(OOC: Per the description of the spell, studying the hallucinatory terrain does take an action)
Cultist 1 - 59 damage Cultist 2 - 38 damage
The first cultist lets out a scream as he is bombarded. The second, also battered but significantly less flustered, immediately registers that there is now a lich fighting on your side.
"Master!" she yells. "The Lord of the Shaded Isle is here! Be wary!"
(OOC: presumably, all liches look more-or-less the same to her)
But the cultists aren't going down without doing SOMETHING.
Cultist 1 casts dispel magic on the web, eliminating it. Knowing full well he is likely going to die, he decides to at least move out of the area of the moonbeam and moves 10 ft. into the mysterious mushroom jungle.
Cultist 2, freed from the web, also moves into the cave about 30 ft. into the cave. She reaches out a hand and casts Blight on Tamphalic. Tamphalic must make a DC 15 Con save or take 39 necrotic damage (half-damage on success).
(OOC: Per the description of the spell, studying the hallucinatory terrain does take an action)
Cultist 1 - 59 damage Cultist 2 - 31 damage
(OOC: OK. So, Hewelathan had to spend the round studying the illusion and did not cast Starry Wisp.
@Mister_Whisker - I think that Cultist 2 should be at 38 damage. Korba hit with both beams, doing a total of 24 damage on top of the 14 she had already suffered.)
Cultist 2, freed from the web, also moves into the cave about 30 ft into the cave. She reaches out a hand and casts Blight on Jodie (yes, level 4+ spells can go through Jodie's Cozy Hut.
(OOC: @Mister_Whisker - I don't want to talk you into blasting the whole party, but (RAW) I don't think that cultist 2 can target Jodie with that spell. While a level 4+ spell can go through Jodie's Cozy Hut, the hut is "opaque from the outside," and Blight can only target a "creature that you can see." The cultists should just see a big, opaque sphere the color of Jodie's choosing in the center of the cave/mushroom forest, so I don't think that they can target any individuals inside the hut.)

I thought I'd fixed that... it should be targeting Temphalic now

Smiler is happy to be free of the harp. He's not committed to rescuing the party here, but he likes Jodie's style. Seeing that the current situation will provide plenty of opportunity to stir up chaos, Smiler dances through the illusory mushroom forest to the other side of Jodie's Cozy Hut. He gets closer to that foul-tempered cultist who just tried to kill the dragonborn wizard, and having heard what she said, he says in an exaggerated and theatrical manner: "My good woman! You left your Master outside with the others? Don't you know that they plan to betray him?!"
Smiler casts Suggestion saying,"The real threat is not the people in here: it's the ones outside with your Master. Go! Strike them down before they kill him!"
If the cultist seems to be affected by the spell, Smiler tells the others, "Let this one pass! She goes outside to slay the traitors! Wish her luck!"
Movement: 30-ft of movement to the west Action: Cast a spell (3/day) Suggestion on cultist #2 Cultist #2 must make a DC 15 WIS saving throw or have the Charmed condition for the duration (or until Smiler or the party deals damage to her) and pursue the suggestion to the best of her ability. Free Action: Talking.
(OOC: @Mister_Whisker - Does Smiler have the [Tooltip Not Found] listed in his stat block, or were those specific to the BG:DIA adventure? If he has the coins, he'll also take one of them out of his pouch.)

A dark mass begins to form outside the cave opening. Strange whispers and sounds can be heard coming to black mass, as the Lich floats over towards the charmed cultist. For now, it holds it's starfire at bay.
Actually, I'll make this easy. The only thing Cultist 2 is going to do is wander face-first into Hew's moonbeam + the Astral Lich's hunger of Hadar. Ben, Beau, roll the damage for entering the spells' area. If she survives she'll dash to get to the other side of the horrifying mass of darkness.
Everyone, take your turns. Any order.

(OOC: Ugh. The problem with cultists is that they're zealots for a cause. :-P FYI - I also moved the cultist as far as she can get this round while dashing. The Hunger of Hadar AoE is Difficult Terrain.)
Korbawants to get close enough to use his Moonblade. He says, "I may remain hidden until Zolgu or Firion reveal themselves. If the cultists and kobolds storm in, I'll try to light them up to make them easier for everyone else to hit." Then he dashes forward, hiding in what -- for him -- is a translucent crystalline structure. He steps into the big, opaque crystal so that he cannot be seen by anyone who has not seen through the illusion.
Movement: 60-ft, dashing Action: Dash to get close to the entrance, hopefully completely concealed in a feature for the Hallucinatory Terrain. Bonus Action: Is drinking a potion a bonus action? If so, Korba drinks the Potion of Necrotic Resistance that he didn't have time to drink before the fight with Talice. Free Action: Talking. Item interaction - taking out his potion.

Smiler is happy to be free of the harp. He's not committed to rescuing the party here, but he likes Jodie's style. Gorash's staff crashes on Cultist 1's head with enough force to cave the man's skull in. He falls before he even has time to scream.
Meanwhile, Cultist 2 seems dazed, clearly ready to obey Smiler's urging to return and protect her master.
