Okay, before I determine if Yasmina actually saw Cal, is Cal trying to hide his actions, or did he just go straight to the wanted posters? In the former case I'll need a Stealth check.

Okay, then I'll set the DC at 10 to notice the big guy in full plate armor reading up the wanted postings. Yasmina looks out the window of some fancy restaurant and notices Cal in front of the noticeboard.

The three of you have apparently decided to see how Sir Charles feels about an invisible dragon-man taking all his magic items. It takes you a while to find him in this massive house, even with detailed directions from multiple servants, but eventually you do find him in an office, where he is busily reading letters. He looks up with a friendly smile when you arrive at the open door.
"Hello there, my friends,"he says. "I have already received several replies... most of them not especially enthusiastic about the prospect of a trip to the Shaded Isle, but three captains have said they would be willing to undertake this mission for the right price... so it seems you will have your pick. Now, how might I be of service to you?"

"So, I was looking for magical items around your grand estate, and I came across this smoke-dragon-pipe thing, and a cool green pen. I was wondering if I could just have them... or if I should make a payment, a deal, or other arrangements with you."
“Just have them!?” Hisses Wyvern “You fool, he wouldn’t let you ‘just have them’”

I am the goddess of the moon, the tides, and the axolotls
Having spent the morning at small boutiques in the finer districts of Tormere with Delvindra who now appears nothing like the enduring martyr Yasmina met only the other night at the temple of Ilmater, the red-haired half-elf is delighted for her company, showering her with encouragement over embracing life, while still trying to not lose sight of what the near future will hold for them both. Having not gotten anything for herself quite yet, she finds herself with the emancipated tiefling at the Dolphin, a fancy restaurant near the sea serving up a delicious course of mixed seafood for the girls to enjoy.
Halfway through glancing out the window of the reastaurant, Yasmina notices the mysterious Cal outside and points her out to the now radiant tiefling at her table. "Look, that's Cal right. We should invite him to join us." She says, getting up from her seat and stepping outside and over to the bald brown-skinned man. "Hey there big guy, what are you doing? Come join me and Delvindra, we're having the most delicious lunch." She says as she comes up to him, inclining her head towards the restaurant.
Duwamilly is a little embarrassed by the request, but smiles: "Oh, I also think it is fair that Charlie, who has already generously hosted us, receives something in return - assuming he is willing to part with the objects you are interested in, Godrick, honey. Let's see if we can come to an agreement. You are quite a resourceful and smart draconish kid, with so many talents... maybe it will be possible to find a way for you to earn these shinies" and she awaits for a proposal (or a denial) by their (probably a bit surprised) host...

It seems that Cal either didn't notice or chose to ignore Yasmina. Before she had the chance to get close enough to offer the invite he has already wandered off into an alley. If Yasmina decides to check out what he was looking at, she finds that it was a wanted poster for an infamous murderer called Jack Redstain. Notably, there is also a 300 GP bounty listed for bringing the man in, dead or alive.
Duwamilly, Wyvern, and Godrick:
The nobleman does indeed look a bit shocked by the blunt request. But he recovers quickly.
"Well sir... first of all, that pipe belonged to my grandfather and I would be quite hesitant to part with it," he says. "As for the pen... it is an extremely useful and interesting little trinket, but I am willing to sell if you want it that badly... I think 100 gold pieces or something of equivalent value would be an appropriate trade."
Yasmina gives Cal an incredulous look as the man simply seems to ignore her and walks off. She then walks back into the restaurant with Delvindra, her pleasant mood gone, instead brooding over how she feels she can't rely on those she is supposed to cooperate with on her journey to see the lich and seek a way to save her life from the dreadful curse.
"What was that all about," Delvindra asks when Yasmina returns to the restaurant.
"From in here, it didn't even look like you spoke to each other."
"By the way, I want to thank you again for letting me come along today. I can't remember that last time...come to think of it, I can't remember ever having this much fun."
Yasmina seems to perk up a bit as the tiefling mentions having fun. "It's been my pleasure to have you along Delvindra, it's only fair you would have some pleasant fun before we..." Her face darkens a bit again. Milly should have had her fun too, Yasmina had meddled where she shouldn't, but the thought of heading to that haunted island was taking it's toll and it felt like she came closer to her own death with every passing minute. The red-haired half-elf looks up at the tiefling with a faint smile. "You know, I have never really had to rely on anyone other than myself before, not even as a child, I'm not sure I will be able to continue this journey together with the rest of you." She says looking sad now. "I don't really know any of you, not that I wouldn't like to, but I have this curse that I really need to take care of before it's too late for me. And you are right, Cal seemed to ignore me as I spoke to him. I just can't trust my life with someone like that. I think I need to do this by myself Delvindra, but stay close to Milly, I'm sure she will look after all her students." She finishes with a faint smile.
"What! You can't be serious? Sure, Cal is...quiet...but what about Milly and I? We faced those bandits together. And Farion and his cultists. If the three of us stick together..."
Delvindra tries to read Yasmina's face.
"If you leave people, you'll never get to know them. And if you never get to know them, you'll never be able to trust them. And you'll always be alone."
"And it's selfish, but you're the only one I feel like I can get along with. Milly's incessant chatter drives me crazy and Cal just growls and broods and those Dragonborn, I know we really didn't get a chance to meet them yet, the one seems like she might be okay but the other one...it's like having a big scaly toddler around."
"No, on second thought, I get it. I wouldn't count on us either."
A tear starts to form in the corner of Delvindra's eye.
"I hope you'll change your mind and give us all another chance but, if you're set on leaving, I won't hold it against you."
She wipes away the tear that is now trying to escape down her cheek.
"Maybe I could come with you?"

Delvindra is too busy looking at pretty things to notice Cal (unless Yasmina points him out).

Sure thing! The quicker we settle the matter, the earlier we go on the trip!
Delvindra goes overboard on her shopping, spending all of her gold an silk robes and pretty (but inexpensive) accent jewelry. (Fine clothes)
He didn’t really hide his actions just didn’t talk to the party about them.

Godrick leans over to Wyvern, whispering.
"How much is a 100 gold? That sounds like a lot of money."
