Nickeline moves forward and casts two spells in quick succession: first, a healing spell on Tamphalic, then a sacred flame on the cultist next to Zolgu.
OOC:
Movement: 20 ft. NE Bonus Action: Cast Healing Word on Tamphalic --> heal 6 HP Action: Cast Sacred Flame on Cultist 2 --> DC 14 Dex save or take 6 damage Ongoing Effects: Bardic Inspiration
If ice knife and/or the explosion of cold damage take Temphalic down, then Zolgu turns his attention to Hewelathan. If Temphalic is still up, he instead tries to finish the dragonborn off. Zolgu shoots a second icy beam.
(OOC: Yeah, I think that Tamphalic has already used up his Chronal Shifts, and even with Shield, his AC would be 21. Almost good enough to stop the initial attack. I'm going to assume that the Ice Knife took Tamphalic down and that Zolgu's Chromatic Bolt targeted Hewelathan.
@Mister_Whisker - You didn't mention the damage type for the Chromatic Bolt, but since you said "icy beam," I'm guessing that it's cold damage damage.)

Working on it. I'm pretty sure he actually failed the save against the Lightning Breath as well. I threw it up there so I wouldn't forget about it while looking through the rest of the thread to figure out how much damage has actually been dished out.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Gorash knows that the little kobold is their biggest threat. He watches Zolgu from across the chamber, and seeing him obviously trying to eliminate Hewelathan, Gorash uses his Arcane Ward to protect the druid.
(OOC: I think that he's just close enough to be in range. I think that Arcane ward just reduces the damage from 1 attack.)
Reaction: invoke Arcane Ward to defend Hewelathan from the frozen knife attack. The barrier reduces the damage to the protected creature by 22, to a minimum of 0, and then vanishes.
Gorash has studied fire magic, and he's familiar with Fire Shield. That spell will make it dangerous for his allies to engage Zolgu in melee. With the paladin and druid (and dragon!) so close to Zolgu, Gorash attempts to dispel the kobold's magical wards.
Movement: If he can see a spot within 30-ft and closer to Zolgu where he can gain 3/4-cover, he'll move there. Otherwise, he remains where he is behind half-cover. Action: Cast spell (LVL 3 slot) Dispel Magic. Any spell of 3rd level or lower ends. For each spell of 4th level or higher, make an INT ability check. If Gorash targets Zolgu, I think that it would end all spells, including Korba's Faerie Fire. Is that right? If Gorash can target a specific magical effect on a creature, he attempts to dispel Zolgu's apparent Fire Shield. If not, then he targets Zolgu, and we'll just lose the Faerie Fire. Assuming that Zolgu has a 4th-level [spell]Fire Shield[/sell], the DC is 14. DC 14 INT check: 18
Korba was keeping his distance to ensure that he wasn't an easy target for any of their enemies. He could attack cultist #1 with his sword, but the infernal Spirit Guardians could make it difficult for him to maintain concentration on the Faerie Fire spell that's helping the others focus their attacks on Zolgu. Since he feels Tamphalic's magical time-and-fate twisting magic empowering him, he decides to attack cultist #1 from a distance to see whether he can interrupt their concentration. He reaches out one hand, and a blast of swirling sand lances out to hit the cultist. He calls out to the others: "Focus on Zolgu!"
Korba moves closer to Zolgu, risking getting closer to cultist #1 in an attempt to cut off their path down to Nickeline, Ruby, and Gorash.
Movement: Northeast 30-ft, as shown on the map. Action: Cast a spell Eldritch Blast, 25, Damage: 15 (force) Advantage from Silvery Barbs + Elven Accuracy Free Action: Talking.
Hewelathan needs to make just one DC 10 concentration saving throw for Pass Without Trace for the chromatic blast. (He avoided damage from the ice knife because of Gorash's Arcane Ward.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 4: Hewelathan
Hewelathan is not sure why he has earned Zolgu's ire, but he's glad that he decided to drop out of his Wild Shape earlier. He was specifically thinking that he might need Absorb Elements to combat the kobold's elemental magic, and he was right. He wasn't expecting the ice knife, but Gorash saved him there. He nods his thanks at the half-orc. He would like to repay the kobold's attention.
Hewelathan tries to figure out how to be effective against Zolgu and his cultists since they all had magical wards that made it difficult to get close to them. He puts a goodberry in his mouth as he weighs his options. But then first the cultist's infernal spirits dissipates (after Tamphalic shocked him with a lightning bolt), and then Zolgu's ward of blue flames winks out (dispelled by Gorash). He literally leaps at the opportunity, bounding out from behind the toppled bookshelf and immediately assuming the shape of a Brown Bear. The bear roars, "For Cynurrarth!", as it charges across the mounds of spilled books at Zolgu. He attempts to savage the kobold as soon as he gets close enough.
Hewelathan knows that he has lost concentration on Pass Without Trace, but he hopes that if they can keep Zolgu's attention for another moment, it will give the invisible Jodie enough time to free the dragon even without the cover of that spell.
Movement: Up to 40 ft. to close to melee with Zolgu, as shown on the map. Action: Multiattack Zolgu (one bite and one with claws) with advantage from Faerie Fire. Melee Weapon Attack, Bite: 23 Damage: 15 piercing Melee Weapon Attack, Claws: 24 Damage: 19 slashing If either attack hits, the first hit does an additional 5 (cold) damage. Bonus Action: Wild Shape into a Brown Bear Free Action: Talking. Item interaction - putting a goodberry into his mouth. (He can't consume it this round since he used both his action and bonus action already).
Both attacks are good... but the kobold still stands in spite of the absolutely vicious assault. He seems to resist the cold damage even without a magical ward, though.
