley system? We use it for loading cargo usually. But, a spare sail can be rigged as a sling to bring the horses and mules aboard and loaded into the hold."
Hoid and Starker arrive at the main deck to find it scattered with splinters of wood, broken chunks of wood and blood stains. There are long, deep gouges in the decking leading from the middle of the main deck to the edge of the ship you climbed and the shattered railing.
Starker will try to outsmart the pulley concept by rigging a block and tackle to get Raspy and any other animals coming up on deck. Cyrus starts to explore the upper masts.
“I appreciate your caution, Captain as you are in an unfamiliar realm, however if your business, which we would be assisting, is to be of nefarious or dubious intentions, Tyr will see you judged”, “that is my only interest with your business, I do not associate with those of Ill nature!” Looks back at the Captain determined to have her assurance.
“Of note, I am no marine Captain, I work the forge and the earth and provide Tyr’s divine power when in need.”, “I am no stranger to manual labor if there is need.”

Weather painting was in a saddlebag. Should have sold it when we had the opportunity.
Now the dragon will know what the weather will be....

Do we still have the light globe?
Yes the globe is in Chadwick's pouch.

Chadwick concurs with taking the Captain up on her offer.
I think we are all in agreement. Let’s get on the ship

Starker shakes his head in disbelief. “Come on, guys. Let’s fly!!!”

Is Raspy around? If so, Starker gathers him up and leads him to the gangplank.

Is rise less than or equal ro 10 feet? If so, and if Raspy is less thsn 500 pounds, I can tenser’s floating disc him up.
The main deck is higher than the spell will allow. And, raspy too heavy. Horses and mules typically 800-1000 pounds.
