Zeds will back away from the passage and back to the party. "Anyone have a way to distract them?" he asks in a whisper. "Besides me just chucking something in the other direction and hoping they look?"
"Well.. I could try something..." the Kobold would whisper as he moves to get a view of the guards. He would still try to stay hidden the best he could before pointing a finger towards the closest guard. He would then cast Message. When the spell takes effect, Krackle would whisper. "pppssssttt" as though the guard next to him where trying to get his attention.
Krackle would draw his dagger and approach the sleeping guard. He would keep an eye out for anything that he may kick or trip on that would alert anyone to their presence. Once he is close enough, would first take a hard look at the man... making sure that he is in fact a guard and not a prisoner of any kind. Assuming he looked just like all the other bandits we had fought, he would attempt to plunge his dagger into the sleeping mans neck.
Assuming we can sneak in quietly enough and there’s no awake guards, Zeds indeed indicates we should quickly dispatch these cultists.., if a roll is needed just lemme know
Together the 3 of you stab and slit the man's throat. Indeed, he looks like a cultist guard. On closer inspection some of the crates are open and empty and after a quick check all the crates in this room are empty except for the scattered gold coins on the floor.
From what you see here the accumulated loot was moved in haste.
If what he was wearing was distinctive at all, we shall claim that. A red cloak or an arm band or some other kind of uniform piece? But if there is nothing to distinguish them from us then Zeds will help gather up the 23 gold and distribute 6 to everyone... Only taking 5 for himself this time. He is obvious about this act of selflessness... "I don't mind missing a coin here or there. Seems we'll pick plenty up along the way, eh?" he says in a whisper as he distributes.
"What now?" he also hurriedly consults the others... "We could try to sneak up on the two down the passage or one of us could call out to try to lure them here... Both are risky."

The guard turns to the other guard "What?"
The other guard looks puzzled "What do you mean what?"
This gives the opportunity to for the party to move past them.
Ironthar began moving past the guards, hoping his large frame would not be seen.
Krackle would sneak past with the group!
Zeds will wait til everyone is across before stealthily following. For now he’s more poised to race down the tunnel and engage this two if needed…
The party makes it pass the guards unnoticed.
Where does the party go next?
Stirling follows as quite as he can. Which way now?
(So we’re in area 13 right, upon the sleeping guard?)
(Yes, I believe plan was to sneak into area with slumbering guards and to hopefully quietly dispatch them.)

Attack: 14 Damage: 6
Ironthar would ready his glaive atop the sleeping guard’s stomach, waiting for Zed’s cue to kill the man.
OOC: I think attacks on a sleeping person are at advantage and if they hit it is an auto crit.. so I would need to roll another D4.. 1
If Zed had commanded them for the kill, Ironthar would stab the guard stomach with his glaive at the same time as Krackle’s throat-slitting.
Attack 24 Damage 16

The gold on the floor if collected in 23 gp
The now dead cultist had only a dagger and not much else besides a bit of hard bread.

The regular black outfit and black tapered cloak you seen before.
