The party heads out back to camp and make there after 12 hours of travel. The camp is almost deserted. The tents are gone, and the huts are all burned down. The watchtowers are empty. There are 4 black cloaked men gathered at the mouth of the cave on the eastern side of camp. A man in hide armor drops off a cart full of butchered meat and slowly leaves the camp towards the northeast.
"Let's see what they know," Zeds says and casually starts approaching the four black clad men. When he starts getting into talking range he calls out to them. "Where'd everyone go? We had to backtrack and lead away some cavalry that was harrying us. Didn't think we took so long that we'd miss everyone..."
"Do.... you think they are feeding the dragons?" Krackle would ask with a look of concern. "I don't think those are good men." He would follow behind Zeds, staying close to the human as he tapped his chin with his clawed finger. "If there might be dragons still in there.. maybe there is treasure in there too?"
The guards look to each other and one of them says in loud voice "They have disbanded and left to do other tasks. Since you are stragglers, you can go wherever you want. There is no need of your services here anymore."
Krackle would stand looking at the four men. Occasionally his eyes would dart towards the cave... Krackle wanted to go into that cave... he licked his lips and eyed the cave entrance as though it were a grilled steak...
“I hear there’s a place called the Hungry Beaver not an hour away,” Zeds offers. “If they’re already on guard duty then we could…” Zeds raises a hopeful eyebrow trying to sell the idea.
"That does sound tempting, but I should check with lord Cyanwrath inside. I will be back in moment" he then looks to his fellow guards, and they nod affirming they will continue their watch as he makes his way into the cave.
“I advised you not to tell Lord Cyanwrath. His mood isn’t the best after what happened last night, I don’t want you to get zapped when he got his temper just because you want to drink.”
Krackle is ready
Stirling will bide dome hide armor and a new cloak that looks like those he saw at the camp.
After that he will leave behind most of the things that mark him as a prist but keeps a holy symbol.
((Ready))

There are 4 black cloaked men gathered at the mouth of the cave on the eastern side of camp. The rest of the nigh 100 brigands are gone.
"Let's see what they know," Zeds says and casually starts approaching the four black clad men. When he starts getting into talking range he calls out to them. "Where'd everyone go? Ironthar wearing the mask of the cult of the dragon says to them.
”If everyone’s gone, then why are you still here? Guarding the cave?”
"Yes, we guard the cave as you well know Brother. Are these hirelings with you?" says the guard.
“Yes, they are. In fact, why don’t you folk take a rest for the day, go spend your money in a roadside inn and drink. I’ll cover for you tonight.”
Krackle would stand looking at the four men. Occasionally his eyes would dart towards the cave... Krackle wanted to go into that cave... he licked his lips and eyed the cave entrance as though it were a grilled steak...

The party can stop him or let the guard go inside.
“I advised you not to tell Lord Cyanwrath. His mood isn’t the best after what happened last night, I don’t want you to get zapped when he got his temper just because you want to drink.”
He moves closer
”Just go, I’ll cover for you don’t worry.”
Roll persuasion
Stirling will provide guidance as we walk up and the help action during the persuasion.
"Are you crazy you remember what happened last time?!"
Zeds waits anxiously to see how this turns out. He is not expecting to well so he is more than prepared to pull weapons at a moment's notice.
