Zeds and Serge please roll Con Save DC 13 on fail you take the full damage and are pushed 10ft away. On pass just half damage and you are not pushed away.
(I was going to question whether Krackle could target Pharblex with sleep and also not include Zeds in the effect since it would be enough to put Zeds to sleep... But as he's about to take some damage save or not I guess it really wouldn't matter...)

The double doors are opened, and you see 2 lizardfolk mostly likely the caretakers of the giant lizards here in the stables. They have a look of confusion and one of them in broken common says "Get ... hiss ... out. hiss ... scaring the giant lizards!"
Not too far away is 14 bullywugs racing around the corner from G. They will reach he stables next round.

Round 8: Ixsas
Ixsas still has faith that Kossuth would not let him fall to this mud-covered swamp dweller. The Lord of Flames put him on the road to meet this group, and now Ixsas needs Zeds's help to stop Pharblex before he gets away. The spear of light hovers idly near Pharblex while Ixsas focuses on healing Zeds. Then he says a prayer, asking Kossuth to take Pharblex to the final flames.
After he casts his spell, Ixsas moves to the open door and says in an urgent but quiet voice, "Go find Snapjaw! Bullywugs attacking. Look: here come more! We protect the giant lizards. You go: tell Snapjaw!"
Movement: Move to the open doors so that he can speak with the lizardfolk. Action: Cast spell Crackling of the Final Flames on Pharblex. WIS 15 save or Pharblex takes damage: 11 (Necrotic) (because Pharblex is not at his Max HP) Bonus Action: Cast spell (LVL 1 slot) Healing Word on Zeds, Healing: 7 Free Action:Talking
Reaction: The first time it looks an attack is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.

((OOC: First the Second Wind, and now this. The Dice Gods really have it out for Zeds in this fight! But at least he's back up. His Sneak Attack is a powerful weapon in any "boss fight," and I guess he can use Cunning Action to hide or disengage from Pharblex so that it's harder for the bullywug to drop him right away.))
Zeds rolls along the ground, forced backed by the wave of force and knocked ass over teakettle for a good ten feet or so. And it hurts. A lot. As he blinks away the dirt and dust and grass and other unmentionables that had been kicked up off the ground and into his eyes Zeds also coughs and spits and tries to clear the same detritus from his mouth. Everything had gone all nothing there for a moment and Zeds can't wonder if maybe he lost consciousness for a moment or two. As he tries to quickly gather his wits he hears Ixsas shouting something about giant lizards and so he quickly looks around to see if they're in danger... And sees Pharblex.
"Oh yeah," he mutters to himself and tries to regain his feet. It's harder than it should be but he manages to do so, as well as to pick up his blades as he does... Circling around Serge a bit in order to use him as a bit of a distraction, Zeds moves once again into combat range with the frog-faced shaman and attacks!
Action - Shortsword attack vs Pharblex: 15 to hit for 7piercing damage Bonus Action - Shortsword ttack vs Pharblex: 21to hit for 8 piercing damahe PLUS - 7 Sneak Attack damage to damage if either of those hit...
Other than that, Zeds is just trying to regain his wits about him and assess the situation...
Pharblex manages to dodge the first strike but the second attack slices into him causing blood to spurt from the wound. He holds up his free hand in surrender "Stop I surrender" says Pharblex rather hoarsely.
Krackle races next to Zeds, upset that his sleep spell didn't work. With smoke still billowing from his nostrils (his spell should still be active for a short bit longer) he looks to his companions. "Now what... Do we burn him?"
Serge, somewhat deafened by the repeated Thunderclaps - or just feigning so - doesn't notice the surrender.

OOC: Sorry, it was a busy 4th of july. Krackle wasn't going to attack once the creature surrendered but was ready to breath fire if he creature attacked or was just faking to surrender.
(OOC: No worries: I just wanted to make sure that you saw it. Since Serge killed Pharblex, I guess Krackle could use his action search him or to dash over to the doors to be ready for the bullywugs. Or maybe he just stands there in stunned silence for a few seconds, thinking, "Uh oh! What do we do now?!" 😜)
"They did it!" Zeds calls out in faked shock. "The lizards killed your leader!! The bastards were just waiting for their chance... Get them!" That said, Zeds points towards the direction the two lizardfolk just took off in. In truth he'd like to give them more of a head start in gathering more lizardfolk allies before pitting the two groups against each other but Zeds was already wounded and not up for a prolonged battle if it could be avoided. (Persuasion: 19)
Once he tries that, Zeds drifts off towards the back of this room and tries to hide in the shadows or in a stall doorway or something while he prepares his shortbow in case his ruse didn't work. (Stealth: 23)

Round 9
The 2 lizardfolk turns and sees the rush of bullywugs. Seeing no clear way to H the forge they dash across the outer ward towards the Dining Hall.
The bullywugs spend their turn moving into position and the Poisoned Bullywug lets a loud warning croak upon seeing Pharblex on the ground.
