Barreknar will sit with their captive while they rest since being affaid they couldn't catch him if he did get loose. Barreknar is hopeful Moneo will take the time to find a better leader amongst the bandits with the idea of turning the group to being helpful to the society once things are ... well whatever is normal in this place.
In that case, Eliaanore begins rooting through the pile of ill-gotten gains. Her immediate thought is to find a means to cast her protection spell. Perhaps then, she can cut the scarf off herself.

Fa'panther manages to find the returning group of harengon's, including Jebbek and the giant snail that you met when the rest of the party first arrived. It took a while, but was doable. You are about 20 minutes away from the Brigand's Tollway at the point of locating them. And they haven't noticed the panther stalking them.

[Either powdered silver w/ iron or Holy water. If a faerie's magic is keeping the scarf attached, then the Protection from Evil and Good spell should weaken it enough to potentially free him.]
Barreknar in prep for a fight will look for a way to display to arriving bandits without hampering his ability to brawl and to keep Agdon from from escaping. He would be looking if there is some place they can hang him from (by his restraints, not a noose) or some well displayed post he could tie him too.
Eliaanore returns to the party's captive. Kneeling and holding up one of the vials, she smiles at his irritation.
"I have something that might weaken the charm on your scarf, fluffy thief. Question is, will you behave for us if we try?"
She would prefer to have a master thief in their employ, but if not, 'well... let's see first.'
"I don't mind the scarf not being able to be removed. It means no one can steal it from me. And without it I would feel slow."
No funny business spotted by Fa'ame
Eliaanore's smile doesn't change. She walks with Barreknar, speaking softly to Agdon, caressing his head.
"Aaah. Then let's turn this compromise into a threat. Fight for us or I'll rip your scarf off, my little thief."
She doesn't raise her voice or change her tone. Her smile remains sweet, kindly even. Truly terrifying. A bluff, to be sure. 'But does he suspect that? Better yet, would he like to test his luck?' she muses.
"Hopefully there will be no need for a fight," Moneo says, as they wait for their panther companion to report back, "Already we have bested their leader, so they may be willing to talk. We just need to ensure that these hares will cease bothering travelers by stealing memories. And then we can be off to find this hag..."
Barreknar you can tie him to a tree branch fairly easily.
Eliaanore, he looks terrified of you. "I don't think you can rip it off. But I wouldn't put it past you to pull my head off trying.... But even so, I will not be fighting the hag for you. Or heading in her direction. No way. If she even thinks I am helping someone against her, it is a fate worse than death for me"
"Oh, little thief. No." She clucks her tongue like a disappointed mother to a petulant child. Lifting his chin with her outstretched hand, her eyes meet his cold certainty "You're not going to fight her. You're going to serve me. You're not the leader anymore, and you're certainly no great fighter. But you do know these woods fairly well; and once the hag you've been dealing with is herself done, you won't have any other choice. You will come find me." She gives his scarf a tug, as if to remind him of his predicament. It wasn't a question, but an order. With that, she straightens up, turns and walks away.
'Now we wait,' she thinks. 'Wait to see if it worked when the hag lies defeated.'
He looks confused. "You just told me to fight for you, and now you are telling me I am not a fighter. Also, how am I expected to know when Slack-jaw is defeated?"
Moneo sighs at the over zealous elf next to him, a bit worried about her motivations. He says, “Look. How about you just help us get the gourd as a start. Then at least you can’t take any more memories from people. Once the rest of the troop comes back, we’ll see how they feel. We just need to know that the poor folk around here aren’t going to be terrorized any more. We’ll be dealing with the hag. She has someone, or at least information about that someone, that we’re interested in helping. How’s that sound? Stop being a cocky son of a wolf or I’ll leave you do deal with her logic,” pointing over to Eli.

You manage to find a few vials of holy water (3 to be precise). Looks like they even stooped low enough to rob a travelling priest.

Fa'ame will continue stalking them all the way back to the tollway, preparing to dart back and warn the others if she spots any funny business.
