(OOC: Hildegard was flying Perdita as high as she could last round. If Perdita is at least 15 ft. off the ground, they would still be just outside of the AoE. I'm not sure how high the cavern is, but I imagined the the dragon would want something at least 30 ft. high so that it could stand up all the way without bumping its head.)
Oops... forgot about that. But she will still need to do that if she enters the area of the spell, such as to attack the cultist with her sword. So I guess it depends who Hildegard decides to try to take out.

(OOC: Yeah, she can take her pick. Perdita has a 90 ft. flying speed, so Hildegard can reach basically any point on the entire battle map on their turn.)
Hildegard will fly over to Zolgu, trying to attack with her sword, but she misses. Perdita then disengages and flies upward with her remaining movement (maybe 10 feet?).
I'll go ahead and roll a second attack for Hildegard.
Longsword vs. Zolgu Attack: 21. Still a miss thanks to Zolgu's shield that remains until the start of his next turn.
The two death cultists are up now...
Death Cultist 1 sees a golden opportunity as there appears to be a wizard standing out in the open... she rushes into melee with Temphalic and swings her scimitar at him.
Scimitar vs. Temphalic: Attack: 9 Damage: 2 slashing
Death Cultist 2, meanwhile, is also going to try to take out Temphalic, but he's going to be more cautious and remain at a range rather than rushing into melee with a dragon-man.
Necrotic Blast vs. Temphalic: Attack: 22 Damage: 10 necrotic
Then Death Cultist 2 moves to the space 1 down and right from Zolgu so that Hewelathan is now standing in the middle of the spirit guardians. If Hew is still there and the spell is still up when Hew's turn starts, DC 12 Wis save vs. 16 necrotic damage (half-damage on success).

I also speculatively added some bookshelves, chests, stalagmites, and -- because of the deep dragon -- giant mushrooms. Well, both of them get zapped... Zolgu is going to go ahead and burn a Legendary Resistance for half damage and no loss of reaction. The kobold screeches as he gets hit with the beam of lightning... and immediately retaliates against Temphalic. He casts ice knife at the dragonborn.
Ice Knife vs. Temphalic: Attack: 25 Damage: 9 piercing The beam of ice then explodes, and Temphalic also needs to make a DC 14 Dex save or take 7 cold damage.
If ice knife and/or the explosion of cold damage take Temphalic down, then Zolgu turns his attention to Hewelathan. If Temphalic is still up, he instead tries to finish the dragonborn off. Zolgu shoots a second icy beam.
