The Lady informs you that Citrine City is "dawnward" and in the summer belt, meaning towards the brighter sky and warmer weather. You learn that seasons and time in the Feywild don't change. The sun doesn't move in the sky, so certain locations are in the perpetual glow of early morning or gloom of late evening. Same for the seasons, which are arranged in four swaths across the plane. Amaranth is towards the dusk edge of the spring belt. Indeed as you leave her home, the lighting and temperature remains identical to how it was when you entered. Now with some sense of bearing and direction, you set off towards Opherani and the Everqueen, not sure at all how you'll be received.
(unless anybody wants to try to do any shopping, I'm moving y'all ahead to basically the edge of town for brevity. you have a general direction to go in. the flower bud she gave you is called a Compass Rose. It gives advantage on survival checks to find your way through any wooded area once per short rest, with a +5 bonus when used in the Feywild. Let me know who took it and mark it on your sheet, also the bottle of green nectar)
"Amaranth wouldn't happen to have any shops that sell magical items, would it? I mean this is a magical place, at least by our standards, perhaps we might be lucky."
Looking around the village and some of its inhabitants, Void spots another satyr and remembers Finch.
With a few moments of concentration and thought, Void turns himself into a satyr. Void looks his new form over, examining the legs in particular.
"Oh it looks like the footwear doesn't work so well with this form."
Reaching down Void picks up his footwear and places it in his pack.
Void skips about in his new form a bit before declaring.
"Oh this is fun. I shell name him Greg. Greg Bramblesnap, that sound good to me."
Bowing to his friends he adds,
"Hello fine gentlemen, my name is Greg Bramblesnap it is a pleasure to meet you. And you fair Lady, always a pleasure."
Greg gives the Lady a deeper, more formal bow, winking as he stands back up.
Void: The Lady laughs, a deep, genuine laugh, and curtsies in response. "Very nice to meet you Greg Bramblesnap. We only have one store here, Carliss' Curios, over there," she says pointing to one of the larger tree-buildings. "Carliss does have some magical items, but it's not a diverse selection."
Following her finger, you stroll into the store. The inside is incredibly dark, wares lit by small candles that trail wax in cascades down to the floor. Shelves are densely arranged creating a labyrinth of tight aisles. You don't immediately see anyone working here, but the far back of the store is cloaked in pitch darkness.
Greg: Illuminated by Ospos' magic, you can see exactly how cluttered the store is. Most of the items seem to be general goods, useless baubles, some clothes as well. What catches your eye are several scrolls, arcane symbols peeking out, as well as a handful of potions and two wands, all scattered around the store with no organization. As you begin to find your way to the back of the store, you notice that there is indeed an owner. The figure is completely covered by clothing: gloves, a draped scarf and a hood obscure any distinguishing features. Despite your obvious presence, the person doesn't say anything. After a moment of watching them, their subtle breathing informs you that they must be asleep.
Dril protests about leaving the mirror at The Lady's house but is persuaded into believing it is the best choice.
Upon entering the store, Dril's eyes perk up at several interesting items. He leans in toward each, taking care inventory of the items' features. He is very careful not to touch.
(This part would be in response to Liafial and would come as they are going to the store)
Void in his new satyr form looks to Liafial with a look that says 'oowh, you care for me, thanks'
"Liafial, you are truly a good friend. Your concern for me and my well being is heartening, I will cherish it forever."
With a warm smile he continues,
"Would you say that a completely human actor, a performer on the stage, is lost, when they play the part of a villain? Or that they are just acting, and that the real them is still there, underneath?"
"This is how it is, normally, for me and my kind. We are natural and talented actors, trained from our earliest years, in the art."
"My recent troubles stem from my near death encounter and this strange book. While I'm relieved to be in control again, being little more than a passenger in my own body for 9 months, still beat drowning in a river, broken and burned."
A concerned look comes over Greg's satyr face.
"I am still a little concerned by what Dril said happened to me before I regained consciousness. Something about a pile of mouths? I would ask, perhaps, if you could keep an eye out for anything more like that happening. I know I can trust you to look out for me and the others, And that you will speak the truth even if it may be painful to hear."
Greg flashes Liafail another warm smile before entering the store.
(continuing from after the quick look around the store)
Greg turns to the others with a look of excitement.
