(As we're in a loose initiative here where we are all acting together, I'm unsure if Zeds missed his turn by being dead or if he was revived in time to take his turn... Totally understand either decision. If revived in time to take an attack then Short Sword Attack: 24 to hit for 8 damage and 9 sneak attack damage...)
Zeds slumps down on one of the beds. Just sitting. Laying down is tempting... Too tempting. He's afraid if he laid down he might not ever get back up after that fight... The loot doesn't much interest him though he does say "24 silver each" out of habit rather than any real greed. The rest of the gear though is just too much to haul around, he figures. Since he is right there he does get up and look under the bed, just in case... though his wounds and injuries complain the whole time.
"We sure we want to clear this whole place out?" he asks...
After the last enemy falls, Krackle would race over towards the badly wounded Zeds. "You alright?" The kobold would ask as the badly burned and scarred creature look at his wouds before dividing up and handing him 24 silver. "I... don't know if we can handle too many more fights in our condition... but I don't think we can get the eggs up that secret tunnel either." Krackle would reply with a frown.
Stirling looks Zeb over. "I think it's wise to return to town. I've energy for one more request of my god. I could help bind your wounds or save the miracle for an emergency."
Stirling takes the weapons and straps them to his pack.
"Town guard might need these. If not the money they fetch will help the town."
"Save the miracle," Zeds says reluctantly. "I'm mobile for now... Who knows what the next minute will bring."
Zeds then turns to Krackle and gives his best dismayed look. It is not entirely a facade but he does embellish it more than he feels it. "We cannot let the eggs stay in the cultists hands... Not intact," he says sympathetically. "Your desire to raise them right is admirable... But that is not this cults intention..."

Krackle will unleash another fire bolt towards any remaining cultists as he tries to stay as far away from the fight as possible.

Seeing Zeb go down Stirling charges the Cultist. Plowing into it dagger first. Then makes ready to warding flare as required.

I would say what happens is in the order everyone posted so for now your turn is over.
Both Krackle and Sterling hit
Cultist A dies
Cultist B attacks Sterling for stabbing him.
Attack: 22 Damage: 4
Round 6
Now it is the party's turn.
Cultist B is the only one alive.
Krackle will wipe his brow and grit his teeth before launching another fire bolt towards the remaining cultist.
Attack: 7 Damage: 2
Stirling blocks the Cultist's attack high then stabs at his exposed ribs.
Attack 22 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Ironthar attacks the last standing cultist.
Attack 21 Damage 9

Having actually been on his feet for a moment, without falling again, Zeds gathers what strength he has left and attacks...
ShortSword Attack: 17 to hit for 5 damage
Bonus Action SS Attack: 21 to hit for 3 damage
PLUS 4 sneak attack damage if either of those hit...
