Seeing Sterling take the massive blow, Krackle would start to pull the potion from his cloak. Seeing the man still on his feet he would quickly fire another firebolt off towards the last of the sell swords.
Seds or Zeds, doesn’t matter - He zigs when the sell sword tried to zag and he avoids the attack! With a little fancy footwork he bobs and weaves and counterattacks!

Flames engulf the face of the last sellsword and the smell of burning flesh fills Krackles nostrils. "We have to put out the fire! Quick!" The kobold would shout as he races towards the flames. He would attempt to use Prestidigitation to put out the flames (it says it can extinguish a small campfire)... but if that doesnt work he would pull his fancy bedroll from his pack and attempt to smother the flames!
Zeds, customarily, checks the bodies of those so recently departed. “If it was unlocked they wouldn’t have needed to try and smoke them out,” he points out as he does so. “Someone knock and try to talk to someone… convince them it’s safe to come out.”
“Point out the fire is out if the need convincing,” he adds and then motions to either Sterling or Ironthar (whichever doesn’t seem like they’re going to the door.) “Come, let’s stack the bodies near the fence. They can give us a boost up to help any survivors we save to get over…”
Krackle would move towards the charred door and use prestadigitation to cool the red hot handle. Once cooled, the kobold would attempt to jiggle the handle to see if it would open. "Hello? Anyone inside? We are here to help you!" he would shout as he knocked on the door and attempted to turn the handle.

There is still the fire at the back door and you hear the sounds of panic from inside the Temple.

The fire is snuffed out leaving just embers and white smoke.
Krackle would wave his hand, quickly extinguishing the flames. "Is it safe to go in? Is it locked?" He would ask as he looks towards the charred door.
The charred door is still very hot including the door handle. As to whether the door is locked or not, someone would need to check the door.

These fellows must have spent all their coin or are just plain broke as they have no gold on them.
