"Yow! Hey now... calm yourself!" Zeds reacts as the Blue Drake tries to attack him. Zeds is able to dodge but still, it's not a good look in front of their Lizardfolk friends...
"Not only have they killed SunCaller but they also have turned the Drakes!" Zeds insists, spitting out the words like one would describing the actions of the foulest of the foul. "We're guessing Pharblex used his magics to turn the drakes to the Bullywugs' side, obviously in a plot against Dralmorrer! So come, we must protect them! You two try to keep the drakes at bay while we press forward!"
(Persuasion: 22 w/o help, 21 with... So 22)
With his attempt to try to explain the situation and hopefully draw the Lizardfolk more to their side, Zeds motions the Lizardfolk towards the disobedient Blue Drake while he himself uses a bonus action to disengage from it and then his movement and action to head towards and follow Ixsas and Serge, motioning for Krackle to come with...

Round 6: Ixsas
Seeing that Zeds got away from the Blue Drake unharmed and with the Green Drake temporarily keeping its distance from them, Ixsas says to Serge, "Now's our chance." He continues moving around the tower, looking for a way in. Assuming that they find the door and that there are no other guards in the Inner Ward between them and the door, Ixsas will take a moment, while Krackle and Zeds catch up, to listen at the door.
Movement: Moving 30-ft around the tower to the door. Action: Listening at the door to room U. If he can both cast Guidance and listen in one turn then he'll do that. Otherwise, he'll skip the spell and just listen. Perception: 8, or if he was able to cast Guidance, add a +1 bonus to get 9 Free Action: Talking
Krackle follows behind zeds, prepared to protect himself or his companions with his protective wings if the drake continues its attack as he moves.
ooc: Protective Wings. When you or another creature you can see within 5 ft. of you is hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to grant a +3 bonus to the target’s AC against that attack roll, potentially causing it to miss. You can use this reaction 3 times per long rest
Since there are no lizardfolk in sight currently, Zeds decides he has to do something about this blue drake that is nipping at his heels... He could just disengage but that would leave Krackle susceptible to it. Zeds sighs and decides he has no choice but to attack the beast...
Dagger vs Blue Drake: 20 to hit for 8 piercing damage
Bonus Action Dagger vs Blue Drake: 16 to hit for 7 piercing damage
Sneak Attack: If either of these attacks hit Zeds does an additional 9 damage due to Sneak Attack
Zeds is not attempting to kill the drake but rather to knock it unconscious instead. Having weaved the story that the Bullywugs have turned the drakes it would look better if it appears the team did all they could not to kill them in self defense...
I doubt this was sufficient to do it but IF this does knock out the Blue Drake then Zeds uses his movement to catch up to Ixsas and Serge...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 7: Ixsas
((OOC: Ixsas doesn't know that the two lizardfolk are not still following Zeds and Krackle. From his positions this round, I think that he can only see Zeds and the Blue Drake.))
Not hearing anything at the door, Ixsas hopes that the tower either hasn't noticed the disturbance or hasn't had time to muster and guards inside. He moves 10-ft northeast to check whether Zeds and Krackle are coming, and he sees that the Blue Drake has decided to go after Zeds. Ixsas utters utters a brief, grim prayer: "Kossuth save us and take our enemies to his Flame!" Things are going from bad to worse! The lizardfolk seemed pretty suspicious of the group's motives once they saw the dead Red Drake. Killing another one will almost certainly shatter the illusion. On the other hand, a longer delay here just gives more time for Dralmorrer and the others in the tower to notice the riot and to prepare their defenses.
Ixsas casts his own spell at the Blue Drake, hoping to hurt the drake but not kill it. If he kills the drake, he expects that the two lizardfolk may turn on Zeds and Krackle. But if he harms it enough, maybe it'll let Zeds and Krackle get away. Or maybe it'll at least be weakened enough that Krackle can put it to Sleep.
Then Ixsas returns to the door, pointing back toward the Blue Drake to tell Serge, "If that Blue follows Zeds and Krackle, they may need your help to fend it off." He encourages Serge to move a little closer (one square up and two to the right) so that he can still keep the Green Drake at bay but so that he can get to the Blue Drake next round if Zeds and Krackle still haven't gotten away.
Movement: 10-ft up and to the right to target the Blue Drake. Then 10-ft back to his spot by the door where he started the turn. Action: Cast spell Crackling of the Final Flames at the Blue Drake, WIS 15 save or it takes damage: 15 (Necrotic) since it's not at its Max HP Free Action: Talking
Reaction: The first time it looks like one of the creatures is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.

The 2 lizardfolk exchanged glances and walks back into the Outer Ward and out of sight.
The blue follows Zeds intent on killing him.

Green lets out another guttural bellow.
Even with the Protective Wings Zeds is injured by the tail swipe.
