(OOC: The man is not out cold... I assume Yasmina went ahead a bit which is why I didn't require everyone to make a Stealth check. Only Yasmina is getting a surprise round before the rest of you show up and I roll initiative)
That's how I understood then situation. I figure Delvindra won't even be able to make her perception check until after the surprise round is over.

OK, so, as soon as she can, Duwamilly sends her illusory duplicate ahead, to distract the enemy then she comes close and tries to send him to an extraplanar holiday. If this opponent isn't knocked out by 42 total damage, then there's no point in taking him lightly.

Two of the attacks actually missed. And then he used his reaction on uncanny dodge to halve the crit's damage... it seems that the cult isn't messing around with you guys anymore and now they're sending out their top agents...

Oh, ok, so he didn't take 42 damage - but still no point in taking the top agent lightly, given what he was able to do. Duwamilly, when she 's up, will try to send him on a well-earned reward holiday.
Since it's the top of the round, Rupert is no longer surprised.
He takes 9 damage from the Eldritch Blast, 10 from the first scimitar attack and 13 from the third (attack 2 missed). However, he uses Uncanny Dodge to reduce the third attack's damage by half. So in total, he takes 25 damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cal will change the weapon into his favorite setting and cut the shape hanger down and will use the paralyzing effect of the Rod. Also don't forget that Cal has sentinel
Duwamilly would really like to simply cur the question and send the agente to Nine Hells (literally), but since Amir and Cal, struggling a little, seem still able to handle themselves, she simply keeps out of the fray and sends her illusory duplicate to pretend to attack him with a dagger, thus distracting him [[OOC: Help to next one that attacks him ]].
The ex-Preceptor also had her duplicate say: "In no time, we had you discovered, cornered and roughed up a bit, honey... Do you really want to discover in how many seconds we can have you thoroughly beaten up? Is not it better if you put the sending stone down and we have a friendly chat? You have failed Firion already - do you prefer to trust his fabled mercy... or ours?"
With Sentinel, I automatically get an opportunity attack and if it hits his speed is 0. Cal pushes a button and quickly changes his rod into the battle axe form
With Advantages and Disadvantages here goes a flat roll: Attack 11
...I don't think that Sentinel allows you to target unseen enemies with opportunity attacks (note that Darkvision does NOT allow you to see through the darkness that he just cast)
Duwamilly curses herself internally, when the magical darkness envelops everything 'I knew, that I had better send him to the Nine Hells... Now, if no one thinks of blocking the exit, he might as well escape us... and continue to give us trouble on behalf of Firion'.
Looks like Delvindra, Wyvern, and Godrik are up! I'm not sure if Delvindra had anything she wanted to do with her turn since she's in the dark right now.

Cal will leap up with his Rod in the flail mood and run to the commotion.

(Okay, so I'll just go ahead and put Godrik and Wyvern in initiative on the assumption that they rush down with everyone else)
Initiative:
Cal
Yasmina
Duwamilly
---
"Rupert"
---
Delvindra
Godrik
Wyvern

Yasmina peeks out and unleashes a beam of blue eldritch crackling force against the shape-shifter:
Eldritch Blast: 23 Force: 6 + Thunder: 2
She then steps back into cover, hoping that the others don't take any unnecessary risks against this likely quite dangerous agent of Firion.
The djinni lord then continues to assail the shapeshifter with his scimitar, trying to impose himself between the shape-shifter and the team.
Scimitar: 17 Non-lethal damage: 9
Scimitar: 20 Non-lethal damage: 13
Scimitar: 29 Non-lethal damage: 10

Duwamilly's... Persuasion I guess? If it's Intimidation instead subtract 2: 10
[[ OOC: I guess it does not matter; let's beat him up. Remember that next one that attacks him has advantage. ]]
Duwamilly's words lack of convinction, in spite of her being sincere... she still think she should have simply sent him to the Nine Hells.
😈🥋👊
The fake Rupert sees that he is badly outnumbered, but he has a trick up his sleeve...
He casts darkness on the lot of you and himself. Then he attempts to sneak away...

Delvindra enters the room to see...nothing but blackness.
"Mina, are you okay," she calls out worriedly as she gropes he way further into the room.
