The cloak, if the price is right. Sir Chadwick is willing to throw his glaive in to offset some or all of the cost. I’m sure a magic polearm can be put to use until you are making your own magic weapons.
The saddle probably doesn't have much value for you, while I think Freya would be happy to have such a nicely crafted one versus the practical, but plain one she currently has. So I would be interested if you would willing to trade for it as well."
Cleggor considers what Chadwick has to say. He confers with his brothers, “Good Paladin of Tyr, we would appreciate seeing these potent items put to good use by such as you. We suggest 5,000gp for both of them as a good price. We could surely get a higher price in Mirabar. But, as I said, we prefer to see them put to good use.”
(( This is a deal. The cloak itself is likely worth more than that on the open market. ))
Starker casually walks over to the pile-o-loot and takes the ring and the scroll, looks around for any objections. If none, he puts the ring in an easily accessed pocket in his garment under the Robe of Protection and tucks the scroll into his belt.
“That was handled so much better than if I had been involved. Congratulations to who contributed. After we finish here and perhaps go to a large town or city where we can provide ourselves with items of power I suggest we go to teach the necromancer Illiandel a couple of experiential lessons in death and take his stuff.”
Gneuman waits patiently for the negotiations to conclude.
"A couple of questions, if I may?" "First, what is the total amount of coin that each us will now take, now that the magical items have been claimed? And second, for those that may have some mining experience, any idea on what 1.5% of the mine's profit could possibly equate to for a week? A month?" "I know nothing about mining, excuse my ignorance."

Hard to say. There is a LOT of work to be done to get the mine operating.
Starker to Hoid and Trokarl:“If I understood correctly, The Company is to take the Gems and Art as part of its 55% share? If so. I think our share is the worth 48,263.18 gold pieces, which we shall take as 15,220 in Gems snd Art and the balance, 33,043gp in coins?
”If I am right shall I start my Unseen Servant, Jievs, to the task of extracting our coins from the pile? Do you think they would mind if we just took the platinum? We have a long journey ahead of us.
Also, we should divide our spoils such that one theiving dragon or giant eagle can’t grab it along with a single pack mule.”
Once a decision is made about the proffered traded of 5,000gp for Tzan'tar's Cloak and the Saddle of the Cavalier the shares of treasure can be sorted out. Cleggor and brothers are encouraging you to take your share in platinum as much as you would like. Having smaller coins will be better for their situation.
Eye Agate 10g, Banded Agate 10g, Zircon 50g x 2, Sardonyx 50g, Carnelian 50g, Chrysoberyl 100g, Jade 100g, Amethyst 100g, Ruby 200g x 5, Peridot 500g, Black Pearl 500g, Alexandrite 500g, Sapphire 1000g x 2, Emerald 1000g, Fire Opal 1000g, Black Sapphire 5000g, Bone Statuettes (Horses) 25g x 2, Gold bracelet 25g, Bone dice 25g x 2, Cloth-of-Gold Vestments 25g x 2, Silver ewer 25g, Ivory statuette (Round tower) 250g, Brass mug with jade 250g, Silk tapestry 250g, Gold dragon comb with red garnet eyes 750g x 2, Silver plated longsword set with Jet 750g, Jade statuette of Oni 500g
Scroll (long epic poem in praise of the shadow dragon in draconic), Jar with dead illithid tadpole, Seven candlestick set with Helm's holy symbol, Treatise on alchemy etched on steel cylinders, a spinning wheel, Hourglass filled with sparkling sand and a stuffed owlbear.
To Cleggor "Brother, i have become quite fond of this cloak, it has some unusual and useful characteristics." flourishes the tail of the cloak and looks puzzled "I would accept the offer provided of exchanging 5,000gp for Tzan'tar's Cloak and Freya needs a more suitable saddle." smiles at Cleggor.
Turning to the group "Please take the remuneration out of my portion of the booty for our services performed.", "I hope we can continue to leverage it's usefulness whether it be by me or someone else in The Company."
Turning to Cleggor again "If our business has concluded for the time being, I would have a private word with you." Then motions to the side as he moves to the location indicated.
Starker, giggling, takes 550 platinum pieces, The jade statuete of the Oni, and one of the dragon combs, the Jar with dead illithid tadpole, a bag of bone dice, and the Treatise on alchemy etched on steel cylinders.
”Friends, my tastes are sufficiently outre that I imagine this selection will not offend, but if I am mistaken please do not hesitate to so inform me and I will rectify the situation posthaste.”
Starker:”I think our share is the worth 48,263.18 gold pieces, which we have agreed we shall take as 15,220 in Gems and Art and the balance, 33,043.18gp in coins. We each get a 1/6 share of the coins and separately of the Gems and Art. This assumes, for the moment, that we are acting as stewards of the unassessed magic items initially allocated for The Company, I believe (this excludes, for instance, the Saddle and the Cloak, though perhaps we could revisit that in order to be scrupulously fair to our Friends Kragan and Chadwick).
in the meantime; just look at this nymph-like illithid! think of owning such an exquisitely engineered engine of dominance and will!!!”
The treasures from within the mountain are divvied up to the satisfaction of all. Cleggor, his brothers and the other dwarves in their company are all very pleased with the outcome of your foray into the mountain. The foreboding feeling and the sense of being watched is no longer present. The Stonejaw's move their camp from the valley into the mountain at the entrance of the middle tier. A celebration is held and proper dwarven songs ring through the formerly Brighthammer mountain.
The Stonejaws are very happy to have to stay for a while and help with a final sweep through the mountain to ensure all is safe. Gneuman and Kragen are instrumental in getting the sky lights operational thanks to their ability to walk up the walls of the mountain. Thankfully, they were just jammed with debris. Once they cleared the operating chains of a century or more of collected detritus, the louvres operated as designed and light was restored into the mountain. A breeze through the entry tunnel developed now that the roof was opened and fresh air filled the mountain as well. Hoid worked with the team assessing the forge and furnace. The ember at the back of the central forge could not be moved, but, adding fuel to that furnace ignited it. The coal that is available will work for a time to keep the fires lit. A steady supply of more fuel will be needed to get the furnace operational. Chadwick, Trolkarl and Starker accompanied a group of the dwarves down below to the lower level and the mines. Chadwick's Driftglobe illuminated the way as they moved about and cleared nests of Stirges. Several more of the Gazers were seen in the mines and dealt with quickly. Several traps were found that were likely set by the orcs who lived here decades ago. They were cleared as well. The remains of the dwarves in the chamber with the Kyton were taken and given a proper final rest.
Now that light is restored and the rest of the nasties that had taken up residence are cleared the dwarves set to rebuilding. Seeming rubble is collected and the beginnings of houses are started on the middle tier. A defensible door is built at the main entrance. Regular patrols walk through the mines and to the docks. The fish seen by Gneuman during his swims are found to be easy to catch and delicious to eat. The regular crashing of the wave below becomes a part of your daily routine and no longer grabs your attention as it did at first.
At the dinner meal on the tenth day Cleggor turns to you and asks, "What are your plans now? What high adventure awaits The Company to darken its doorstep?" The rest of the dwarves turn to listen to what you travels will be next.
And, you are all now 7thLevel

5,000 total or 10,000 total?

Hoid responds, “I endorse assigning the task to Jeeves.”
If no objection, Starker rituals up Jievs and set him to the task.
Starker:”I assume it is accetable for those of us who must travel to take our share other than the gems and art in platinum.”

(No opposition to platinum, but the math isn’t mathing for me. I think there are different views on overall coinage going to the party.)