"Look, they have some wands and, I think those are spell scrolls!"
Greg moves to the back of the store and finds the strangely dressed shopkeeper.
Studying (him, her, it?) for a few seconds and finding them sleeping, Greg gives a light cough, hoping to wake them.
"Um, excuse me, good shopkeeper, would we be able to get some information on a few of the items you have for sale?"
Dril: It's hard to get a good sense of the objects without touching them. One potion is in an opaque ceramic bottle, on is a thin clear liquid that looks like water in a glass flask, and one is green and contains a faint cloud of vapor inside it. One wand is sturdy looking with geometric angles, reminiscent of Dwarven design. The other is a very thin piece of dented copper. It's impossible to make any sense of the scrolls without unraveling them.
Ospos: Moving aside some random objects coated in cobwebs, you find a silver ring with a stylized rune carved into it. You recognize the symbol as translating roughly to "cancel" or "negate".
Greg: "Ah! Oh! Yes, hello there." they wake suddenly, jolting a bit. In the slit between their hood and scarf you see beady yellow eyes peering at you. "I'm Carliss, how can I help you?" The voice is nasally, and they seem a bit gruff at just having been woken up.
"Ahem, we were sent here by The Lady herself. She said you may have something of use to us. We are headed toward the Everqueen. Perhaps you have something that may aid us in our travel or even woo her as a gift. Does that sound like any of your inventory?"
"Oh, I'm not after any gifts or the like, I want this for me."
Turning back to Carliss, Greg continues,
"Hello Carliss, my name is Greg, and I was wondering if we could get some information and any magic items you have for sale."
"I think magic is truly wonderful, and I just so happened to have come into some money. Looking around your shop I noticed you may have some magical items for sale, so..."
Dril: "Ah, the Everqueen huh? Well I can assure you, nothing I have here would be worthy of her ego. Try a unicorn foal, or the opalized eye of a kraken." he says, chuckling at his own joke.
Ospos: "The Ring of Dispelling? That'll run you 2250 gold. I thought that had been pilfered last month..."
Greg: "Mm yes well we do have a small selection, hopefully you'll find something to fit your fancy." The shopkeeper gets up, shuffling from behind the counter to begin walking around the store. It's hard to tell their age, but they seem a bit rickety as they navigate the aisles. " Well here I have a few scrolls, one for... water breathing and the other is... flight!" he says, pausing to glance at them, seemingly not too familiar with his own inventory. "I sell them for 375 gold each. This last one is a scroll to conjure elementals, that'll run you 1125." Moving on, he reaches the potions. "Let's see... oh ok, a potion of blur, I could do 300 gold for that. And a potion of Owl's Wisdom, also for 300. And a potion of... oh that's just Universal Solvent, I'd part with that for 50 gold. Now these wands down here are nice, this is a wand of hold person which costs 2520 gold, and this is a wand of slow which is listed at... 1125." Finally, he turns back to you, small eyes peering at you. "So? Anything?"
Nean strolls over from a between a few racks at the other end of the shop he'd been scimming through and joins the conversation. "I guess you wouldn't happen to have something funny to wear, huh? I'd love myself a new cape or...something." he says while looking down on himself with a slightly dissatisfied expression.
Nean: "I think I have just the thing!" he walks over to the opposite side of the store, kneeling down to open a drawer. he begins to pull out several capes and cloaks, thankfully protected from the dust and cobwebs, though a bit wrinkled. "I think we also have some hats if you're interested, let me see." he hands you the pile of clothing before hobbling off to the back of the store. In the soft light you can see three large hats hung on a wall behind his desk. "Over here!"
Liafial: After moving things around, you spot a leather container holding six bottles. You have to reach your arms all the way to the back of the shelf to grab it, but you manage to grab the dust caked item, which appears to be six healing potions.
Liafial: Still focused on retrieving the hats for Nean, Carliss looks back at you before turning back to his task. "What? Oh, I can do 200 gold for the pack."
Void is engrossed in his book while he absent-mindedly eats from the table.
Once Ospos returns from upstairs he looks up and asks,
"Are the other ok? Are we ready to depart now?"

Greg smiles at Ospos,
"Good thinking my fine halfling friend."
Greg scans the shop taking everything in.
