Two of the cultists cast spirit guardians as they approach the long hallway with blades drawn. As they get closer, they notice the snake, but fail to see the elemental!
The the snake and the elemental must both make two DC 12 Wis saves, or take 14 necrotic damage from the first cultist and 8 necrotic damage from the second (half damage on success). Yes, even though they didn't notice it, the elemental still is presumably in the area of their spells.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
The other 4 cultists simply take the dodge action.
Yasmina already took her turn, so the Cultist Leader is up.
Hearing the sounds of combat, she steps forward and notices the snake that her underlings are now engaged with. She proceeds to shoot two beams of necrotic energy at the snake...
They don't look ready to attack the party... one of the mummies (the one that was robbed) simply retrieves the stolen amulet, and they all climb back into their coffins as soon as the 'desecrators' are gone.

Relieved that the mummies aren't going to pose a threat to the Accursed, Delvindra changes tack and looses an arrow from her short bow at the leader before rift stepping back to where she left Duwamilly.
"Everyone okay? Anybody hurt?"

"You are the one who was hurt, Delvindra, honey..." Duwamilly sighs, looking with her brown eyes sweetly at the altruistic tiefling "But we will take care of it in a moment; just give me time to say 'hello' to this Cultist leader too, while she so kindly keeps away from our allies..."
After that, the ex-preceptor points her wand at said Cultist Leader and...

You are stunned until the start of your next turn, believing something awesome just happened.
Duwamilly opens her eyes wide, exclaiming: "The Cultist Leader has just become a beautiful snow-white bunny! How cute! We could adopt her..."

Enraged by the necrotic auras, the furious Air elemental servant assaults the closest cultist emanating the necrotic aura, then trying to place itself in melee with as many cultists as possible.

(Do any of the mummies near Delvindra have any grave goods on them? Preferably something she might be able to snatch off of them?)
(on second thought...the more important question, now that the fiends are gone, do the mummies look like they intend to attack the party?)
