"Uhh, well I for one am in no hurry. Still getting used to yhe new look before getting it potentially ruined." Barreknar looks to the others, clearly missing any implications his words might have. He thought one way or another a confrontation would probably be the end of his nice regal cape. Barreknar didn't want to ruin it, but not wearing such a hero symbol feels more of a crime then ruining it in action.

"I guess it depends." Says Fa'ame. "This friend of yours... What are their feelings about Ol' Slackjaw Lorna?"

"I haven't specifically asked. But I imagine it is the same as most of us. Someone who can be dangerous so needs to be properly appeased. In fact it is always good to see her with a gift to be on her good side from the get go."

"Well, we are going there to give her something. Hopefully that will start things off positively," Korba says looking to the boat.

Fa'ame nods, ready to climb aboard if the others are.

Barreknar trys to look as regal as he can manage, which is not at all, as he attempts to climb aboard.

"Climb on board." They row half way across and then speak when no one is around "Based on the fact that we have not been thrown in jail, I take it to mean that you are not against us, so I can freely say, this might be official court business now. But it won't be for long. I do think you should come with us to Illig, You might be able to assist with this needed revolution."

"Uhh ..I think we have a lot of questions about this revolution and current leadership. And speaking of being thrown in jail  what's the revolutions feeling about the prisoner who assisted in another escaping in a flying balloon?" Barreknar tries to keep his regal look as he says this but settles a bit when bring uo the prisoner he hopes to set free.

Nodding in agreement with Bar, knowing that they don't know enough to make any decision about the current government here, Moneo asks, "And what are you doing in Illig exactly?" Then looking to the Bullywugs and the others, adds, "Think we could take care of the hag business first?

"Illig isn't a where, it's a who..." Fa'ame gently chimes in. "He's the Baron who's leading this... intended change..." Feeling slightly emboldened, she steps forward to address the Bullywugs. 

"I suppose what I'm most curious about is why we should have feelings one way or another about who sits the throne. We're just passersby in this land. We have business with ol' Lorna so we can right a wrong that was done... All the rest of this... well... Unless this baron of yours can aid us in our quest, it really doesn't seem like much of our affair."

"I was there when the current king lied to you for his own gain. He is attempting to use you. That should be enough to care. All that stuff about emissaries is a sham. Anyone can see Bavlorna, he just wanted to send a scapegoat with the book to gain favour. And unfortunately you know too much by now. If you aren't for Illig, he will assume you are against him, passerbys are not a thing.

Unfortunately, however much Illig might wish to free them, seeing as their actions paved the way for the revolution, Bavlorna will not be happy and so it will lead to the end of his reign quicker than it started."

Fa'ame waggles the book in her hand. "This thing? How would it gain her favor? And why does his royal frogginess have it anyway? Looks like a private sort of thing. Did he steal it?"

"He didn't steal it. But he brought it from someone who did. Returning something to her that was stolen is why it would gain her favour. And he has already let her down with the prisoner escaping from his court so he is desperate to improve his standing."

“Not that I want to give you any ideas,” Moneo says, looking at the book that they are to give the hag, and debating whether they should just use it themselves to gain favor, “But… if this Illig really wants the king gone, why not stop use Bavlorna to get rid of him. Seems she’s already angry at him.” He then looks into his pack, and ((insight 20)) assuming he believes what he’s being told, will pull out his vest and begin to take off the strange court clothing.

"Too bad we didn't take the prisoner with is to give to Bavlorna. You know the one that was caught setting Bavlorna's prisoner free. That way we coukd have gotten them without a scrap."Barreknar scratches his head as he thinks.

"Even if we want her favor, I don't really think we should be offering her prisoners for it... And, remember, those who he helped escape proved to friendly to our cause," Moeno says to Bar, hoping to remind him that the small dragon they'd helped only the day before was likely the prisoner who had been helped to escape. "Really, we should tread very very carefully with dealings with her. But starting off on the right foot will always be a good idea."
