The toad-like creature fixes her eyes on Moneo, and then at the wall where Fa'ame is trying to hide, and speaks to you in a low croaking voice.“What act of desperation compels you to enter my home, little darlings?”
Fa'ame, bracing for a confrontation, wild shapes into the form of a Pantherand backs away slightly, to let Moneo do the talking... ready to rush or pounce if needed.
“Ah, ehem, yes,” Moneo stammers a bit, clearing his throat. He then continues, realizing that there is no reason to beat around the bush. “We’ve actually come to this land looking for a friend of a friend. We do have a book for which you might be willing to trade information. Our friend’s name is Zylblina,” almost wincing a bit when he says the name, knowing that the hag in front of him and her sisters are likely the cause of the missing Patron’s disappearance, he waits to see

"You want my help? Well before I can even think about offering you a deal, I need you to do me three favours, A show of goodwill if you like. Firstly fix my preservation pool downstairs. It isn't filling properly. Secondly, I need you to recover a missing book of mine, my Big Book of Bad Blood, I do hope that is the book you have, if not, I doubt I will be interested in having it for a deal later anyway. And finally, I hear a bullywug hunter has filled a crate with animal carcasses for me. Bring it here. Once all three are done, I will listen to your plight and see if we can come to a deal."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"That's rather a lot just for the chance to have help, let alone any actual help. More so since you already know for whom we're looking, and if you can assist or not,"Moneo says, pondering and looking to the others to see how they seem to be taking in the situation. "How about, if our book is the one you're looking for, we return it, as a show of goodwill of course, and we can then discuss the other things perhaps in return for actual assistance?" ((persuasion 14 ~~anyone wanna help? ;) 16))
She laughs, her skin audibly cracking as she does. "Clearly you don't think you need my help then if you aren't willing to agree to my terms. But very well, I will admit I was pushing my luck with the final request. I know that I am having that one brought to me regardless. That being said, the other two still stand. I don't deal with thieves and if you do have my book in your possession, the only way for me to know you are not a thief is if you return it. And I won't be making deals with anyone at all until I can have a soak in my pool to soothe my skin. And so if it isn't fixed, I am not interested."
Moneo looks to the others and shrugs, saying, "Well, that might be doable. Though... I've never been much of a pool boy myself... what's the problem with it? What does it need done exactly?"
Eliaanore tries to stay out of sight, but she feels herself getting antsy. This is a nasty situation, and as such her nerves are slowly getting the better of her. The most she can do is wait for negotiations to conclude, but she can't help shake the feeling of being a fly trapped in the web of a spider's den. It's certainly an unpleasant situation. From her vantage point behind the towering orc, she slowly rolls her hand and waves the satyr on. It's the most she can offer in this situation.
The hag then gets disinterested in anything else the party might say until the tasks are completed and goes back to talking with the other figure in the room. (I won't make any decisions on if Moneo hands over the book). He will relay the whole discussion to the rest of the party if you didn't hear, after reconvening around the pool to discuss the next steps.
"Uhhh... I thought we were here to work over hag, not work for her?" Barreknar scratches his head, "Well the well sounds doable, did she say where well is?"
Eliaanore stares at the fetid pool in some manner of disgust. However... this is all for Lady Zybil, a fact which keeps her focus centered. She steps down to the waters' edge, and peers in, searching for any indication that it would be safe to wade in and proceed to the well.
You see nothing that would suggest it is unsafe. Other than the fact it is not the cleanest water, but that is no different to the swamp water outside really. Don't drink it and you are fine.
(anyone who does enter the water can make a nature check. The reasons for it will become clear but I'm saving some time by saying it now)
Barreknar looks at the well, "uhhh... Maybe it's just me eyes but that looks pretty small for me to move around in. If one of you smaller folks go and Barreknar can pull you out if need be. I can guard the wells entrance. I'm a good guard." He smiles as he straights his back in his old guard stance.

(Assuming Barreknar can hear that they are talking but can't fully hear the conversation) "Uhhhh... did you ask about the hat?"
Fa'ame is simply whipping her panther head from Moneo to the hag, listening to their back and forth.

Fa'ame, still in panther form, looks down at the water and yowls in distaste.

Grimacing, the eladrin takes her first steps within, the water rising past her knees. Ugh.
[And here's that Nature check: a Nat 20+1]
