“Maybe they can just toss you up?” Zeds suggests, trying to suppress a laughter. He would have thought the Kobold would have been a lot better climber!
"I.... I am a little better at scurrying.. and burrowing than I am climbing.. Can I just hold on to one of your backs as you climb over? I'm not very heavy.." He would ask after dusing himself off once more.
A man with 1 eye askes Sterling obviously suspicious "If you are with us, you must know where our camp is. Now where is our camp? North, East, West, or South of Greenest."
MEanwhile, obviously, Zeds is eagerly trying to get everyone at least into the tree so he can hop onto the other side of the fence and go to Sterling's aid...
Stirling smiles. "You got me I was hoping to slip on grab a few things and slip away unnoticed. Guess we got to fight. Can't have you stealing what I'm after"
Stirling shrugs and steps foward a bit to make room. Draws his dagger and holds his sheild up in a defensive posture.
"Why are you all here? Not like this now has much to offer"
Set the scene a bit more? Are we all in the trees, still climbing? How far from us to Sterling and the four foes? Ideally Zeds would throw Krackle on his back, jump down and run in to stand besides Sterling but I'm not sure if that is practical or not?
The green bar is the tall trees and yes you are on a tree branch and not over the fence yet as Sterling was the first over the fence. The black line is the fence.
Zeds indeed will tell Krackle to climb on his back... and then will inch his way out on a branch as far as possible before trying to jump out over the fence and landing in the temple's yard, hopefully without seriously damaging either him or Krackle.
Acrobatics: Nat 1 for a total of 5. If athletics... errr, subtract 5 from that.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Zeds tumbles down, Krackle would attempt to leap from his back, hoping to land safely before launching an attack on the bad men..

When the kobold gets to the ground (either falling or landing safely) he would quickly pull his orb from inside his cloak and point it towards the attackers before sending a ball of flame streaking out towards the closest attacker...
Stirling will climb the tree and hop over then.
“Trees it is,” Zeds agrees. He will happily take any assistance offered to climb and once up and secure he’ll reach a hand down to help the others.
“Keep it quiet though, kind of open despite the leaves,” he whispers down.
Acrobatics to climb up: 23
a mere 18 if you want athletics instead…
Krackle would dust himself off and attempt to climb the tree, taking advantage of the help provided by Zeds.

As Sterling is the first over the fence he sees 4 men tending to a fire in an attempt to smoke out the townsfolk. They all turn when they see Sterlig.
"Hey. Was told to help out back here. Got lost didn't want to walk around."
Stirling walks up as calmly as he can

Stirling takes the dodge action.
The sell swords move in to kill Sterling with weapons drawn. It seems the times for words are over.
Seeing Sterling in trouble I will see if the rest of the party can quickly join Serling. Then we will start combat.

"Throw me over quick!" Krackle would shout as he realizes Stirling is in trouble.
If no one throws him over he would attempt to hold on to them as they climb over
