Hildegard, melded into the shadows near the window, and somehow having not attracted the attention of the spiders, knows that is about to change. She waits while spider-Hewelathan grabs the bundle in the midst of the webs, and as he turns and starts to scurry towards the window, she acts. Without otherwise moving, she swings her heels together to clash the spurs, and the eruption of flaming light next to her heralds the return of Perdita. It may startle the spiders for a moment, but another moment more and they will be on top of us. Without any hesitation she grabs the saddle and hoists herself up, and pushes the nightmare towards the window where Hewelathan reaches out with the bundle. She grabs hold of the unfortunate prisoner--grabbing anywhere that she can--and tries to pull it up across the saddle in front of her with a grunt of effort.
If she successfully gets the bundle into place... "Now, Perdita, fly!" she breathlessly urges the hellish steed, and Perdita leaps into the air, flaming hooves bearing her up and aloft, out of the street, easily in full view of the spiders, but hopefully out of their reach. And she hightails it, farther up and away...
I'm going to say no need for the Athletics check... between spider-Hew and Hildegard, it should be easy enough to toss the squirming person-shaped bundle onto the back of the nightmare.
However, Hildegard's Stealth check fails to beat the Drider's passive perception... and now it's aware of the rescue attempt...
The enemy is currently aware of HIldegard, Ruby, and Perdita. Everyone else gets the drop on the spiders; you may roll your first attack with advantage (Hewelathan still looks like a giant wolf spider trying to stop Hildegard from stealing its lunch, so they have no reason to suspect that he is their enemy).

Korba sticks to the shadows for now, hoping that the plan to quickly escape without having to kill everything might still actually work. He follows along keeping an eye on Ruby and the others.
Tamphalic readies a 1st lvl chromatic Orb, it will go off if any of his group is attacked before his next turn.

Round 1: Hewelathan
Hewelathan-spider manages to hand off the bundle to Hildegard, and she easily pulls the prisoner up onto Perdita. Unfortunately, that's when an arrow thunks into Hewelathan's back. Spider-Hewelathan skitters around to face his opponent just as another arrow hits him, and the spider form suddenly transforms back into Hewelathan's regular half-elf form again. As he transforms, one of the arrows drops away, but the other his still lodged in his torso. Gritting his teeth, he manages to maintain his concentration on Pass without Trace, which will hopefully help his fiends escape unseen. Or surprise the drider and the spiders.
Hewelathan looks to Hildegard and, trying not to reveal anyone else, simply says, "Go! Get 'em to safety. I'll join you soon."
Then Hewelathan begins to turn back to face the drider and spiders, transforming into a dire wolf as does so. The wolf is still wearing his cloak and belt of giant strength. Hewelathan-Wolf growls menacingly at the drider, hackles raised, but he simply tries to block anything from getting to Hildegard before she gets away while dodging any attacks.

Nickeline continues her scrying on Hewelathan. 'Oh no! He's not a spider any more! This is bad,' she thinks, and telepathically tells Wolf-Hewelathan, "Get out of there, fast!" Then she sees Tamphalic's flaming hot orb sail at the drider. 'If we're torching the place...' Nickeline ceases scrying and conjures a Flaming Sphere of her own near the drider, hoping to ignite some webs inside the building as well, and keeping it on the opposite side of the drider to Hewelathan.
