DC 10 CON saving throw 19 to maintain concentration when he's hit by the stinger
DC 13 CON saving throw 14 vs. the stinger's poison (with advantage because of his Yuan-Ti Poison Resilience)
If needed, another DC 10 CON saving throw 21 to maintain concentration because of the poison damage
Round 4: Ixsas
After the fireball lights the night sky, Ixsas stands and is a little surprised when the creatures immediately swarm him. Luckily, either the fireball disoriented them or Ixsas simply has Kossuth's blessing because he manages to dodge all of the attacks or deflect them with his shield. All except for one. One of the stingers finds its mark, but the cut is superficial. While Ixsas feels the burning pain from the poison, his Yuan-Ti heritage helps him resist its effects. He also manages to keep his focus among the flurry of attacks and maintain his concentration on Faerie Fire.
Now that the creatures have landed, Ixsas shoves past them and moves around the one that was north of him so that the creatures are all arrayed "in front" of him. He grasps his holy symbol and casts a spell, gesturing toward the creatures and causing a fan of flames to leap from his hands toward the creatures.
As the flames die down, Ixsas asks his companions, "Do you think that if we threw down some of Krackle Junior's food, they'd just take it and fly off?"
Movement: Move 1 square NE, 2 squares N, and then 1 square W to end up on the north of the one that was north of Ixsas. (He'll risk the opportunity attacks from the two creatures that he moves away from.) He turns to face south and east. Action: Cast spell Burning Hands (upcast as a LVL 2 slot), 15-foot cone, with one side of the spell aimed straight south, catching the 2 creatures in that direction and then fanning out east from there to catch the third creature DEX 15 saving throw or suffer 17 damage (fire) or 8.5 fire damage on a successful save. Free Action: Talking Reaction: The first it looks like one of the creatures is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.
Zeds is surprised by the creature's speed and falls victim to it's bite... But that damage spurs him to react quicker and he is able to evade the stinger. Hissing at the damage he took he aims to reply in kind and counterattacks with his sword.
Shortsword Attack vs WV5: 17to hit for 7piercing damage Bonus Action Shortsword Attack vs WV5: 15 to hit for 9piercing damage PLUS 7 Sneak Attack damage if either hit.
(Is it WV or MV? Wyvern Variant, yes? But seems it's shifted to MV?)
(OOC: I would have expected WV 6 to be in the AoE, too. I see that I wrote "2 squares N" when I meant 1 square N, which probably made the rest of the description confusing.
Based on the round 4 map, Ixsas was basically just trying to end up 2 squares N, just on the other side of the WV that was N of him. That way, Burning Hands aiming S and E should have hit all 3 that were formerly surrounding him.
Zeds dips, ducks and dives, successfully avoiding all attacks from the lizard-bird. "Just flocking die already!" he sneers as he steps forward and stabs at it before deftly slashing upwards with his other hand to try to slash at it from the blindside...
Shortsword Attack vs WV5: 26to hit for 11piercing damage BA Shortsword vs WV5: 15to hit for 8piercing damage PLUS 5sneak attack damage...
Breathing heavily, Krackle quickly raises his arm to protect himself once more. This time muttering under his breath in draconic as he casts shield. The creatures attacks slam into the fiery arcane shield and fail to hit the kobold.
As the shield fades, He continues to mutter under his breath and growl as he casts hold person on the flying creature (WV4)...
Serge is forced to burn his final spell, casting shield to turn back the stinger of Wyvern 6, but not before the ripping fangs of the beast get through and clamp down on his shoulder.
Casts shield as a reaction, blocking stinger attack 19from WV 6.
Still addled by the poison, he braces himself, takes a deep breath, and renews his attacks on WV3, still glittering under the effects of Ixsas' spell.
[Poison and faerie fire cancelling each other out so no advantage/disadvantage...]
Attack: 24 Slashing Damage: 9
Attack: 11 (Miss, I believe)
"Is everyone still up and able?" Serge calls out, trying to look through the flapping wings to see if any of his allies are in danger.
Action: Attack + Extra Attack on WV3
Bonus Action: Second wind for 12HP recovered.
Movement: If (and only if) WV3 dies, Serge will maneuver 1sq E and 1sq S, not leaving the reach of WV6. If WV3 doesn't die, Serge remains where he is.
Reaction: No more spells, and flyby doesn't provoke AOO, so likely no more use for reactions.

DC 10 CON saving throw 15 to maintain concentration when he's hit by the stinger
DC 13 CON saving throw 13 vs. the stinger's poison (with advantage because of his Yuan-Ti Poison Resilience)
If needed, another DC 10 CON saving throw 10 to maintain concentration because of the poison damage
Round 5: Ixsas
Ixsas fires off his spell but is followed by two of the creatures. He manages to fend off one of them with another warding flare, but the other one's stinger manages to pierce his armor. Again, his Yuan-Ti heritage helps him resist the poison's effect, and he manages to maintain his concentration on Faerie Fire.
Ixsas sees that they haven't managed to kill any of the creatures, and no one is coming to help him. Better to save myself, he thinks, so that I survive long enough to be of some help to my friends. While his faith is strong (i.e., plenty of spell slots), he has to be alive and conscious to call on Kossuth's power. Ixsas prays for Kossuth to protect him, and then he moves away from the creatures and toward Krackle's carriage. If he can get inside the carriage this round, he will. If not, he wants to be close enough to get inside the carriage next round. While he moves, he tries to take some dried jerky or other meat out of his pack (1 day's ration), wave the food in the air, and then toss it on the ground toward WV1 and WV2.
Movement: Move toward Krackle's carriage. He'll risk the opportunity attacks from WV1 and WV2, but he'll try to avoid coming within 5ft of any of the other variant wyverns. If necessary, he'll pass outside the wagon circle, planning to enter Krackle's carriage through the other door. Action: Cast spell (LVL 1 slot) Sanctuary on himself. Until the spell ends, any creature who targets him with an attack must first make a WIS 15 saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must choose a new target or lose the attack. The spell lasts for 1 minute or until Ixsas makes an attack, casts a spell that affects an enemy, or deals damage to another creature Free Action: Object interaction - remove and drop 1 day's ration from his backpack. Reaction: The first time it looks like one of the creatures is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impost disadvantage on the attack.
Ixsas is able to maintain his spell and is not poisoned.
